    @jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

    @VodafoneUK I’m a Business Premier customer with damage insurance. My phone has a fault (really quiet on a call). Was told to go into a store. Was told phone isn’t damaged so can be done under warranty. “We’ll send it away and you’ll get it back in 5 days” That is absurd!

    Here’s where the intelligence of technology falls down. I suspect the phone is in stock but not in the colour I arbitrarily ordered. They’ve not said ‘hey, if you ask for the space whatever, we can give you that!’ so I’m just left wondering...@VodafoneUK

    @elhussieny_h @VodafoneUK Whatever you do, don’t sign a contract with Vodafone. You’ll get terrible customer service and be told you owe money that you don’t. Go to EE or Three instead. But not Vodafone.

    Classic @vodafoneuk . I upgraded, they sent me a broken phone. I called, they promised a replacement delivered at 1800 today in an hour slot. Of course it hasn’t turned up. They say it’s not their responsibility, it’s DPD. Won’t tell me if they booked the hour slot or day slot.

    Update - DPD tried to deliver at 1030 this morning. When I wasn’t home. Funny that, given @VodafoneUK had promised they would book at hour delivery slot at 1800. I asked them to confirm they had done it and the ‘customer service’ person hung up rather than answer.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK It took me months to get them to properly close down my account when I left. Only because I am a pedant and checked my DD mandate and credit record that I could evidence that they were not doing their job. Finally got a letter out of them after much wasted time.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Same problem with mum who is now in a home with dementia. £10 a month to O2 and they are demanding a dr note confirming diagnosis. Who do these companies think they are? I am with same co and will not be renewing!

I'd cancelled a contract, but it hadn't been cancelled. So I stopped the direct debit. Scared the crap out of me, I've never been in financial trouble before. 1)

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Bouygues France set up a phone account for my husband, conned my 15yr old daughter who answered the phone that day in2 extending (thus changing) the account, but wouldn’t cancel ‘unless they spoke 2 the male contract holder! Their rules to suit them!
