    @VodafoneUK Im customer of 20 years. Ordered a new phone & awaiting confirmation for 3 days. Called customer services & given 2 options: 1. Call the store myself 2. Wait another 4 days & reorder, As the operative couldn’t send an email. You are a telecommunications company!

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

    @VodafoneUK first day being a #vodafonebroadband customer and I could not be more displeased. Upon agreeing to switch I was told “smooth and within minutes you’ll be online” and I actually believed them. I’ve been a mobile customer 8yrs, abandon+change perhaps #CustomerExperience

    So I'm now reaching the end of day 3 with no phone service cos @VodafoneUK can't seem to fix whatever they've done to switch off my service. Had to navigate London with a paper map, no one has been able to get hold of me off Twitter/Facebook.

    I would advise anyone looking to get broadband services to stay away from @VodafoneUK as they are absolutely useless at resolving faults! 3 Open Reach engineers have been out and I’ve been told the issue is with the router, yet they want to send another? Waste of everyone’s time!
