They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

Was told to go into a store. Was told phone isn’t damaged so can be done under warranty. “We’ll send it away and you’ll get it back in 5 days” That is absurd!
