    @VodafoneUK your customer service is horrible, you take advantage of existing customers loyalty. You customer service is to serve you and not your customers. Upgrading with you is painful #horriblecustomerservice

    @Tom_Whi @VodafoneUK Super cool fix thank you. For broadband issues, login to your router at 192.168.1.1, select expert mode and under internet you can manually configure DNS as Tom suggests.

    @Wandsworth3 @VodafoneUK This is the first disruption I’ve had - but it would have been nice to have had some communication from them. Their social media account needs to be far more proactive. I fixed the problem by fiddling around with my DNS settings.

    Arghhhhh @VodafoneUK you are so frustrating!! 😤 Was offered extra 100GB data last week, texted as requested to take up offer but it wasn't applied & now I've run out as I assumed it was there!! Your call handler said there were issues with this offer & there had been many calls!

    @VodafoneUK I have been let down by Vodaphone. My engineer visit was booked for 01/02 and I change this to 04/02 I waited in all day and no engineer arrived. Soonest I can get an engineer now is 14/02 UNACCEPTABLE. I want to cancel my contract.

    @K89BPA @VodafoneUK Thanks. It’s more the way it is communicated and the outrageous charges for comparable data plans - as well as misleading advertisements that claim “never spend more than £30 a month”

    @virginmedia I get a more reliable service from my mobile provider @VodafoneUK than I do from your cable service which requires constant rebooting throughout the day

    @VodafoneUK Don’t worry, I cancelled an upgrade. It took 40 mins to explain to your colleague over the phone the nature of my complaint - 40mins! My post here is clear & everyone understood what I posted apart from @VodafoneUK - go figure. I will NOT renew my contract. Thanks.

    Hey @VodafoneUK / got my new broadband installed. Realistic speed is 7Mbit/sec. Your advertised 70Mbit/sec "sync" speed is irrelevant and is classic mis selling. @ASA_UK as a 15 year Vodafone customer I am truly #Disappointed #NeverVodafoneBroadband #missold

    @VodafoneUK Wireless, our router is fine - this was established on the chat in the app. We have tried wired connection/resetting router etc etc. We get a lot of of “DNS server” errors. We have no internet connection at all at the moment (for approx 20mins) but this appears to be a new issue
