Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Tried to cancel a contract with Vodafone UK in 2015 (broke uni student at the time) but after several phone calls (an in-person shop visits) I wasn't getting anywhere so cancelled the DD. Sent debt collectors after me. Never had a contract with them since and never will again.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone tried to blackmail me into paying more for Internet by cutting supply until I signed up to longer contract. No Internet for over a month and no explanation. When I left they failed to close account and stole money. Awful company.
