William Clark (@Will527) reported from London, England@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

Sophie Petzal (@Sonic_Screwup) reported from London, EnglandHere’s where the intelligence of technology falls down. I suspect the phone is in stock but not in the colour I arbitrarily ordered. They’ve not said ‘hey, if you ask for the space whatever, we can give you that!’ so I’m just left wondering...@VodafoneUK
-

-
Eonia (@ValkyrieEonia) reported from London, England@VodafoneUK No, just leave my Twitter you cockroach. We are sick of you, worst customer's service and worst company ever. I am pretty sure this can go to court for abusing us, we are nothing to you, yet I know many disappointed people, and yet we went with you, sadly.

DanielSSmith FRSA💙 (@DanielSSmith) reported from London, England@VodafoneUK You are clearly having problems with fulfilling orders. Can you give more insight into why orders are delayed, when it will be resolved and when will orders be dispatched. Current responses really aren’t good enough. Saying asap means nothing.

Rishi Madlani (@RishiMadlani) reported from City of London, EnglandHave had the most horrific customer experiences in my life with @vodafoneuk @vodafonegroup what should have been a simple task of cancelling an unused contract (5th attempt) - the chat operative took nearly two hours trying to sell other products & call operator just hung up! 😡
-
DomLee1987 (@DomLee1987) reported from London, England@VodafoneUK Hello, my wife has contacted you about her contract and upgrading. The phone call took 2 1/2 hours to connect before being told that they couldn't do anything and to seek advice online. It is subpar customer service and I want to know how it'll be remedied

𝐙𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 (@zu_h_air) reported@VodafoneUK your support has been quite disappointing. I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.

Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing my my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

Robin Nakamoto (@RobinNakamoto) reported@VodafoneUK How about you fix your 5G instead?
