Avoid at all costs 🚨

No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

My wife has same phone on my account and can make calls so I’m guessing it’s the handset. I’ve tried everything on the apple support advice but still can’t make or receive calls.

In the end nothing is resolved & I’m convinced the real issue is the ancient Openreach infrastructure in my area.

My partner just spent 1.75 hours on the phone to them and the guy who he was speaking to just hung up! We have been hung up on 5 times in the course of this complaint.

Vince (@VModifiedMind) reported@VodafoneUK Thanks, I managed to get it done eventually, but 40 minutes on the phone, plus 2 previous calls, plus live chat (so well over an hour) shouldn’t have been needed - none of it was “on hold” - just poor process and lack of clue and a stupid IVR system.
