    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom is this something I should be complaining to you about. @VodafoneUK solution is to repeat the same process for a third time knowing and expecting a different result. Not sure how to take this further but I believe it needs addressing.

    Ordered #GigaCube from @VodafoneUK and I had the worst experience ever with a provider.. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks, then they over charged us significantly, speed was so slow.. Wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay £500.. really DISAPPOINTED in @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK Can someone explain why I’ve had to call you 6 times and have 3 call backs regarding one issue and it’s still not fixed.Spoken to like a child by your web chat advisor and fobbed off with excuses and told I need to be patient.Over 20 year customer,so much for loyalty.

    @VodafoneUK Tbh I don't think it requires that. Your system syncs up our accounts (mobiles/tablets/broadband) whether we like it or not. So if there is a problem with my broadband- no service - it doesn't separate the accounts so I can pay them separately. Why can't this happen?

    @VodafoneUK sort your customer service out. For 3 days I've been trying to cancel my broadband. Can only call customer service. 2 x 30 minute calls with no answer and on my 3rd attempt after 30 mins I was hung up on. Let me cancel online and not have to waste more of my time!!
