Multiple calls to your helpline who just ask me to wait a bit longer. Really frustrated! Order SBL-1000000528805835. Pls help.

It's a form you send I get told again. I fill it in, and get told this can take upto 10 days to be returned. Crap customer service.

Complaints have me a code that doesn’t work and I can’t speak to anyone senior enough to sort this out! Worst of all the help people keep making it out it is my fault!!!

It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls.
