    Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK zone 01 London service gone to **** in recent months? 4G / 4 bars no internet, contently drops to two bars and frequently cuts out when on calls and on social and surfing! 🤯 …And they want more money from us to improve the service!! 😭

    @VodafoneUK clearly you have a problem with delivering orders at the moment. Only response I get is to check something that has said it's not dispatched for the last week. Am I better cancelling and going elsewhere? I've got my pac code.

    Let's talk about the terrible service received from @VodafoneUK upgraded contract 3 months ago!! Yes 3 months!! Being made to Pay for a phone I still haven't received!!! Countless complaints later and still no resolution. 🙄

    @VodafoneUK sold me a 3rd tariff guess what despite complete assurances still doesn’t have what I wanted. Complaints have me a code that doesn’t work and I can’t speak to anyone senior enough to sort this out! Worst of all the help people keep making it out it is my fault!!!

    @VodafoneUK To add - I'm the only one of all of my friends and family that cannot contact them when underground. Vodafone is seen by us all as an inferior network now.

    Hey @VodafoneUK is there a problem with your 4G data network. Three family members all on Vodafone, pictures not appearing in Twitter feeds. Been like that for 3 days now, wherever we are. Not a @Twitter problem as mates on other networks all good. What could this be?

    @MichaelLCrick Sorry Michael but everyone knows that the @VodafoneUK shops are a TOTAL disaster and you must never ever try to have any dealings with them at all. It's as if they were a covert operation to destroy the Vodafone brand. Do everything by post. That works v well.

    @VodafoneUK @whatneildid The press release seems to indicate that Voda simply haven’t paid up (enough)… “All mobile operators will be able to access the London Underground WiFi, as well as BAI's neutral host mobile network, which can also be made available to the Emergency Services Network (ESN).”

    @VodafoneUK You are clearly having problems with fulfilling orders. Can you give more insight into why orders are delayed, when it will be resolved and when will orders be dispatched. Current responses really aren’t good enough. Saying asap means nothing.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, thanks for your reply. This issue has been in the hands of your ‘super users’ for the last 4 days. I’ve spoken to numerous people here and abroad, been promised call backs that have never happened and guaranteed a fix will be in place in 24hrs! It never happens I’ve given up.

    Trying to cancel @VodafoneUK account. It's harder than getting it if that's possible. I got a transcript of the conversation to confirm it's cancelled but the transcript replaces the account with xxs so it isn't confirmation! Vodafone's labyrinthine systems are why I hope I left.
