    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom So today we were supposed to have this problem fixed! Our appointment was between 8am and 1pm! NO ONE ARRIVED AND NO ONE CONTACTED US! Still no broadband or a solution.

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom 2 hours call to Vodafone today, 1 hour yesterday. We had to raise the issue because NO ONE from Vodafone contacted us.

    First time on @TfL Tube since COVID hit and no @VodafoneUK Wi-Fi. What a terrible decision to withdraw access for their customers.

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Our old phone line internet was disconnected before confirmation of our fibre super fast broadband was working. There is a problem with our fibre and could take a week to fix! Very annoyed as my wife and I are working from home!

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I’m an existing customer who is now out of contract. I’ve signed a new contract with you but via a 3rd party website (sooooo much cheaper!!). I’m assuming when the new phone arrives tomorrow you can transfer my existing number onto my new phone / SIM?

    @VodafoneUK Disconnected from the internet because of a failure on their part. Seem less transition from phone line to fibre. Disgusting especially considering we ordered the new service 3 months ago! #fail @Ofcom could be down a week! #disgusting

    @VodafoneUK I've tried by chat and it hasn't worked. So, I've ordered yesterday by phone and unfortunatelly I had to accept to lose my personal discount to pay £99 instead of £29 upfront and £69 instead of £65 monthly. As a customer I expect to get the same info in all channel. Please fix it

    Wouldn’t recommend @VodafoneUK for PAYG, third time in the last year my dads account has been drained because they’ve changed the contract! Good job he’s not come across an emergency yet! Decided to leave PAYG.

    I hate this thing where everywhere needs to text you a verification code to log into your online account - cos of @VodafoneUK's TERRIBLE signal I rarely receive these texts before the codes expire. I have zero bars anywhere in my street. I have to go to the shops to get a signal.

    Take note @vodafoneUK, today's the 5th day without a broadband connection and you're still nowhere close to solving my problem. It takes your 1st line support 3 days to escalate my case to 2nd line tech and 24 hours every time for your 3rd line tech to respond. What a farce!
