gary watkinson (@WatkinsonGary) reported from Islington, England@VodafoneUK You are still charging me for a service you are not providing. Despite two complaints you have still not sent me the SIM card. Do I have to write to the Directors of this company, or issue a Claim.
-
Vikki M (@Vikki_L_M) reported from Paddington, England@VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.
-
F O S T E R (@alicefoster) reported from London, England@VodafoneUK special thanks to the “Tech” team who managed to turn my issue from not being able to use data to not having a scrap of signal now either...

BEN GIBSON PHOTO (@bengibsonphoto) reported from London, England@VodafoneUK Ah so I’m paying my bill to have little to no service in and around my house during a lockdown, excellent
-
Ben Fisher (@BenFisherCT) reported from Islington, England@VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

Sophie Petzal (@Sonic_Screwup) reported from London, EnglandHere’s where the intelligence of technology falls down. I suspect the phone is in stock but not in the colour I arbitrarily ordered. They’ve not said ‘hey, if you ask for the space whatever, we can give you that!’ so I’m just left wondering...@VodafoneUK
-
Sophie Petzal (@Sonic_Screwup) reported from London, England@jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

Max Point (@Max_Point23) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.
-
Karen B (@karenbrown135) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Condolences to you. They were awful when we cancelled mum's too, kept insisting they couldn't cancel without her approval but she didnt have capacity. When she died we found Severn Trent were the best overall, they didn't charge for her last few weeks, or while we were selling
-

CJ 🍉🌈 (@____CJ______) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!
-
Sameena Ahmad 🇪🇺🏴 (@SameenaAhmad7) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I was surprised that Sky were good when my mum died. BT were awful, demanding to speak to a dead person. Only just got fibre at my place a couple of months ago, will not go with Virgin, too much poor feedback.
-
jas Brown (@jzyb) reported@VodafoneUK the service I received in store today was not acceptable.
-
Linda (@Linda62255054) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mil died last year the only one we didn’t have a problem with was Sky, they were great, bank, BT, Scottish power, M&S credit card were all hopeless.
-
❌ David Taylor 🏴🇬🇧❌ (@Taylod61) reportedWhen will @VodafoneUK provide a reasonable 4G signal that is stable? Why do we have to put up with speed test that gives a download sped in Kbs and upload of zero? This is happening every single day. This message might not list at time of writing but get put in drafts.
-
Jason (@btc8500) reported@VodafoneUK I guess you don’t care about your customers Service but why am I struggling in South Yorkshire to make phone calls that don’t break up while on the call to somebody? This is the third time in asking now? I can’t really phone support when the call keeps breaking up 🤪
-
Sarah Protheroe (@ProtheroeSarah) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK To have to go over death details to every supplier is awful. Did u not use the green form TICK ONCE when registered his death ! I am so sorry for your loss x
