  @VodafoneUK Tobi is in no way helpful, and does not handle calls only text chat. It's ridiculous most call options refer to Tobi and hang up. I had to choose the option to cancel my contract just to speak to a real person about a screw up on Vodafone's end.

  @VodafoneUK there is no mobile network coverage in the area around Hyde Park Corner in London. It’s been like that for the past month or so: every time I get nearby the mobile internet doesn’t work. Is a tower down or something??

  @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.
