They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer I’m losing money because I can’t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

I moved back to @EE last week good 4G AND 5G coverage had a slight issue with first bill and they resolved it there and then on the call. I have a complaint with Vodafone that has been ongoing for 3 weeks, it's a never ending headache

If someone is looking for a ****** customer service , please walk Into the @VodafoneUK store at Maidenhead High store. 2 employees dealing with 1 costomer , making others wait for more than 20 min
