    Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

    Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

    @VodafoneUK I was told by a lady on 191 I could easily change my plan to one with more data. I was then told by a man on your “dedicated sales team” number I’d have pay to cancel my current contract and start again. Would be good if you all read from the same instruction manual.

    @twittahypocrisy @VodafoneUK Same, can't retrieve voicemail, signal gone, no Internet. Its daily, and I've seen the service down sites showing the same thing, as you say EVERY single day. Friends say the same too. Useless customer service, constant lies, zero help and they expect us to keep contacting them!
