    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    @VodafoneUK hello, you failed to connect Internet to my new flat. It has been 2 weeks now. It is shocking to see that the biggest technology company of the country fails to provide such basic service. It is not a rocket science.

    @VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

    I can’t wait 4 my contract 2 end with @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup they r a rip off merchant & have the most uncaring, unsympathetic customer service & their complaints dept well that’s a complete joke 🤬 I have been a customer 4 yrs & have literally been treated like a bit of 💩🤬
