@VodafoneUK - for over 3 hours ,your assistant was rude , cutting me off as my battery was dying after asking me to take a pic of my router which cut me off when I went to the camera app ,I've just tried to contact via the app but apparently they're having tech problem's

I raised a ticket 2 weeks ago for the wifi not working, the engineer came to fix the issue on Wednesday. On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍

Dear @VodafoneUK what I'd really like for #FeelgoodFriday would be to get my damn phone number working so people can call me. I have data again after A WEEK without and can call out after cut off for TWO DAYS but STILL no-one can call me. Your "support" is truly #terrible

@VodafoneUK honestly ur network is so ****. I'm considering switching over to some one who has better 5g coverage and one that doesn't switch off data out of the blue. Coz of you guys dead net, I couldn't end my @limebike at the location I was at. Had to ride it further to end it

@VodafoneUK my mom recieved her sim on Monday. It's a 12 month contract but so far her phone is still showing sim not provisioned. I called customer service and they told me it'll be activated by midnight which didn't.

@DrHannahBB @VodafoneUK Mobile phone issues are generally 1) SIM isn't registered/has lost its registration (nothing works). Needs a call to the provider 2) There's a config error with mobile data (calls work, no data), usually the carrier can re send mob data settings 3) Data turned off or run out

@RMajor86 @currys @VodafoneUK I managed to speak to the complaints escalation team who said they'd cancelled it and will refund my money. They also said that they're changing their call centre to the UK. They're only doing what they should of done and have made no effort to compensate me for all the crap.
