  • VictorJ1987
Vìncere. (@VictorJ1987) reported from Brentford, England

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

  • philmcraig
Phil Craig (@philmcraig) reported from Richmond, England

@GeorgeMonbiot @camdenjon @VodafoneUK Boosting consumer rights in an age of off-shored and intentionally hard-to-access customer care is something that both parties should be thinking about.

  • AndrewCarrier
Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK So - in short - Vodafone UK doesn’t support Family Setup on Apple Watch. Any plans to do so in the future or do I need to take my plan to @EE instead?

  • denyermc
Mary Denyer (@denyermc) reported from Wandsworth, England

@VodafoneUK sold me a 3rd tariff guess what despite complete assurances still doesn’t have what I wanted. Complaints have me a code that doesn’t work and I can’t speak to anyone senior enough to sort this out! Worst of all the help people keep making it out it is my fault!!!

  • jccurtis1
Joe Curtis (@jccurtis1) reported from Merton, England

@VodafoneUK I spent more than hour on your chat service trying to stop you delivering a phone to an old address that I DID NOT enter when upgrading, was told it was changed and you STILL try to deliver to the old address. What is wrong with your customer service?

  • TheChauffeur_
Oh Fuffuxake! (@TheChauffeur_) reported from Richmond, England

Dear @VodafoneUK As you haven't bothered giving me the service I'm paying for, I was wondering, do you have the number for @EE?

  • cressidarobson
Cressida Robson (@cressidarobson) reported from Hounslow, England

@VodafoneUK @samwarburton_ @lionsofficial No because you turned off out internet access and mobile phone signal with your ‘secret’ upgrade - any chance you could turn it back in again so we could watch something!? Anything?

  • AndMedh
    Andrew Medhurst ⏳🌍 ❤️ 🇵🇸 🦊 (@AndMedh) reported from Wandsworth, England

@VodafoneUK Thanks! Will @VodafoneUK consider sympathetically (under this support) any underprivileged families who don’t realise they’ve incurred out of plan data costs until the bill arrives?

  • AndrewCarrier
Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK Mille, it would be much easier to be patient if we knew how long it was really going to take to fix. An hour? A day? A week? A month? Please just be transparent. “As quickly as possible” doesn’t mean anything.

  • PiaKristmansson
Pia Kristmansson (@PiaKristmansson) reported from Richmond, England

@VodafoneUK I have given two people my details already. I have spent so much time Saturday, Sunday and Monday trying to rectify this. I don't have more time or energy. Give me my money back. An an important occasion that can't be redeemed. I'll never use you or @vuecinemas again.

  • markaizatt

Nothing says welcome home like @VodafoneUK serving up 3G when you’ve been on blazing services in Finland and Estonia. What is the problem Vodafone ?

  • OTwist_69
Olivia twist (@OTwist_69) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

  • Charlotte_tice
Charlotte Tice (@Charlotte_tice) reported from Richmond, England

@VodafoneUK over 2 hours on hold!! I have already been told 3 times before that an engineer would call but still nothing. Broadband speed is woeful and you’re seemingly doing nothing to fix it! 😡

  • GmbLhr
GMB AVIATION WORKERS UNION (@GmbLhr) reported from Hounslow, England

@VodafoneUK why do you throttle speeds?First day of mobile broadband and late afternoon and bang speed drop by at least 60% 11:30 pm speeds come back to normal I had read about this issue on forums now I see for myself it's as others have explained. Vodafone claim no restrictions

  • izaw123

  • KusariNinja
    KusariNinja 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@KusariNinja) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia did similar when my first wife passed away. They owed around £300. Chased up several times and never got it back. Yet they got debt collectors on me for £25 outstanding bill lol

  • SteveMaslinG
    Steve Maslin (@SteveMaslinG) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My 88 year old Mum was in hospital 6 weeks, Dad called her every day until Virgin Media cut off his phone without warning. Dad never missed a bill but they said he had exceeded his limit. When I complained their rep shouted "It's for their protection". Virgin Media are scum.

  • EnzoFerro2023
    Enzo Ferro (@EnzoFerro2023) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Very sorry for your loss. I left virgin media a few years back after very poor service and I am hearing lots of examples recently of why I will never return.

  • dangoodman101
    Dan Goodman (@dangoodman101) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK A month after my old Mum died, Virgin called me and said she was eligible for an upgrade. The lady on the phone couldn't grasp she'd passed even though her contract had been terminated. She kept saying she'd been a Mobile Customer for 10 years, she would get a great deal. Useless

  • cheesepudding3
    L.J.C. (@cheesepudding3) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Yep Virgin Media and the TV licence people - they are awful.

  • offshorelegal99
Tokyo Trader Legal and Investment (@offshorelegal99) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thats appalling they can if they wanted to ...this company have recently been fined by Ofcom for horrendous customer failings so do esculate your complaint higher...im sorry to hear about your beloved dads passing....

  • Ed_Sabella
    Ed Sabella (@Ed_Sabella) reported

@DanielPriestley I don’t think this is really about protecting kids, it’s more about collecting information on everyone. I have two young kids and use @VodafoneUK . I used to block specific websites easily through the router, but Vodafone removed that option and replaced it with their so-called “Secure Net” app. Now you can only block by category, not by individual websites. It turns out this is perfectly legal. The UK government doesn’t require providers to offer specific site blocking. They only want category blocking, which gives parents far less real control. It’s the same problem as YouTube: no matter how many categories you block, creators always find ways around it. I highly recommend moving to @Starlink like I did

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK didn't they just get fined £28m for poor customer service. and swear they'd put it right
