@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Our old phone line internet was disconnected before confirmation of our fibre super fast broadband was working. There is a problem with our fibre and could take a week to fix! Very annoyed as my wife and I are working from home!

@VodafoneUK I've logged the fault via chat. A ticket has been raised but I'm told I will have to wait 48-72 hours for a call from the tech team. That's not even a fix. I rely on the internet for work - that is an unacceptable time frame
