@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

@VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

@VodafoneUK The girl checked my usage (12 to 13 gb a month) the offered 250gb at a price beyond what the online offer is. What you’re saying is if you’re a new customer buying online you can have a contract of 40gb for £10 a month BUT if your an excising customer of 15 years! You can’t….

If your kids can get free use of data abroad, they may have Vodafone Passport on their plan, thats why my bill is now over £40p/m. I get all my data abroad 4 free- signal permitting
