@VodafoneUK for the 2nd day running, your ‘customer care’ team have failed to call me back at the agreed time so that they can solve my complaint and prevent me from cancelling my contracts. My complaint was about the customer service I received!

@VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

@VodafoneUK Wimbledon store not helpful with @VOXI_UK You sell the SIMs but tell me to go online to sort out any issues trying to activate the services that are part of taking out a contact. Really poor.

Ordered #GigaCube from @VodafoneUK and I had the worst experience ever with a provider.. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks, then they over charged us significantly, speed was so slow.. Wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay £500.. really DISAPPOINTED in @VodafoneGroup

27 telemarketing/scam calls today so far - not counting the scam texts - is this really the way of things to come @VodafoneUK so many people are having the same trouble. At this rate will be far easier for people to start changing their numbers !

@jaydeadams @VodafoneUK Next step: ask them what the fee to be on the network without having to pay for the phone is. When I did this with EE, it went down to £10 a month.

@jaydeadams @VodafoneUK I recently ended a 6 month long back and forth with them in which they charged me repeatedly for something they gave me "for free" to fix something they'd ****** up earlier. Got a 10% discount, and a month later they put their prices up for everyone and cancelled it out
