Rip-off @VodafoneUK charged me £45 to talk to a #Ring operator as they don't take complaints by email or chat, just telephone. The latest replacement has not arrived but how to complain?

The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!
