Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

But all over that area mobile internet barely works or does not work at all. Additionally in some areas around there the phone signal is poor.
