@VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Second booked appointment for an Openreach engineer to fit a line at my house unsuccessful, first time the engineer couldn't fit it, this time the engineer didn't turn up during the 13-18.00 slot 🙄 pretty poor!

@VodafoneUK Why do only customers with mobile contracts get the rewards? I've been with you for 11+ years - last month I moved my mobile to elsewhere - still have broadband and landline with you so still a customer - yet suddenly I'm not as deserving as mobile customers!
