    @Ovmar_ @VodafoneGhana @VodafoneUK Bro!! I kid you not! Fibre Broadband. And someone from there told me its cuz “Theres a lot of people using it now”. I rly dont get how thats my issue. Have a limit of people than can purchase it then if you know going over a certain will cause slower speeds.

    There are so many customer service horror stories on Twitter. So much naming and shaming. But here's a wonderful counter-example: @VodafoneUK . I'm not even a customer anymore and they resolved a historical query within minutes, including documents. Top notch customer CARE!
