They did actually cancel it after 2.5hrs... & 2 attempts to sell me other Vodafone products I didn’t want or need - really poor customer service - your telephony team were amazingly, worse Counting the days until the end of @vodafoneUk contract & telling anyone who will listen!

@VodafoneUK your 4G in Beccles in Suffolk does not work. It shows on my phone as having 4G but says no Internet when I open Google etc. Other people have said they have the same issue. Ongoing now for over a year and customer service just keeps telling me it is fine. It is not.

Avoid @VodafoneUK Take out a 30day rolling contract and they make it impossible to cancel, lie to you on the phone, no supervisors available to speak to!
