    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Our old phone line internet was disconnected before confirmation of our fibre super fast broadband was working. There is a problem with our fibre and could take a week to fix! Very annoyed as my wife and I are working from home!

    @VodafoneUK Disconnected from the internet because of a failure on their part. Seem less transition from phone line to fibre. Disgusting especially considering we ordered the new service 3 months ago! #fail @Ofcom could be down a week! #disgusting

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I’m an existing customer who is now out of contract. I’ve signed a new contract with you but via a 3rd party website (sooooo much cheaper!!). I’m assuming when the new phone arrives tomorrow you can transfer my existing number onto my new phone / SIM?

    Absolutely horrendous experience with @VodafoneUK. They told me numerous that I don't owe them any money, but this morning they sent me a letter via debt collection agency asking for money. Been on the phone with CS for over 3hrs. No one is able to fix! Don't use @VodafoneUK!

    @VodafoneUK I am facing this issue 18 hours a day. Vodafone customer care team have only bots. They never slove problem provide 2g speed in 4g network but they suck customer money for 4g price.

    @VodafoneUK I tried to speak to someone, but apparently this isn’t possible and the web team can’t help - so they’ve passed it on to a debt collector. After receiving the first bill I provided Power of Attorney and jumped through hoops to resolve the issue. 2/3
