    Hi @VodafoneUK, I’m a home broadband customer on Superfast 2 package. Recently been having issues, my connection would drop around 9/10pm then would come back on 1/2am. Happened few days in a row. Got in contact and booked Openreach engineer. Found no issues on my line.

    @VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

    Have had the most horrific customer experiences in my life with @vodafoneuk @vodafonegroup what should have been a simple task of cancelling an unused contract (5th attempt) - the chat operative took nearly two hours trying to sell other products & call operator just hung up! 😡

    @VodafoneUK I've on 4 occasions rang your customer care to get my account sorted. I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

    @VodafoneUK first day being a #vodafonebroadband customer and I could not be more displeased. Upon agreeing to switch I was told “smooth and within minutes you’ll be online” and I actually believed them. I’ve been a mobile customer 8yrs, abandon+change perhaps #CustomerExperience

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been trying for two hours to cancel my 4g monthly internet plan. Wasn’t able to do it over the phone, apparently no email address which I can send written notice to, and just spent an hour online only to get cut off when I got down to position 1 Revolting service

    @vwgti80 @VodafoneUK The specs are good on paper. The camera on the front was really bad especially when I was using Snapchat. I had a few problems actually with the display like I couldn’t see the text in full, it’s rather small things that make a huge difference to me.
