What I don't want is another 3 days of 'line tests' before an engineer is sent out to tell me my line is fine.

@VodafoneUK Any particular reason your broadband speeds have been crap today. I pay for up to 63Mbps and today I am lucky if I got 5Mbps. Doesn't help with the internet also goes out ever 5 minutes when i am trying to work from home.
