4. I ask @VodafoneUK for the code please, answer? No, you need to submit a form, but, can you see my code I ask? It's a form you send I get told again. I fill it in, and get told this can take upto 10 days to be returned. Crap customer service.

So, @VodafoneUK, after 24 months of dreadful service and virtually non existent internet coverage, I can finally leave you and go to a decent provider, or, that's what I thought. Contract up, and finding a SIM only deal elsewhere is my plan

Forgot to pay @VodafoneUK by 5 days. Vodafone’s answer? Not to remind me, but to get @TheZincGroup to send a letter saying they’re going to cut me off, possibly add £638 or send to debt collector making it £841. *clears throat* go **** yourselves!

@markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

3. Devious @VodafoneUK. I phone your useless customer service, and I talk to 5, yes FIVE different people who all ask me the same damn questions. Eventually I am told I need a code to unlock phone. You dont tell that do you? Naughty Vodamoan!

@VodafoneUK Also to add, Vodafone phone support either brushes off, or had long waits when i request support (first time in 6 months, not frequently). But when I selected the “new connection” option, it immediately routed to a person. So once connection is sold, quality goes down

@VodafoneUK I have. Seems to be fine. And the broadband app seems to be claiming sync speed is 80mbps. So considering me and many others are suffering, makes me wonder if everyone's routers have received a bad firmware update or something.

@VodafoneUK My phone is suddenly unable to make calls, texts or use the internet. The phone shows 4G but it doesn’t work. Online help won’t help me as I don’t know my PIN. Why do I need it? In case I’m impersonating someone trying to get their phone to work? Just fix it please
