    It appears @VodafoneUK reward loyalty by adding £6.95 to your first bill for a delivery charge of an upgraded phone despite not mentioning this anywhere when placing the order. Next time I’ll switch network #deceiving #noloyalty #hiddenfees

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusted with your customer service. Been with you since March still can't get operational broadband! Promised call back x3 never happened. Spent a totally of 2 hours of the last 24 either on the phone or trying to get through to you. HOW DO I CANCEL

    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    @VodafoneUK if you can't provide a broadband service it's BREECH OF TRADING STANDARDS. I spent an hour on the phone this eve no one answers. It's taken 100 mins to watch 40 mins of a film coz of all the buffering. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

    @VodafoneUK I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated today. I have been charged over £50 for being 2gig over an account I asked to be capped. I have been blamed for not checking my account. This is the second time that I have cancelled my account. Never again

    @EE Hello EE. I am desperate to move from @VodafoneUK as after 4 weeks they still can’t connect my Apple Watch series 4 to a data plan! Can you help. I have been a client of theirs for over 10 years. @Apple your product is being compromised by your contract with @VodafoneUK.

    @charlottgracer @VodafoneUK Word of advice, leave @VodafoneUK as quickly as possible. I get barely any service or internet on my train to London, and struggle to take a phone call around CENTRAL London. Switch, switch now!

    @VodafoneUK this 2nd router in 2 months and we have yet to see 1 complete program on tv. I'm not going to shut up and go away. Especially as you conviently delete my authorisation everytime I hang up. How are you still in business. You don't answer tweets or phones

    @VodafoneUK why do you make it so hard to transfer a Vodafone number to a new Vodafone sim card? Trying to sort it for my mum and it's a bit ridiculous. I'll make sure my Vodafone contract is moved to another network provider when it ends as this is proving too difficult!

    @VodafoneUK hi, I have a problem with my data, it seems to be really restricted. I can't send or receive WhatsApp messages and most websites time out. I fixed this before by resetting my network on my phone but that was only 2 weeks ago, I'm not doing that everytime this happens

Customer Services clearly don't understand UK consumer law and I spent four hours on a chat tool arguing the toss. They owe me over £300.
