    @VodafoneUK I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated today. I have been charged over £50 for being 2gig over an account I asked to be capped. I have been blamed for not checking my account. This is the second time that I have cancelled my account. Never again

    @VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

    @VodafoneUK just spent over an hour on chat trying to end one of my contracts. Paid in full with first person, put through 2x people then on to 2nd link I was told would only take a few minutes to find I had to upload photo id. Went to get id came back and all gone! Wtf

    @VodafoneUK has the worst customer service ever, regretting leaving @e_emobile bigtime. No reception hardly ever, supplied me with a faulty phone which they refused to change but took in for repairs which they had to do a board swap. Been a month and still no phone back!
