@OpenreachHelp You’re rude and aggressive engineer turned off my WiFi while fixing a neighbours yesterday. @VodafoneUK have confirmed this. I do not see why I have to wait 3 days to have you send someone out to turn it back on. Please DO NOT send the person who came yesterday

@VodafoneUK Thank you for reaching out. Ideally, I’d like to see Turkey and North Cyprus back on Vodafone UK’s roam-free list. But if that is not possible, you should announce this change of service and offer a 30-day option for customers to quit their contract. I’ll DM you now

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I’d rather not have a mobile than have one with @VodafoneUK. I cancelled a contract with them on the phone and then cancelled the DD I then started receiving letters from a debt recovery agency and VF claimed they’d never received the call. Had to get a solicitor involved.

@GeorgeMonbiot @ArtCrunchy @VodafoneUK British Gas were beyond terrible wen my mother died and dad had dementia. Brain bleeds in icu and they refused to speak to me. I also had debt letters… whist paying for and waiting 90 days for a court of protection order. Horrific. Hope it gets sorted for u x
