@VodafoneUK for the 2nd day running, your ‘customer care’ team have failed to call me back at the agreed time so that they can solve my complaint and prevent me from cancelling my contracts. My complaint was about the customer service I received!

@VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the worst social media to reply to people with enquires and problems with Vodafone problems , they never reply back , and when they do,after there 100th cup of tea of the day, customers usually don’t bother and fed up anyway

I have two phones - one on @EE and one on @VodafoneUK - and I can barely get any signal from either at my home in south east London, which is GREAT when I have to do basically all my meetings by phone right now.

Ordered #GigaCube from @VodafoneUK and I had the worst experience ever with a provider.. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks, then they over charged us significantly, speed was so slow.. Wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay £500.. really DISAPPOINTED in @VodafoneGroup

@VodafoneUK 2/2 Broadband...outtage last night, deteriorating wifi signal, a week of trying to get sorted, different technicians offering different solutions none work - then the coup de grace - upgrade pay us more money and that'll fix the problem!!!!
