1/ Fed up with poor service from @VodafoneUK broadband so decided to switch to @Onestream_UK as they’re cheaper & I read good things. Switch date is tomorrow & I realised earlier my router hadn’t arrived. Tried to phone, to be told by their phone system they don’t answer calls

Bit unhappy with @VodafoneUK First I get new phone they cancel contact charge me full amount for phone then blacklist my credit history.Eventually sorted. Now Kilburn branch appears to have lost my phone when in for repair.Even suggested they had given it back #notgoodenough

@VodafoneUK this is where it gets better. Vodafone telling me yes it’s their mistake but the computer system doesn’t allow them to fix it so I just have to pay it. How am I liable for them after I had fulfilled my contract and provided the appropriate notice. It’s insane.

@VodafoneUK We made a formal complaint, you didn't bother to respond, and just passed it to a different collection agency than the one we'd already explained everything to, while adding a fee and a credit record which you have no right to do as you had earlier agreed there was nothing to pay

@VodafoneUK rang up re a fault with a mobile wifi dongle yesterday and told it takes a minimum of 2 mins to resolve and a maximum of 24hours. 24 hours later still not sorted and now told it maybe another 24 hours. Absolute joke of a service
