@VodafoneUK sold me a 3rd tariff guess what despite complete assurances still doesn’t have what I wanted. Complaints have me a code that doesn’t work and I can’t speak to anyone senior enough to sort this out! Worst of all the help people keep making it out it is my fault!!!

@VodafoneUK I'm sat at home ill with my ill little blind puppy margot trying to watch Sherlock. Great series. Full of suspense- exciting- except your WiFi isn't strong enough to maintain a signal and you keep denying it.
