@VodafoneUK No problem was going round drop Vodafone a call today because I actually think its a bigger issue that needs reporting to you guys. Cheers for the quick response guys

  • RichMcKone Rich (@RichMcKone) reported

@VodafoneUK In this situation, GDPR is not required by law. If it's vodafone's own policy, it's further evidence of poor customer focus. Tbh, this exchange has now made me reach the end with Vodafone so later today we will cancel and go elsewhere. Life is too short for this hassle. Thanks.

  • RichMcKone Rich (@RichMcKone) reported

@VodafoneUK FYI, It appears that to send the additional complaint information I only needed to reply to the e-mail containing the complaint reference number I received after submitting the complaint!

@VodafoneUK hi there’s been a network issue for over 2 weeks in my area now. When do we get compensation for this? 🤷🏼

  • RichMcKone Rich (@RichMcKone) reported

@VodafoneUK No, that's not acceptable. No security is required to add information to the complaint which the person handling the complaint can verfiy is true by reading notes and listening to calls. Data protection security is only required if providing sensitive information to a person.

  • InfoArms The Mailmans arms (@InfoArms) reported

@VodafoneUK what is going on with the signal in Lyndhurst Hampshire - first called you 14/11, 3 phone calls later still no change - 15 +years of being a customer you think its acceptable to say its the nature of the coverage -always had full bars and now lucky if we have 1 bar

  • wadoryu19 Johnathan Hughes (@wadoryu19) reported

@VodafoneUK will sigh you up to contracts fraudulently, lie to you on every occasion, not have the ability to help you at all, steal your property, and your money. And then refuse to help you, after you’ve already once gone out of your way to solve their mess. But do it again.

  • m_j____p i’m megan (@m_j____p) reported

@VodafoneUK You lot are a joke. since October my mum’s broadband has been down three times for over two weeks. Non-English speaking customer advisors can’t understand her and are useless in support and you’ve still not reimbursed her! Shambles of a service.
