@VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

@VodafoneUK Hi thanks for your reply. The issue is the fluctuation between 4G and 4G+ keeps reducing. And speed I have to say is becoming a terrible experience from Vodafone. Compared to other networks like EE and O2 they have got something right. Why is it taking Vodafone this long?
