    @VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

    Anyone who’s followed our tedious frustrating saga w @VodafoneUK’s lack of service this week - I reassembled router myself yday (necessity mother of invention) & now working again. Dr Wife can now do her remote #NHS diagnoses. Vodafone have lost a customer at end of all this.

    @VodafoneUK I’m dealing with someone called Calum, who clearly doesn’t know how to work under pressure, in a crisis situation you need strong people. Is it possible to talk to someone at Vodaphone, no one is picking up calls, response time via message is unacceptably slow.

    @VodafoneUK Hi tried your other options and could not get an answer . Phoned the store in Welwyn for info 48hrs ago still no call back ? It's quite an easy question will the staff transfer everything from my old phone to my new one ? I will pay for this service .

    @VodafoneUK Internet is essential, so can you explain why my mother's internet speeds have never been higher than 10mbps then. I called you, had numerous conversations on the phone and chat, not getting anywhere, for the openreach engineer to say that the issue could've been sorted by you 🤬

    @VodafoneUK I haven’t had access to the internet service I pay you for due to issues you are ‘trying to resolve’ (but didn’t think of telling anyone and making it really difficult to find out). I’ve had so many problems since switching and wish I’d never moved to your broadband service.

    @VodafoneUK I think I know why you're so busy. Its because everytime we do get through, you either "pretend" to help, or just don't care. Can't even log a complaint. A brilliant business tactic which only affect paying customers. Well done - We'll return our devices!
