@VodafoneUK We are currently paying for a service that is not fit for purpose. The only reason I have broadband is for Xbox & my laptop. Currently I'm only getting use of my laptop as I can't use my Xbox most of the time. Will you allow me to leave my contract? Reduce my fee?

I really don’t know what I’m paying for with @VodafoneUK anymore you binned the Wi-Fi on the tube (and I barely ever use the jubilee so cut the crap that that has 5G) and the international data on Vodafone ES was utter rubbish. Struggled to get a signal much of the time.

@O2 Do you think it will be today, tomorrow, Monday? A rough indication would help. Please would you also advise if I can cancel the contract and phone altogether with no penalty? Right now, it would be much easier for me to just stay with @VodafoneUK than to move to @O2.

Got a letter from thier debt collection agency and they then said I do owe it and I should have known that. Ruined my credit rating and not been able to get credit since.

In the US, it took a friend and me over 14 hours to get a Comcast cable contract canceled. We were both calling. And try calling to cancel a subscription to a Murdoch rag, even WSJ or FT.

Even business customers paying them £££ get abysmal service. My favourite is the Voda phone line that tells you to use chat, and the chat that tells you to phone.

These departments are targeted & receive bonuses for keeping the account open. It’s classed as a sale which encourages this type of behaviour. It’s immoral & wrong.

Had a 50% off deal with Lebara but payment didn't go through one month due to a bank error not mine, so they cancelled it. Ordered an Asda mobile sim with £10 credit - it arrived after a month and with no credit (still not sorted
