@VodafoneUK I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated today. I have been charged over £50 for being 2gig over an account I asked to be capped. I have been blamed for not checking my account. This is the second time that I have cancelled my account. Never again

@VodafoneUK if you can't provide a broadband service it's BREECH OF TRADING STANDARDS. I spent an hour on the phone this eve no one answers. It's taken 100 mins to watch 40 mins of a film coz of all the buffering. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

It appears @VodafoneUK reward loyalty by adding £6.95 to your first bill for a delivery charge of an upgraded phone despite not mentioning this anywhere when placing the order. Next time I’ll switch network #deceiving #noloyalty #hiddenfees

Nearly a month now of no signal at all from @VodafoneUK. Customer service very, very poor. Evasive and then holding tactics. First there was no issue, then 6 days of correction work, then 17, no update or improvement. Shambles.
