@VodafoneUK I've on 4 occasions rang your customer care to get my account sorted. I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

Now we have to wait another two weeks to be connected. They've sent us a mobile data thing, but it's not fast enough for conf calls.
