@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

@VodafoneUK I get constant dropped calls from Comoros and Botswana. I report these by text but still the same numbers keep calling. I’ve tried to phone but your IVR system won’t let me speak to a person. Very unhappy about the fact I can’t talk to someone about this. Please help.

@VodafoneUK Hello. Now I have no internet AGAIN on my 25x More Stable Full Fibre 900Pro plan. Utterly disgusting service. Twice now in two weeks i get 0.2mbs download between 6pm and 12 midnight. Nobody has helped. Move me back to my old DSL connection please.
