@VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

@KarenPollock100 @VodafoneUK Feel that same way and similar experience. Also used to get much better deals in the past for customer loyalty, I guess, but not so great now. My son had awful experiences with other providers so maybe case of least worst with Vodafone.
