On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

Website says copy / paste discount code into voucher box at checkout. No voucher box to be seen. Your system is a barrier to the use of this discount.
