    Hi @VodafoneUK - your billing is broken and you've sent (another) threatening call about cutting off my phone while I'm trying to recover from a broken back. Wouldn't be an issue apart from I've called four(!) separate times in the past week to rectify the issue... Please fix!

    @VodafoneUK terrible service! My Mum’s phone was stolen yesterday, been told three times it has been blocked. Each time we’ve called it and someone has answered so no block. Told new phone was available to pick up in Paddington store, an hour later told there’s none in stock.

    Wow what absolutely rubbish customer service from Vodaphone , lied to twice about when Phone would be delivered and told hopefully I will now receive it 12 days after ordering it .Originally told it would be delivered next day !!!!! @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Have spoken to @one.com you want to charge me for an early upgrade. Even though the product I have isn’t fit for purpose. I’ve been a customer of @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20 years. Disgraceful I will wait until my contract is up terminate it and take my business elsewhere

    @EE Yes but you have increased it TWICE for me then insult us by saying you are introducing free Apple Music etc for NEW customers. I was with @VodafoneUK for many years and wanted to try you out but the network is a mare to be honest. Constantly something.

    @VodafoneUK Well Ryan I was told that when the black phone came back in stock I could exchange it , just been told Apple have discontinued the 7 .The store told me I can exchange it for the next model down at no extra charge , why is it never for the next model up !!!

    @VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

    @VodafoneUK The Borehamwood store told me it had been discontinued for weeks and they had none in stock and obviously now would not , the purchase of this phone has been nothing but problems since Feb 20th . Continual lies from Vodaphone

    @VodafoneUK signal where i live has been shocking for weeks. Apparantly you are working on a mast nearby. Hit and miss whether i can ring out, calls constantly interrupted, wifi calling intermittantly works. Will we be getting a rebate

    @jellymalin @VodafoneUK Best thing is call them until you reach the right person at @VodafoneUK that actually takes ownership of your issue. They are normally very good in my 25 years experience with them. Even if I did have to go direct to HQ in Newbury one time and literally stand on a soap box :)

    @VodafoneUK never have I known such bad customer service! I just need to know what is going on with my broadband contract. I've called 5 times at least & been told different things. Would be nice to speak to someone who knows what they're doing!
