@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK God I left them in 2013 after I had NO coverage where I worked in the Square Mile all day every day and they refused to fix it. Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

Cursing myself for getting an @EE contract. In rural Germany there is absolutely ZERO coverage. ZERO. Don’t even THINK of going with EE if you travel much in Europe. Don’t think I’ve EVER had such **** service with other providers @VodafoneUK @Telekom_group

@VodafoneUK what's up with your APP? no longer working, says 'this number is not supported by the App' - the number i have had with VF for many years? it then lets me log in - wont accept login details however and also allows me to reset app - but this makes no difference! 🤬
