The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. Hellie Roo (@MissHellieRoo) reported@VodafoneUK I was looking to upgrade but you're trying to charge more for the airtime plan on an S26 than an iPhone17 - for the same airtime plan! Obviously the device plans are different but why a £10pm difference for the same airtime service? Make it make sense.
