Was told to go into a store. Was told phone isnโt damaged so can be done under warranty. โWeโll send it away and youโll get it back in 5 daysโ That is absurd!

I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.
