Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

@VodafoneUK I spoke to customer services and cancellations, who offered me a worse deal than i'm currently on. I explained i want the same or similar deal with another handset. The answer was simply no, I explained i can get it from other providers, no interest shown on offering a contract.

I’ve not been able to send a messenger text since the beginning of May because of little to no signal being provided in my area, before this time it was fine. According to @VodafoneUK this is acceptable and am unable to terminate my contract.
