@VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

TWO HOURS waiting for @VodafoneUK to answer the damn phone. Abysmal customer service. I should’ve just cancelled my contract. This upgrade has been nothing but problems. The lines close in half hour so wtf am I meant to do!? So I’m gonna lose my discount in 4 days. GREAT. Cheers.

@VodafoneUK Thank you! I am as only ordered yesterday and it just arrived today, I don’t want to cancel my plan just change the phone from the iPhone 13 mini to the iPhone 13. Is this doable before I spend ages on hold? Or am I able to change the phone in store maybe?
