    @VodafoneUK stop charging me for skysports packages - 1. I didn’t sign up for skysports2 in the first place. 2. Apparently you can’t refund me, I have to contact sky - weird. 3. I only renewed my contact less than a month ago but I’ve been charged 4 times for skysports #terrible

    @VodafoneUK Your customer service is appalling. My home broadband has been down all evening and the app was useless in providing any resolution. We had to attempt several phone calls due to continual errors with the voice recognition. 1/2

    Classic @vodafoneuk . I upgraded, they sent me a broken phone. I called, they promised a replacement delivered at 1800 today in an hour slot. Of course it hasn’t turned up. They say it’s not their responsibility, it’s DPD. Won’t tell me if they booked the hour slot or day slot.

    @VodafoneUK I’m a Business Premier customer with damage insurance. My phone has a fault (really quiet on a call). Was told to go into a store. Was told phone isn’t damaged so can be done under warranty. “We’ll send it away and you’ll get it back in 5 days” That is absurd!

    Update - DPD tried to deliver at 1030 this morning. When I wasn’t home. Funny that, given @VodafoneUK had promised they would book at hour delivery slot at 1800. I asked them to confirm they had done it and the ‘customer service’ person hung up rather than answer.

    @Mr_Jimbob @VodafoneUK You are right. I saw it as an empty ‘thank you’. Like their service. I mean, he is happy to help me with my upgrade but he is not actually being helpful as he didn’t provide me a link to the available information nor a simple ‘thank you’ for your custom.

    @VodafoneUK I ordered an Apple Watch at the beginning of February and keep being told it’s delayed, which is fine but I have no idea when it will be here and I’ve paid an upfront fee for it. Also it’s like pulling teeth with your customer service staff on the phone 😤

    @samwarburton_ @lionsofficial @VodafoneUK Can’t agree with Gibson-Park, made a couple of big errors that were costly. Thought both (2nd for Wales) SH’s at Murrayfield were sharper. After Henshaw, not sure any centers were that good - against well organised defences - pity can’t select Fikou ?

    @VodafoneUK I don’t know who I am speaking to right now at your customer service but I’m talking and he keeps just going silent and not answering me then when I ask if he is there he just tells me the system is loading. It’s taken me 15 minutes to pass security with this guy?!?

    @VodafoneUK Don't worry I'm not having issues, I used to work for the company that supplies your equipment and know how much 3g and 4g equipment you NEVER put up so I don't trust your company!! I want a different provider in my car but Vodafone only option it gives me so I will use my phone.

    @VodafoneUK have had problems with internet connection all morning. Have been on 4 separate chats with your on line !e people but - guess what- they keep dropping out because of poor connection. This has been a regular issue lately. All morning lost because of this. Unacceptable
