    ANOTHER bill from @VodafoneUK for a service cancelled by them and therefore never delivered. I have no faith after speaking to the 5th (& very rude) customer service rep since Dec that this will be resolved. Steer clear of this company 😡

    @VodafoneUK what is wrong with your digital assistant, I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 3 days now and Tobi is still not online. IVR just routes you back to the digital assistant and then hangs up. Utterly Shocking service 😡

    I've recently become a member of your network @VodafoneUK. Have to say that it's been an absolute letdown as far uninterrupted data service goes. Y'day was my first day with you & ever since, the connection's been inconsistent. Can you please check and rectify this on priority?

    @VodafoneUK I have tried everything. Spent hours with your helpdesk. They just wasted mine and their time and when they couldnt resolve the issue, waiving couple of months charges which never resolved the coverage issue.changing phones/sims all done. Vodafone needs to upgrade their masts

    @VodafoneUK I placed an order for a new personal line, porting a number in. I received the new SIM, but have had no service for over 24 hrs. Multiple calls to your helpline who just ask me to wait a bit longer. Really frustrated! Order SBL-1000000528805835. Pls help.
