It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”

I do not see why I have to wait 3 days to have you send someone out to turn it back on. Please DO NOT send the person who came yesterday

I’ve tried to phone but your IVR system won’t let me speak to a person. Very unhappy about the fact I can’t talk to someone about this. Please help.
