    Shocking service from @VodafoneUK. They have messed up and I have spent over a month trying to sort. The conversation is now circular and I can’t upgrade my contract. No one I talk to has any authority to do anything! Please help!

    @VodafoneUK I was with EE any problem s they would resolve it there and then, Iam regretting moving to Vodafone, i have been waiting for a phone call for a week,about my overcharge on my bill but no one in Vodafone seems to give a dam.

    @VodafoneUK just DM a Vodafone advisor, he’s just like there customer service call centre, they never pick up, and it looks like it he’s disappeared as well I don’t think I will hear from him again.

    Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

    @VodafoneUK think it’s really ridiculous that I did an over the phone upgrade and have been without service for 2 days!! Your text says it will only take a couple of hours, I have lost so much business not being able to receive calls 😡

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the worst social media to reply to people with enquires and problems with Vodafone problems , they never reply back , and when they do,after there 100th cup of tea of the day, customers usually don’t bother and fed up anyway

    @VodafoneUK I think when you go into a store all these advisors are thinking is about there bonus’s they don’t seem to care what the customer wants and how save them money shame on you Vodafone and trying to call Vodafone customer service, you a day off they don’t pick up.

    And it’s back to the UK and awful 4G from @VodafoneUK 😂 it was better in San Francisco with my data plan. Come on guys, do better with your 4G for your customers

    Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

    @VodafoneUK Perhaps look at getting it fixed a lot quicker than the 6 days forecast. That’s lunacy in this day and age . We’re not on the moon. It’s business as well as personal it’s effecting. If you can’t sort it before then I’m afraid you will be removing myself from the customer base

    Well @VodafoneUK are really excelling themselves having TWICE told my new provider I wish to stay with Vodafone despite me not having service with them since 4th April 2023! Luckily the @Ofcom complaint is written - just need to add this latest detail.

    @VodafoneUK I realise that. But it means because we aren't supplied with 4G we don’t get the emergency alerts? Rather makes you feel the government can't be bothered with us rural populations...
