    @VodafoneUK I have been let down by Vodaphone. My engineer visit was booked for 01/02 and I change this to 04/02 I waited in all day and no engineer arrived. Soonest I can get an engineer now is 14/02 UNACCEPTABLE. I want to cancel my contract.

    Arghhhhh @VodafoneUK you are so frustrating!! 😤 Was offered extra 100GB data last week, texted as requested to take up offer but it wasn't applied & now I've run out as I assumed it was there!! Your call handler said there were issues with this offer & there had been many calls!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Ray. I’ve spoken to three of your consultants already who have changed my internet channel, it works for a bit, but then slows down again. It’s very frustrating!

    I don’t normally do this but has to be said that @VodafoneUK Have delivered some of the worst customer service of my entire life the past few days. Contradicting statement, lost SIM cards, no explanations. Spent 2 full days dealing with agents and no resolution.

    @EE Yes but you have increased it TWICE for me then insult us by saying you are introducing free Apple Music etc for NEW customers. I was with @VodafoneUK for many years and wanted to try you out but the network is a mare to be honest. Constantly something.

    @VodafoneUK Online chat is very rude !!! Initially missguided and when I ordered online and found out that I am misguided the representative just disappeared when i asked her to cancel my order! Will stay with @ThreeUK !

    I’m on hold to customer complaints @VodafoneUK and I am astounded by the rudeness of the agent I have just spoken too. I’m gobsmacked he spoke to me the way he did. If he was my member of staff he would be disciplined and dismissed.

    @VodafoneUK Don’t worry, I cancelled an upgrade. It took 40 mins to explain to your colleague over the phone the nature of my complaint - 40mins! My post here is clear & everyone understood what I posted apart from @VodafoneUK - go figure. I will NOT renew my contract. Thanks.

    Hey @VodafoneUK / got my new broadband installed. Realistic speed is 7Mbit/sec. Your advertised 70Mbit/sec "sync" speed is irrelevant and is classic mis selling. @ASA_UK as a 15 year Vodafone customer I am truly #Disappointed #NeverVodafoneBroadband #missold

    @VodafoneUK engineer due Wednesday gone, booked day off work, nobody came, no contact, went on Twitter, told it had been cancelled, I didn’t cancel it, went to store, account was still live, was told had to cancel, wait 24 hours, apply again, terrible customer service

    Truly dreadful customer service from @VodafoneUK this week. Phone and broadband activation scheduled for Tuesday 13th, despite “on line chat” every day with advisers and unlimited apologies it took 36hrs to get internet back and I am still without a landline.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusted with the telephone service, on hold for 1 hr 30 mins to be cut off... now on hold again 1 hr 16 mins no one is bothering to answer! 30 day notice going in as soon as I get through. I will take my custom elsewhere!

    @VodafoneUK - do you know when home broadband service will be restored in Norwich (NR4)? It's been 22 hours since it went down and I've missed several important work meetings as well as used up half of my phone's data plan attending one I couldn't reschedule. This is not good!
