But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. No coverage, can never speak to anyone , price increases. I honestly think in UK we'll soon end up paying £100 a month for a faceless AI "assistant" to offer corporate apologies for no service while still holding you to a contract and charging for non payment back up by a court system that allows them to enforce fast track judgments !

I got it sorted eventually after raising the issue with one of the agency that’s do the crimes it scores. Was a ballache at the time tho.
