@VodafoneUK switched Broadband to you 3 weeks ago. Wife and kids now hate me as the WiFi is awful, drops out all the time and the router range is about 4ft. I wish we had remained overpaying @TalkTalk. At least the internet worked when they were ripping us off.

wow. 25 mins waiting on the phone with @VodafoneUK they try to put me to the right department, and then they mute me and hang up on me after 35 mins on the phone. Unbelievable. Their operators are not really helpful #customerservice #holdon #notgood
