    @karsbreanne @VodafoneUK I left them many many years ago when they charged my ex >£700 - his phone was stolen, he reported it immediately but they still charged him! And I will never go back to them. Ever.

    Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

    Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

    @VodafoneUK Trying simply to change contract on one phone and used Tobi to no avail. Used 191 and in a queue for nearly an hour and still unresolved as agreed new contract and live went dead. Rang back and left another 49 mins to no avail. I’m appalled as customer for 32 years with 4 lines !

    @Deathisreal99 @WilloWispish @VodafoneUK Yes, absolutely. eg £1000 iPhone over 24 months (assuming that’s the contract term) is £41.67pm Therefore you shouldn’t pay more than £50 pm for the same service level. And you’ve got to remember to change the contract (or upgrade again) bang on the 2 year date.
