@VodafoneUK I asked for the Pro Superfast to be cancelled on 22nd of April 2021. It has not been cancelled. Why. I will cancel all payments if it is not cancelled. No one picks up the phone and when they do they hang up. A disgrace and Shameful.

@VodafoneUK This is a general problem in the areas mentioned, not some temporary fault, it's been like this for years most likely. I am few hundred metres from the British Legion mast in Enfield, yet speeds are abysmal. Are there any plans to upgrade this zone?
