    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    @VodafoneUK if you can't provide a broadband service it's BREECH OF TRADING STANDARDS. I spent an hour on the phone this eve no one answers. It's taken 100 mins to watch 40 mins of a film coz of all the buffering. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusted with your customer service. Been with you since March still can't get operational broadband! Promised call back x3 never happened. Spent a totally of 2 hours of the last 24 either on the phone or trying to get through to you. HOW DO I CANCEL

    @VodafoneUK this 2nd router in 2 months and we have yet to see 1 complete program on tv. I'm not going to shut up and go away. Especially as you conviently delete my authorisation everytime I hang up. How are you still in business. You don't answer tweets or phones

    @charlottgracer @VodafoneUK Word of advice, leave @VodafoneUK as quickly as possible. I get barely any service or internet on my train to London, and struggle to take a phone call around CENTRAL London. Switch, switch now!

    It appears @VodafoneUK reward loyalty by adding £6.95 to your first bill for a delivery charge of an upgraded phone despite not mentioning this anywhere when placing the order. Next time I’ll switch network #deceiving #noloyalty #hiddenfees

    @cottage_pilates @VodafoneUK It's bloody hopeless. My work takes me all over Wales England and Scotland, and if there is the slightest hill, valley, small tree, it's signal disappears. Thankfully the contract is up soon. Don't they claim to cover 99% of the population or some such bullshit?

    @VodafoneUK I see 10, Also big thanks, during lockdown Vodaphone donated sim cards with 30Gb data to my college to give to students, I got a couple and was a massive help for getting my college work done not having to use up all my personal data plan while being a skint student. Thanks 👍

    @VodafoneUK Your automated payment service is a bit shyte, guys. Paid last month's bill on time, it hasn't registered against my account and now I'm being asked for 2 month's payment and late fees. This is a reoccurring problem with Vodafone, can't wait for my contract to end and get rid
