    @VodafoneUK Hello, my wife has contacted you about her contract and upgrading. The phone call took 2 1/2 hours to connect before being told that they couldn't do anything and to seek advice online. It is subpar customer service and I want to know how it'll be remedied

    @VodafoneUK U're trying 2 charge me £1669.80 data usage in Sierra Leone I didn't use! I was there 50 minutes &didn't use my phone.Switched frm O2 years ago & remained vodaphone customer even tho there is no service in many places! Now this? I offer£40 good will off bill! Really??

    @O2 Do you think it will be today, tomorrow, Monday? A rough indication would help. Please would you also advise if I can cancel the contract and phone altogether with no penalty? Right now, it would be much easier for me to just stay with @VodafoneUK than to move to @O2.

    @VodafoneUK Hi I’m trying to sign up for the Red 150 24m sim only deal but when I try to select esim when I’m in the review your basket phase, it won’t let me select esim, have tried on different browsers to see if that was the issue. Are you not able to do an esim on this deal?

    @DrRixson @VodafoneUK This was on the mobile. Some problem with a mast, despite it not saying so I Voda's website. They told me to check the internet for updates - go figure!

    Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

    @metimwright @VodafoneUK @Wimbledon We don’t need anymore evidence when trying to use their 4G for anything hotspot related, usually it’s slow and fails a lot of the time

    @VodafoneUK We are currently paying for a service that is not fit for purpose. The only reason I have broadband is for Xbox & my laptop. Currently I'm only getting use of my laptop as I can't use my Xbox most of the time. Will you allow me to leave my contract? Reduce my fee?

    I really don’t know what I’m paying for with @VodafoneUK anymore you binned the Wi-Fi on the tube (and I barely ever use the jubilee so cut the crap that that has 5G) and the international data on Vodafone ES was utter rubbish. Struggled to get a signal much of the time.

    @VodafoneUK @cunniDave There should be NO reason why the basic offer should be any different for existing and new customers. It is well understood that existing customers subsidise new customer offers which is recognised as being unfair now, see the insurance industry being forced to quit the practice.

    Aghhhh @VodafoneUK. Why is everything so difficult?! Tried to fix something online, tried to speak to someone but only automated responses, tried to ‘chat’ online and the ‘chat’ lost connection. Now I’m 35 in the queue. I’ve had years of this and still unsure why I use Vodafone!
