    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocking customer service. Ask for an upgrade in live chat. Get told to connect to cancellations. As I can serve notice. No offer of an upgrade. Truly shocking. That really is 1 way to keep a customer. #screenshotconversation

    Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

    @karsbreanne @VodafoneUK I left them many many years ago when they charged my ex >£700 - his phone was stolen, he reported it immediately but they still charged him! And I will never go back to them. Ever.

    Incredibly frustrating customer service experience with @VodafoneUK London Victoria. Upgraded phone yesterday over the phone, was told that it would be waiting for me in store today.... apparently It’s not available. The phone is in stock in store, but 1/2

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the offer Ryan but I've already spoken to the complaints team and am now at your Westforeld Stratford store to see if I can resolve the issue now. If unable to I'm going to cancel the watch and wait out my contracts and move to a service that doesnt sell old for new

    Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom is this something I should be complaining to you about. @VodafoneUK solution is to repeat the same process for a third time knowing and expecting a different result. Not sure how to take this further but I believe it needs addressing.

    @VodafoneUK @tescomobile Vodafone you are to greedy for your own good when you want customer too fork out 3.9% + CPI then you can take a running jump because TESCO 👍mobile will be getting my business from November customers cannot budget on an unknown yearly increase.

    @Ofcom been collecting evidence of broadband instability for 11 days now. @VodafoneUK can't/won't demonstrate any steps taken to fix the issue. I'm lucky if a callback actually happens. They need serious investigation and corrective action

    Hi @VodafoneUK I’m on fast data packages and yet throughout London coverage is awful. Regularly 2 bars on 4G on both an iPhone and an iPad Pro. This has been very pronounced over the last few weeks. What’s up ?
