@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

@VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

@VodafoneUK We are on a pro plan but as we found out last time the single can’t be plugged into my work laptop as they’ve disabled the USB port as part the security policy. They won’t make an exception for one homeworker with an unstable wifi connection 😢
