We was threatened with debit recovery agencies after refusing to pay a bill that was £2k (which was incorrect) This is the go to strategy for Vodafone to hit vulnerable customers hard no compassion at all, awful business.😡

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I have played a similar frustrating game with them, it's policy - but around the same time I dealt with another supplier who were the total opposite, really switched on to these issues, and gave a full refund. I won't plug them but they have a big venue that used to be a dome!
