@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

Funny how when you want to cancel an @VodafoneUK broadband contract, which has already elapsed, they’re experiencing ‘extremely long waiting times’. Naturally though, for ‘security purposes’ this is the *only* way you can terminate your contract.

VF Ac no 7023304045 for £37.58 Last payment 29th July 2021. April 2018 was the date I requested acc to be closed

Cursing myself for getting an @EE contract. In rural Germany there is absolutely ZERO coverage. ZERO. Don’t even THINK of going with EE if you travel much in Europe. Don’t think I’ve EVER had such **** service with other providers @VodafoneUK @Telekom_group

@VodafoneUK You know what? I just checked Giffgaff and they can provide the service. Plus the have unlimited data for £35 not like Vodafone pay as you go that costs £40. I can’t keep wasting my time with Vodafone..
