@VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

I just thought as I valued customer for over 20 years Vodafone could of shown a little compassion in such traumatic circumstances 💔
