@VodafoneUK You are clearly having problems with fulfilling orders. Can you give more insight into why orders are delayed, when it will be resolved and when will orders be dispatched. Current responses really aren’t good enough. Saying asap means nothing.

@VodafoneUK honestly ur network is so ****. I'm considering switching over to some one who has better 5g coverage and one that doesn't switch off data out of the blue. Coz of you guys dead net, I couldn't end my @limebike at the location I was at. Had to ride it further to end it

@VodafoneUK Worst service ever! Can't get signal in N16 6 area. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Paying loads of money every month and I can't speak with my wife or send a message. Send someone to just walk around my area. Kyverdale, Cazenove and Alkham Road. #Vodafone

Dear @VodafoneUK what I'd really like for #FeelgoodFriday would be to get my damn phone number working so people can call me. I have data again after A WEEK without and can call out after cut off for TWO DAYS but STILL no-one can call me. Your "support" is truly #terrible

@VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

@bigkayneth @VodafoneIreland I'm in Huddersfield and our service has been down all day. I'm barely managing on 4.15Mbps with a ping of 137ms which is terrible considering I pay for fibre broadband. How much longer before the service is restored @VodafoneUK?

@OpenreachHelp Yes, mine can also get full fibre from every provider but @VodafoneUK it's an internal fault their refusing to fix for whatever crazy reason seems it would cost too much to fix for the benefit of service it could provide so they're not bothered about fixing have zero date to fix
