@VodafoneUK The agents or customer Vernice team cut me of three times while I was trying to resolve this issue. On the third time, in a space of 15 min I asked the agent to call me back, giving him my number but that never happened.

@AnnaWeather @VodafoneUK I ordered 11pro 256Gb last tuesday. Was told 1 to 2 weeks delivery, but it's out of stock. People are waiting like 3 or 4 weeks for there phones. No one at customer services knows what they're doing.

@VodafoneUK worst customer experience of any biz I’ve ever dealt with. Accused me of lying, sent me in-store for no reason, data breaches, hours lost trying to transfer ownership, mis-selling, awful complaint handling. Can’t wait for our biz contracts to expire. Appalling. (End.)

@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

@VodafoneUK I’ve checked it and the two locations I used most (home and work) show “good coverage indoors and outdoors” however my internet is extremely slow at both these locations. Some internet reliant apps (banking, WhatsApp etc) don’t work at all but are fine on wifi.

Extremely dissapointed with @VodafoneUK. Spent 3 months, 6 hours of phone calls and online support to upgrade my existing broadband. The promised upgrade was cancelled along with my existing one at the same day without any notice. Now I have no internet. Dumbest support ever.

@VodafoneUK They went missing a year ago, and I contacted Vodafone several times about it, most recently last week. They refused to cancel the contract so I advised them I will never be a customer again for the rest of my life. Shame, as I need a contract for an apple watch. O2 it will be.

@virginmedia have been dreadful lately. Such a nightmare trying to work from homes and have meetings etc. Will definitely be leaving when my contract ends as know people that pay less and have better service from @NOW and @VodafoneUK
