Ordered #GigaCube from @VodafoneUK and I had the worst experience ever with a provider.. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks, then they over charged us significantly, speed was so slow.. Wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay £500.. really DISAPPOINTED in @VodafoneGroup

@VodafoneUK I’m dealing with someone called Calum, who clearly doesn’t know how to work under pressure, in a crisis situation you need strong people. Is it possible to talk to someone at Vodaphone, no one is picking up calls, response time via message is unacceptably slow.

I have two phones - one on @EE and one on @VodafoneUK - and I can barely get any signal from either at my home in south east London, which is GREAT when I have to do basically all my meetings by phone right now.

@VodafoneUK for the 2nd day running, your ‘customer care’ team have failed to call me back at the agreed time so that they can discuss my complaint and try to prevent me from cancelling my contracts. My complaint was about the customer service I received!

@VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

Anyone who’s followed our tedious frustrating saga w @VodafoneUK’s lack of service this week - I reassembled router myself yday (necessity mother of invention) & now working again. Dr Wife can now do her remote #NHS diagnoses. Vodafone have lost a customer at end of all this.

@VodafoneUK I upgraded my contract on 22nd so that I’d have worldwide included in plan until 6/1/21 when the rules change, but it’s now 31st and my plan hasn’t charged and I’m now being charged £6 a day to use my phone 😡 can someone help please!!

@VodafoneUK I took out two sim deals through Cpw at the end of November, they were both cancelled within 48 hours. Since you’ve taken money out of my bank for line rental. Now your sending me texts about secure net, saying I need to cancel it unless I want it to continue.
