    @g0lfp @VodafoneUK In their defence they did include their phone number, which goes through to their “automated assistant” that fails to understand you. That’s ok, I pay for Prime Contact… but they’re never there. No problem, I’ll just email… oh wait.

    @VodafoneUK - trying to get through to you to cancel my broadband account. The no you provide seems to be pretty well unstaffed. So far over 3 hours of ‘queueing’ over 3 days & still no person to speak to. Can you provide alternatives. Including this channel.

    Shocking service from @VodafoneUK. They have messed up and I have spent over a month trying to sort. The conversation is now circular and I can’t upgrade my contract. No one I talk to has any authority to do anything! Please help!

    @VodafoneUK Can someone please explain why the mobile app NEVER works. Everytime I have tried to use it in the past two months it has failed. Updates etc are all current. This is not good enough.

    And it’s back to the UK and awful 4G from @VodafoneUK 😂 it was better in San Francisco with my data plan. Come on guys, do better with your 4G for your customers

    @VodafoneUK The agents or customer Vernice team cut me of three times while I was trying to resolve this issue. On the third time, in a space of 15 min I asked the agent to call me back, giving him my number but that never happened.

    @VodafoneUK I think when you go into a store all these advisors are thinking is about there bonus’s they don’t seem to care what the customer wants and how save them money shame on you Vodafone and trying to call Vodafone customer service, you a day off they don’t pick up.

    @VodafoneUK If is an everyday essential that I don’t have in last 5 days! After many phone conversations with Vodafone Broadband technical support ,2 engineers coming over and leaving without fixing my faulty broadband I am wondering who’s going to give up first : my patience or Vodafone ?!

    @VodafoneUK So I've been lied to again? This is unacceptable I was told between 2 and 10 days! I've checked them everyday! This is the worst customer service I've ever received, I have my dad without a phone he cares for my disabled mum! This is ridiculous!
