Ordered #GigaCube from @VodafoneUK and I had the worst experience ever with a provider.. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks, then they over charged us significantly, speed was so slow.. Wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay £500.. really DISAPPOINTED in @VodafoneGroup

@VodafoneUK Raised a complaint on 10/03/21, it was escalated. On 12/03/21 I had a discussion that concluded it was further escalated. No reply to my email on 18/03/2021, no communication since 12/03. Today the complaint portal says "Closed - deadlock", no explanation. Please help
