@VodafoneUK I have now interacted with your customer service and the vue customer service explaining my issue in writing, twice. Both bot interactions. I've lost tickets twice in the last week through having to isolate. Now this. How much money for nothing do you require?

@VodafoneUK I placed an order for a new personal line, porting a number in. I received the new SIM, but have had no service for over 24 hrs. Multiple calls to your helpline who just ask me to wait a bit longer. Really frustrated! Order SBL-1000000528805835. Pls help.

.@VodafoneUK very poor decision for you to stop providing free Wi-Fi access on the London Underground. As a regular business commuter in to the City, I will now seriously consider switching mobile providers after being a customer for 20 years plus!

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@VodafoneUK what is wrong with your digital assistant, I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 3 days now and Tobi is still not online. IVR just routes you back to the digital assistant and then hangs up. Utterly Shocking service 😡

@VModifiedMind @VodafoneUK Interesting - I dual SIMed EE and Vodafone for a good while and found Vodafone much worse (beside one or two remote areas where Vodafone provided a weak 3G signal and EE no signal). I was hoping to find it equal or better as a backup/alternative but it didn’t work out.
