    Im on the phone to a resolution officer at @VodafoneUK Turns out I was sold an invalid SIM card when I signed my contract. Why the **** did none of your agents spot this??? Do I recommend vodafone Absolutely NO WAY

    @virginmedia No. We still don’t have any internet or TV and haven’t spoken to anyone. @VodafoneUK have sorted us out with extra mobile data. Can you share an email address so I can make a formal complaint please.

    @vodafoneUk - exceptionally poor customer service. Cannot get through on the phone after waiting 25 mins. Had to wait 20 mins for webchat. Advisor dropped off after 2 messages and then I was put number 38 in the queue. Unbelievably bad!

    @MartinSLewis advice please! Can I cancel my Vodafone contract if they can’t fix a problem on my line? In fact their attempts to fix things have made things worse and I no longer have 4g or 5g. They have tried everything and can’t fix it. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK there is a certain irony in not being able to use your app because I don’t have ANY mobile signal where I live. At least make it possible to use WIFI, if you can’t increase coverage.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve already spent 5+ hours in chat, not had 4g consistently for over two years and the best you could do is offer £5 compensation and a replacement sim that never showed up. I am not prepared to spend another 5+ hours on chat.
