Struggled to get a signal much of the time.

I’d say you’re controlling what I can do with my data service and that’s not on. I’m on unlimited data and should be able to do as I wish legally

After asking them to call me back after the holidays once they’d educated themselves; utter silence. An unbelievably appalling experience.

Have called approximately 15 times and have waited on average 1 hour, only to speak with unhelpful customer support. I can’t count the number of hours that I have wasted!
