Hi @VodafoneUK is there a plan to fix US roaming. I pay extra for your roaming deal and my contract is up. When I was there last week I couldn’t even make calls let alone use data. I’d like to renew but if you aren’t fixing it (it’s been at least 2 months) there’s no point.

@luzivonsalis @VodafoneUK It’s also because of their massive inefficiency across process and departments. They actively set up their teams to cause the customer maximum disruption when they choose to move or leave. This results in no empowerment, huge internal costs & dissatisfied customers.

@VodafoneUK Disgusting behaviour. Credit score down 400 for one “missed” payment of £21. CS agreed there wasn’t any said a/c closed and paid in full. Popped up on Transunion last month and they took it off & now this month it’s on #experian.
