Never and i mean never get a contract with @VodafoneUK there company is full of actual criminals! Now have to seek legal advise due to them illegally canceling my contract for no reason and sending the remaining contract balance to a debt collection company for over £800 🤬😵

@VodafoneUK why do you throttle speeds?First day of mobile broadband and late afternoon and bang speed drop by at least 60% 11:30 pm speeds come back to normal I had read about this issue on forums now I see for myself it's as others have explained. Vodafone claim no restrictions

Yes, it will not really make them money - but it is a part of customer service - and having it run smoothly will 1. save everyone time 2. mean people are treated with respect

I wrote to CEO Ahmed Essam marked Private & confidential which triggered help from directors office & I’m now hopeful refund is on its way 🤞
