    @SurbitonMoan got an update from #EE re lack of signal: they can’t send engineers to fix it due to H&S. so this is first to fix. Next update 12 Nov. No hurry there!!! Glad have moved to @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK The agents or customer Vernice team cut me of three times while I was trying to resolve this issue. On the third time, in a space of 15 min I asked the agent to call me back, giving him my number but that never happened.

    Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

    @VodafoneUK why is the customer service so so so wrong. 3 hours on a chat, offered compensation then offered contract then offered something, then offered I don't know what and then disconnected following a Vodafone chat service from 7pm to 10pm. Resolution = NONE
