    @VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    @VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

    Hi @VodafoneUK, I’m a home broadband customer on Superfast 2 package. Recently been having issues, my connection would drop around 9/10pm then would come back on 1/2am. Happened few days in a row. Got in contact and booked Openreach engineer. Found no issues on my line.

    @VodafoneUK I don't think you understand. The option for WiFi calling on my galaxy s22+ ISNT EVEN THERE. Meaning it's not visible. Previously your senior line of support had to send updates to my phone.

    With @vodafoneuk 20 years. OneNet service starts, free landline number, great. 5 years ago they add another landline number to my account, error, told its free. 2 months ago they start to charge £12 for MAIN 1st number (mid contract) and say nothing they can do about it. -6 hours
