    Bit unhappy with @VodafoneUK First I get new phone they cancel contact charge me full amount for phone then blacklist my credit history.Eventually sorted. Now Kilburn branch appears to have lost my phone when in for repair.Even suggested they had given it back #notgoodenough

    @virginmedia Service usage has increased and so have the numbers of customers. The more customers, the lower your base cost and higher profits. This is another way to squeeze customers. Moving to @VodafoneUK for £20pm broadband instead of £36pm+ you're going to start charging

    @VodafoneUK Have we done the basic checks,yes, ALOT!The last lie told by customer services you were waiting for a part for the local mast,then the engineer due to fix it was unwell,then last weekend it was repaired &we should be perfect in two days!This morning we had NO INTERNET for 2 hours
