It's so weird (& troubling) how these mobile phones have taken such a hold on our lives. I was awake at the crack of dawn worrying if I'd ever be able to unlock the damn thing again but thanks to @VodafoneUK online customer support, they sorted it for me. Phew!

@VodafoneUK Ive been without data except for WIFI for 7 days now because of a glitch in your network attributing data usage to my phone that was wrong. And I’ve yet to get any update or fix, the absolute worst!!

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Our old phone line internet was disconnected before confirmation of our fibre super fast broadband was working. There is a problem with our fibre and could take a week to fix! Very annoyed as my wife and I are working from home!

@VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

@VodafoneUK 5g frequently just doesn't work, even with full signal, regardless of where I am in the country. iPhone permanently set to 4g now. No other network I've used (all of the main UK ones) seems to have the same issue.

@VodafoneUK They don’t. But if I’m a Voda customer that got a deal through 3rds with Voda, in order to switch my current (out of contract - also Voda) number, 30 day to payg and then switching back from payg to contract. I need to pay for the time on both so could end paying double - right?
