    They did actually cancel it after 2.5hrs... & 2 attempts to sell me other Vodafone products I didn’t want or need - really poor customer service - your telephony team were amazingly, worse Counting the days until the end of @vodafoneUk contract & telling anyone who will listen!

    Here’s where the intelligence of technology falls down. I suspect the phone is in stock but not in the colour I arbitrarily ordered. They’ve not said ‘hey, if you ask for the space whatever, we can give you that!’ so I’m just left wondering...@VodafoneUK

    Have had the most horrific customer experiences in my life with @vodafoneuk @vodafonegroup what should have been a simple task of cancelling an unused contract (5th attempt) - the chat operative took nearly two hours trying to sell other products & call operator just hung up! 😡

    @VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

    @VodafoneUK @vodafoneuknews It never fails. A thunderstorm and a heavy downpour in combination with a power outage and the Vodafone transmitter at PH10 7JP breaks down. Yet, because transmitters are not monitored in real-time, the network checker reports everything is peachy.🙄🙄

    Is there a tower issue in the PO8 region @VodafoneUK I normally have 4-5 bars but in the last two days it's ranged between 0 and 2. Nothing has changed on my end.
