    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @VodafoneUK what is wrong with your digital assistant, I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 3 days now and Tobi is still not online. IVR just routes you back to the digital assistant and then hangs up. Utterly Shocking service 😡

    @VodafoneUK very impressive service and turnaround time from the open reach engineer. Line fault as wire snapped from pole somewhere near the green box. He repaired it and updated our wall socket. Grateful.

    @VodafoneUK Been on the phone over 2 hours to @VodafoneUK @VodafoneBiz they disconnected 4 lines in error for 5 days. Spent hours on the phone chasing and the sent of the bills to the collections team. Even through we set up the billing. What is happening with the service
