I raised a ticket 2 weeks ago for the wifi not working, the engineer came to fix the issue on Wednesday. On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍

The myvodafone login system @VodafoneUK is the worst of any I’ve ever used - was quicker to do my annual accounts than download 11 bills.
