    1/ Fed up with poor service from @VodafoneUK broadband so decided to switch to @Onestream_UK as they’re cheaper & I read good things. Switch date is tomorrow & I realised earlier my router hadn’t arrived. Tried to phone, to be told by their phone system they don’t answer calls

    Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

    Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

    @VodafoneUK absolutely sick of paying for this service. I can never get a signal and people can never hear me clearly when I ring them, apparently my area are suffering connection issues. So bad, been happening for a full week now 😫 tried to contact customer service, USELESS.

    Hi @VodafoneUK, you're hosting 07468363133 on your network and this phone number is being used by scammers who are carrying out bank impersonation scams against targets in the UK. Seems to be using WhatsApp to make the calls. I've reported via your website already @NCSC @Ofcom
