Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England@VodafoneUK Mille, it would be much easier to be patient if we knew how long it was really going to take to fix. An hour? A day? A week? A month? Please just be transparent. “As quickly as possible” doesn’t mean anything.

On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?
-
Beefy Roberts (@BeefyRoberts) reported from Hillingdon, EnglandSo, @VodafoneUK, after 24 months of dreadful service and virtually non existent internet coverage, I can finally leave you and go to a decent provider, or, that's what I thought. Contract up, and finding a SIM only deal elsewhere is my plan
-
Nic Steveholls 🍍 (@stevie_nicholls) reported from Camden Town, England@VodafoneUK We are currently paying for a service that is not fit for purpose. -
Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England@markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.
-

Simone Arbib (@SimoneArbib) reported from London Colney, England@VodafoneUK there is no mobile network coverage in the area around Hyde Park Corner in London. It’s been like that for the past month or so: every time I get nearby the mobile internet doesn’t work. Is a tower down or something??
-
Who's Simon? 👨🏻🎤 (@The_CaptAwesome) reported from Hammersmith, England@VodafoneUK Nice work in getting people to DM you and then ignoring them. You’re customer service is truly awful @Ofcom should investigate your practices and false promises.
-

Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing me my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.
-
Michael Dance (@ourdancefamily) reported.@SMARTYMobileUK is a waste of space. Their live chat asks you a load of trash and to cancel a sim is a pain in the arse. Why can’t a mobile company see the account you’ve logged into and actually provide decent support, every other network can, let’s hope @VodafoneUK fixes it!!
-
Deneuk12 (@deneuk1273642) reportedHow do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!!
-
BoomtinglI (@boomtingl) reported@VodafoneUK Why is DPD Crawley refusing to deliver #vodafone package for 24 month contract etc when I was told they would redeliver DPD Crawley are bad but usually the contractor can make them do their bidding. Utter Cucks!
-
WorldCupWilly1966 (@Worldcupwil1966) reported@VodafoneUK cant order broadband online PR7 7JY number 57 can you fix? "Network is at capacity so a new ONT cannot be ordered." I suspect this is what your checker is flagging on. However, this caveat only applies to installations requiring a new ONT -ONT is already present
-
DEV NARAYAN (@heyDEVNARAYAN) reportedHi @VodafoneUK , I’m currently outside the UK and need help checking the status of my move from Pay Monthly to Pay As You Go and whether a final bill is pending before I cancel my Direct Debit. I haven’t received any confirmation yet. Could you please help?
-
𝐙𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 (@zu_h_air) reported@VodafoneUK your support has been quite disappointing. I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.

Martyn Wade (@mwmufc) reported@VodafoneUK Currently 9 days into new contract and still no service. Numerous hours of phonecalls and trip to shop and still no sign of getting what i've paid for. Surely this is unacceptable @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman. How do I get what I've paid for when vodafone refuse to provide.
