    I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer I’m losing money because I can’t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

    @VodafoneUK I have a serious issue with my account - your call centres have taken 4 weeks and still not fixed. After switching with PAC to you at beg of April I still cannot rcv incoming calls or send/rcv txts. This service is atrocious

They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

    Hi @VodafoneUK me again, once again even after doing as directed above and splitting my WiFi into 2 channels it still drops out a few times a day!!!!!!! Not once did I have ANY problems at all with any of my previous suppliers, this is truly awful!!!!!
