@VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

I don’t normally do this but has to be said that @VodafoneUK Have delivered some of the worst customer service of my entire life the past few days. Contradicting statement, lost SIM cards, no explanations. Spent 2 full days dealing with agents and no resolution.

Hi @VodafoneUK - your billing is broken and you've sent (another) threatening call about cutting off my phone while I'm trying to recover from a broken back. Wouldn't be an issue apart from I've called four(!) separate times in the past week to rectify the issue... Please fix!

Praise where it's due, a @VodafoneUK employee did a fantastic job today. I have moaned about Voda in the past (disingenuous claims re EU roaming) but the service I received today was second to none. Huge credit to Hira up in Hull, a real credit to the company.

Hey @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp I’ve been waiting for OpenReach to install my WiFi for 3 weeks. 4th time cancelled today with no notification due to “technical issue”. Been told need to rebook and looking at least another 2 weeks. Seriously???????
