Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@VodafoneUK hands down the worst mobile network I've ever been with. They do nothing to help especially during this pandemic. Vodafone still went to take you for everything you've got. Atrocious customer service!! I'd advice anyone not to take on a contract!!

Was told on chat that I could face a mark on my credit rating (not happy). Was DM'd to sort but now Vodafone have stopped responding to my requests for help. USELESS !!
