    @VodafoneUK I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated today. I have been charged over £50 for being 2gig over an account I asked to be capped. I have been blamed for not checking my account. This is the second time that I have cancelled my account. Never again

    @VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Guys ,over the past 10 days or so I've made 3 calls to CS, enquiring about delivery of router. Last Mon I was told last Fri. Last Friday I was told this Tues. Service went live yesterday and was told I wouldnt be billed until router was connected. Was billed y'day

    It appears @VodafoneUK reward loyalty by adding £6.95 to your first bill for a delivery charge of an upgraded phone despite not mentioning this anywhere when placing the order. Next time I’ll switch network #deceiving #noloyalty #hiddenfees

    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    @VodafoneUK Incorrect billing AGAIN, services cut off, no warning, no text, apparently a letter by post, odd when nothing else has come by post for roughly 3 years. Paid overcharge to reinstate services, which are still off. YOUR staff can't marry up billing to supplied service.

    Initially they implied you must have been unlucky that the mast just happens to be down in Hampstead and Milton Keynes, the two places I was today. But, then it was down in Cambridge, Lancashire, Cornwall, Derbyshire, every postcode I gave them. Smell porkies. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom

    @d_christianrose @VodafoneUK @Ofcom O2 spent six months ‘investigating’ poor signal where I live and sending me weekly texts to say they’d let me know when they’d found something. I gave up. I hate phones anyway. Husband changed to EE.

    Does anyone else find @CityFibre @VodafoneUK absolutely brutal, with constant drop out of signal? Then when you finally get to speak to a human they tell you that they don’t guarantee the service but “if you upgrade” they will? So for the money I pay I shouldn’t expect broadband?

    @VodafoneUK as a relatively new customer, I'm not happy. I've taken you up on a few free months of Discovery+ which isn't very good anyway. Needless to say, you've made it impossible to cancel and now I've been charged. I find it really dishonest.

    @O2 have messed up my direct debit for the 3rd time, keep cutting off & keep expecting me to double pay the bill! Their Twitter team are lovely but their customer service team are so unhelpful. After nearly 20 years with O2! Anyone recommend are @VodafoneUK or @TalkTalk better?
