ANOTHER bill from @VodafoneUK for a service cancelled by them and therefore never delivered. I have no faith after speaking to the 5th (& very rude) customer service rep since Dec that this will be resolved. Steer clear of this company 😡

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, @VodafoneUK are one complete **** up of a company, thank god I’ve only got a gigacube with them and not my mobile phone, tomorrow I will be released from my contract without penalty or I’ll take this further, no more will I accept this🤬

@Randomsol1 @VodafoneUK It has just been resolved. More than 4 hours after I raised the matter as urgent. People clearly did not know what they were doing and if it was not on a crib sheet they could not help further. Be interested to read their pitch for the job. Very poor and slow service.
