    @SurbitonMoan got an update from #EE re lack of signal: they can’t send engineers to fix it due to H&S. so this is first to fix. Next update 12 Nov. No hurry there!!! Glad have moved to @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK you’ve now sent two routers. They aren’t working. @EE we are really excited to sack off @VodafoneUK for you for quicker speeds, better service and better benefits. You don’t have much to live up to but as long as we have internet every day I think we will be happy

    @VodafoneUK worst customer experience of any biz I’ve ever dealt with. Accused me of lying, sent me in-store for no reason, data breaches, hours lost trying to transfer ownership, mis-selling, awful complaint handling. Can’t wait for our biz contracts to expire. Appalling. (End.)

    @AnnaWeather @VodafoneUK I ordered 11pro 256Gb last tuesday. Was told 1 to 2 weeks delivery, but it's out of stock. People are waiting like 3 or 4 weeks for there phones. No one at customer services knows what they're doing.

    @VodafoneUK We have already done that many times and have screen grabs showing the social media team confirming there’s nothing to pay but the customer relations department still he has £600 to pay. We are taking the story to your CEO and the national media if not sorted by next weekend.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK please can you look at my DM - been in Spain, account cut off - received texts saying big roaming charges despite ‘free roaming’ and can’t even access my account to see the damage as your site is down for maintenance

    @elhussieny_h @VodafoneUK Whatever you do, don’t sign a contract with Vodafone. You’ll get terrible customer service and be told you owe money that you don’t. Go to EE or Three instead. But not Vodafone.

    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    Hey @VodafoneUK, we are currently at LL18 5NA and there is barely any mobile Internet coverage whatsoever. We struggle to load a single web page. It's been this bad here since at least a year ago, and previously it was fine. What's happened?

    @nowthenyoungman @VodafoneUK Sounds like a right ***** up mate. Should be £6 a day. Has a 25 gig fair use policy, but that only affects data and not text/phone etc. I had an issue with them when I went to Oz. Had to sort it on return - can you go online chat and request a callback?

    @VodafoneUK Good Morning. I was informed the issue would be passed on, but could take up to two weeks I was doing the upgrade over the phone to Vodafone so was not an online offer, my price increases this week due to the end of my contract as well.
