@VodafoneUK @whatneildid The press release seems to indicate that Voda simply haven’t paid up (enough)… “All mobile operators will be able to access the London Underground WiFi, as well as BAI's neutral host mobile network, which can also be made available to the Emergency Services Network (ESN).”

@VodafoneUK sold me a 3rd tariff guess what despite complete assurances still doesn’t have what I wanted. Complaints have me a code that doesn’t work and I can’t speak to anyone senior enough to sort this out! Worst of all the help people keep making it out it is my fault!!!

@VodafoneUK lately I find that I have network coverage, but it seems I have no connection. No issue with the phone, as everything works fine when I am home and connected to Wi-Fi. It doesn’t sound right, does it?

@MichaelLCrick Sorry Michael but everyone knows that the @VodafoneUK shops are a TOTAL disaster and you must never ever try to have any dealings with them at all. It's as if they were a covert operation to destroy the Vodafone brand. Do everything by post. That works v well.

@Chopper01Reed @MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK There was an issue (apparently on the City Fibre end) when they installed it, so I didn’t actually get online until the next morning, but speed and reliability seems largely fine so far. Dropped a couple of times but came back online quickly.
