The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

I phone your useless customer service, and I talk to 5, yes FIVE different people who all ask me the same damn questions. Eventually I am told I need a code to unlock phone. You dont tell that do you? Naughty Vodamoan!

It's a form you send I get told again. I fill it in, and get told this can take upto 10 days to be returned. Crap customer service.
