    @VodafoneUK Ive been without data except for WIFI for 7 days now because of a glitch in your network attributing data usage to my phone that was wrong. And I’ve yet to get any update or fix, the absolute worst!!

    @VodafoneUK And why was that not communicated? That’s such a bad move! You’re the only of the big ones that doesn’t have wifi coverage. Also, Jubilee line is only a small part of the whole tube line.

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    .@VodafoneUK very poor decision for you to stop providing free Wi-Fi access on the London Underground. As a regular business commuter in to the City, I will now seriously consider switching mobile providers after being a customer for 20 years plus!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. I’ve been onto your team who have decided that I have to call the call centre. If I had time to make calls I would have - I want to get this resolved through DM. Why have a social media team if problems can’t be resolved by SM? And still don’t have my new phone sorted!

    @VodafoneUK The point is that your website prevented me from taking up an offer an hour and a half before it was due to expire. This is a Vodafone issue that you don’t event acknowledge let alone help with. I’ll refer this to the OFT unless someone sorts this.

    Hey @VodafoneUK just had a guy claiming to be from your promotional department offering me an iPhone 14 for less than im currently paying, pretty sure it’s a scam. +44 20 8089 4943 was the number he rang from. I’m already a Vodafone customer so thought it was dodgy.
