    @VodafoneUK Would like to register a positive customer feedback for a member of staff called Ross, temporarily working in the Bluewater store, normally works at Sittingbourne, on Thursday 17 January. He was very helpful changing my SIM card etc. I would recommend him for a bonus.

    @VodafoneUK mobile data very poor today in NW1, constant loss of connection/slow speed/no mobile data despite full bars on 4G connection. Areas round NW1 8UR, NW1 4RU both badly affected. Not my phone as immediately improved when in NW3
