    @VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

    Have had the most horrific customer experiences in my life with @vodafoneuk @vodafonegroup what should have been a simple task of cancelling an unused contract (5th attempt) - the chat operative took nearly two hours trying to sell other products & call operator just hung up! 😡

    They did actually cancel it after 2.5hrs... & 2 attempts to sell me other Vodafone products I didn’t want or need - really poor customer service - your telephony team were amazingly, worse Counting the days until the end of @vodafoneUk contract & telling anyone who will listen!

    @VodafoneUK been a customer for years and years.. Literally the first time I've *ever* tried to use the VeryMe rewards to get myself a free coffee at @CostaCoffee and I get "sorry, it says they app isn't recognised" Disappointed doesn't even come close..
