Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

I raised a ticket 2 weeks ago for the wifi not working, the engineer came to fix the issue on Wednesday. On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍

@VodafoneUK I was with Voxi for a few months & the experience was horrific in that customer service were very deceptive & would routinely leave questions unanswered for 2-3 days & not to mention how bad the signal was most times. It's cheap because it's crap
