Contradicting statement, lost SIM cards, no explanations. Spent 2 full days dealing with agents and no resolution.

Not blaming the call centre staff I liaised with, but I've been told Asda to a PAYG and you don't need to unlock your vodaphone to use their network. Not confirmed yet.
