@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

@VodafoneUK Well Ryan I was told that when the black phone came back in stock I could exchange it , just been told Apple have discontinued the 7 .The store told me I can exchange it for the next model down at no extra charge , why is it never for the next model up !!!

So, @VodafoneUK keep telling me my perfectly fine @KCOMcare @KCOMhome email address is the cause of me not recieving my temporary account password. I use no spam folder, everything through to inbox. Used this email for 25 years, never an issue. & VF send me marketing emails ok!!!

Dear @VodafoneUK, you cannot give an ims profile to @VodafoneTR sims. If I cancel you manually and turn 4g off from the account settings and turn it on with customer support, the iphone wificall connects, if I switch it to automatic, no wificall, only shows roaming on vodafone uk

When you are struggling with business. Have been with @VodafoneUK for a few years. Pay at least £200 a month for phones and Internet. And they can't help because your "in a contract" steering clear people. If you try to get help before your sink these will not help
