    @VodafoneUK 3 weeks with no router at all! Finally get an appt. for 12/10 and take a day off work but no one shows up. Had to call to chase and get told too busy to attend today! Now booked for 14/10 - another 2 days and another day off! Why am I paying for this(lack of) service?

    Never and i mean never get a contract with @VodafoneUK there company is full of actual criminals! Now have to seek legal advise due to them illegally canceling my contract for no reason and sending the remaining contract balance to a debt collection company for over £800 🤬😵

What makes it worse though is they actually don't care and they are making no effort to rectify the situation. They just take the customer's hard earned money and then laugh in their faces. They are scum.

    Best part an hour on a chat window with @VodafoneUK and problem not even close to being resolved. The chat transcript is one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever seen. Truly awful….

    @O2 my 4g has got steadily worse for the last 3 years. My call signal is non-existent. I don't have the 4g capability to connect a video doorbell. Having to use a PAYG @VodafoneUK similar card to install it. It's pathetic
