@VodafoneUK my internet has been really slow / not working for a few days now. Any idea why?

  • Jfenton66 Johnfenton (@Jfenton66) reported from Croydon, England

@angleseyhols @ellisbarriebros @VodafoneUK I have found Vodafone customer service to be the worst I have ever experienced, not one manager is prepared to talk with you .

  • BeefyRoberts Beefy Roberts (@BeefyRoberts) reported from Hillingdon, England

So, @VodafoneUK, after 24 months of dreadful service and virtually non existent internet coverage, I can finally leave you and go to a decent provider, or, that's what I thought. Contract up, and finding a SIM only deal elsewhere is my plan

  • S8KH_D S8KH_D (@S8KH_D) reported from Southall, England

@VodafoneUK why have you decided to deactivate my sim before i even receive the new one? Had to wait on hold for 2 hours to receive tech advise which has not worked. #useless @CPWTweets can i just cancel?

  • Geojam George Biswas (@Geojam) reported from Virginia Water, England

@VodafoneUK How can I get one of your support staff to fast track through my previous contact with you, saving both you and I time? The issue is almost definitely outside my home and nothing to do with your router or the infrastructure in my house.

  • AndrewCarrier Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK So - in short - Vodafone UK doesn’t support Family Setup on Apple Watch. Any plans to do so in the future or do I need to take my plan to @EE instead?

  • The_CaptAwesome Who's Simon? 👨🏻‍🎤 (@The_CaptAwesome) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK Nice work in getting people to DM you and then ignoring them. You’re customer service is truly awful @Ofcom should investigate your practices and false promises.

  • AndrewCarrier Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK, do your support Family Setup on the Apple Watch SE? Trying to add my son’s watch to my plan but it’s not offering me the option during setup.

  • stephendball Stephen Ball (@stephendball) reported from London, England

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Just tell them you are cancelling your contract but still want to use their network, that usually works. #holdallthecards #nophoneisbetterthanabadphone

  • NikiPilkington Niki Pilkington (@NikiPilkington) reported from Islington, England

Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

  • Geojam George Biswas (@Geojam) reported from Virginia Water, England

@VodafoneUK I keep having broadband connectivity issues, each time I end up spending an hour or more on online chats with your staff, some good, others not. In the end nothing is resolved & I’m convinced the real issue is the ancient Openreach infrastructure in my area.

  • BenDodds3 Ben Dodds (@BenDodds3) reported from Lambeth, England

@VodafoneUK my new iphone 12 max pro was snatched in street in Vauxhall. Unfortunately not insured. Been a customer for over a decade, now have no phone, just a contract to pay for another 23 months. Already have an additional data line. Seems very unfair. @metpoliceuk @Ofcom

  • Richard2957 Richard Marks 3.5% (@Richard2957) reported from Camden Town, England

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK David can you post your phone number and PIN, that should help get it sorted.

  • RobCoh 𝗥𝗼𝗯 𝗖𝗼𝗵𝗲𝗻 (@RobCoh) reported from Barnet, England

Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

  • jimkel40 jim kelly (@jimkel40) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK when are you going to fix your website. I’m trying to give you more business but whenever I try to do an upgrade all I get is a sorry message that there is a technical issue

  • TheBillSexton Bill Sexton (@TheBillSexton) reported from Ealing, England

@VodafoneUK you network checker says good network here but I only have 2 bars and my phone has been dropping calls all day. What’s going on? Is it because I just delete the survey you sent me?

  • superpiran Piran Sucindran (@superpiran) reported from Hillingdon, England

Just been told by @VodafoneUK to “wait until after shutdown” to sort out my ridiculous broadband issues! Utterly shambolic service start to finish!

  • arigork Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Barnet, England

@O2 Thanks guys. Going to get someone I know with O2 to come through so I can check what your network coverage is like. Wife’s with @VodafoneUK and has no issues.

  • loxsecurity LOX Security (@loxsecurity) reported from Brentford, England

...@VodafoneUK cannot tell me when the delivery will be made as the manufacturer @Apple will not tell them!??! #wtf So now I have to wait an undefined amount of time and nobody is accepting any responsibility?!? #diabolical #customerexperience

  • AndMedh Andrew Medhurst ⏳🌍 ❤️ 🇵🇸 🦊 (@AndMedh) reported from Wandsworth, England

@VodafoneUK Thanks! Will @VodafoneUK consider sympathetically (under this support) any underprivileged families who don’t realise they’ve incurred out of plan data costs until the bill arrives?

  • Al_roar Alistair Heron - Al Fresco (@Al_roar) reported

@Ofcom @VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis The annoying thing is that this is a mis sellimg scam they've known about for at least seven years and haven't stamped out. They learn nothing. I will certainly register my complaint - thanks.

  • NEAnalytica Piers Clarkson (@NEAnalytica) reported

@Alisonkc200 @VodafoneUK Its just a shame that they aren't working. Customer service is now non existent.

  • CamJabezTaylor Cam Taylor (@CamJabezTaylor) reported

@VodafoneUK Still nothing from them. I've DM'ed but a bit sick and tired of having to go through the whole process just to not get the relevant help 😬

  • damiancetem Damian Arnillas (@damiancetem) reported

@VodafoneUK I have been having issues with my phone signal in Wembley since more than 5months ago. I can't use the service I pay a fortune for. I have contacted in 3ocassions your team and they said they would be compasating me in my bill. Nothing! Can you please help asap? Thanks

  • Al_roar Alistair Heron - Al Fresco (@Al_roar) reported

Some advice @VodafoneUK: If you want to save a few quid just ditch the entire customer services team.....a lot of ouput, zero outcome. Either that or train them and empower them to actually resolve stuff - yeah, that might be better.

  • RahulSundar37 Rahul Sundar (@RahulSundar37) reported

@NG_________ @VodafoneUK you meant ********!!!! they are bankrupt anyway Vodafone in india are utter **** lol wouldn't expect them to be any better in the UK

  • DiBBz_On_Dat iAmDiBBz 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇪🇺 (@DiBBz_On_Dat) reported

  • ash855077 DoubleRumPainKiller (@ash855077) reported

@VodafoneUK This is not a Vodafone fraud case however your network is the range holder and you’re routing the scam texts. Ask someone in porting they will understand.

  • Scottishmcsauce ****** (@Scottishmcsauce) reported

    @VodafoneUK pls help

  • EECallum Callum Main (@EECallum) reported

@DiBBz_On_Dat @CityFibre @VodafoneUK In about two years, we've had to call them once, and that's because in putting in next door connection they took ours out. Took a few days to sort as we reported on a Friday evening, but they were great on the phone. We pay for 500 and without fail get at least that on wired
