    @VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK I have a serious issue with my account - your call centres have taken 4 weeks and still not fixed. After switching with PAC to you at beg of April I still cannot rcv incoming calls or send/rcv txts. This service is atrocious

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @VodafoneUK really appalled by your customer service or lack of. Keep getting cut off when I ring and had no joy on the app on 2 separate occasions in getting my issue resolved. In ireland and can’t ring Irish mobiles for 3 days now. Can someone call me ASAP to sort this out.

    @VodafoneUK As I explained yesterday Vodafone are only able to offer mobile WiFi on a 2 year contract. Or put a box on the front of the place we are staying which is a ridiculous suggestion as the place is not ours to do that! Stop defending Vodafone it doesn’t work. Useless customer service
