They did actually cancel it after 2.5hrs... & 2 attempts to sell me other Vodafone products I didn’t want or need - really poor customer service - your telephony team were amazingly, worse Counting the days until the end of @vodafoneUk contract & telling anyone who will listen!

@VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

Have had the most horrific customer experiences in my life with @vodafoneuk @vodafonegroup what should have been a simple task of cancelling an unused contract (5th attempt) - the chat operative took nearly two hours trying to sell other products & call operator just hung up! 😡

Hi @VodafoneUK, I’m a home broadband customer on Superfast 2 package. Recently been having issues, my connection would drop around 9/10pm then would come back on 1/2am. Happened few days in a row. Got in contact and booked Openreach engineer. Found no issues on my line.

Am peeved off with @VodafoneUK I waited for an hour for someone to pick up the phone and then the automated voice just hung up. Tried again then I gave up after half an hour. Next time if there is an outage text the number the broadband is linked to and update the customer.

@VodafoneUK Still got no internet connectivity in MK6 via fibre: done turn the router off and on, done reset the router via the pinhole on the back, removed my wifi from my device and re-added it, restarted my device. Please fix this.
