    @VodafoneUK my new iphone 12 max pro was snatched in street in Vauxhall. Unfortunately not insured. Been a customer for over a decade, now have no phone, just a contract to pay for another 23 months. Already have an additional data line. Seems very unfair. @metpoliceuk @Ofcom

    Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

    @VodafoneUK I have been advised since Monday 17th by your advisers that it will take 24 hours to unblock my phone. We are now on 22nd of Jan and 5 days later, it is still blocked. Utter garbage service!!! I'm totally disgusted this can not be resolved. I've made 20 calls plus!

    @VodafoneUK Promised upgrade price with Nadir Captain today after escalating a complaint and waiting forever for a call back to then be told we can’t do it! He then calls back is aggressive won’t answer my questions and threatens me. This is insane!

    @VodafoneUK Hi I am trying to cancel my vodafone broadband but cannot do it by phone. I was transfered to customer service, he asked me for the acc no. which I didn't have acess that is why I wanted to speak to customer service . A guy with a Indian accent hang up the phone without helping.

    @VodafoneUK my wife's pay mthly contract is ending and she has a NOW TV ent. pass as part of the package. Got a text saying that will be charged £9.99 from end of month but we can't find how to cancel...NOW TV say she has to do it via VF and there's no way of doing it on VF site
