Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

Chris Barnsey (@BarnseyChr77489) reported@VodafoneUK I phoned up and I spoke to someone he said I needed the complaints department or a different department then said he’d put me through, but it just rang and rang and rang and I was waiting for over an hour and 40 minutes and no one answered. I had to put the phone down in the end.
