@VodafoneUK Well Ryan I was told that when the black phone came back in stock I could exchange it , just been told Apple have discontinued the 7 .The store told me I can exchange it for the next model down at no extra charge , why is it never for the next model up !!!

@VodafoneUK I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated today. I have been charged over £50 for being 2gig over an account I asked to be capped. I have been blamed for not checking my account. This is the second time that I have cancelled my account. Never again

@VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

@VodafoneUK Hi Guys ,over the past 10 days or so I've made 3 calls to CS, enquiring about delivery of router. Last Mon I was told last Fri. Last Friday I was told this Tues. Service went live yesterday and was told I wouldnt be billed until router was connected. Was billed y'day

@VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

Contacted @VodafoneUK and been fobbed off after over 100 calls to get fixed, customer service appalling and many calls ended without warning, apparently a 3 month old phone that has a crack along the fold is considered "physical damage"

@VodafoneUK Your customer relations team is just a joke, same agent I spoke to via phone initially called me again despite twitter team saying they are taking over and offer me as a courtesy from Vodafone to wave my early termination fees. When I am entitled to it as per the contract terms.

@VodafoneUK I've been with you for a week and I still don't have a working phone (I'm paying for it though) and spent 45 minutes on live chat earlier to be told to phone the number I phoned earlier and nobody could help! It's a sim swap, it's ridiculous!

@VodafoneUK Shocking broadband service. I was told an engineer would be round Wed, took the day off work for them, nobody shows up. Live Chat ignored the issue and just said to wait until midnight for the internet to work. Knew it wouldn't (it didn't). Is there even a service?

@VodafoneUK so Vodafone have put defaults on my credit file even though I’m no longer with the network !!!! I have provided all evidence of bills being paid and even my paper work leaving the network but once again they are refusing to help Avoid this network
