    Am now flying home. Which means my agency is going to be calling me looking to book me for shifts. Which they can't do if my phone service does work. So at this point @VodafoneUK **** up goes from dangerous and inconvenient to actually costing me money.

    @VodafoneUK I just rang customer service held 23 minute to asked to change sim card for 30 unlimited data. There a problem other end why she didn't tell me early

    As usual shit service from @VodafoneUK Got an upgrade in Jan that is faulty Taking 6 months to change for a like for like Now the phone is no longer available Speak to customer services 4x & nothing This is why you have the worst customer service reputation Sort it out

    So I'm now reaching the end of day 3 with no phone service cos @VodafoneUK can't seem to fix whatever they've done to switch off my service. Had to navigate London with a paper map, no one has been able to get hold of me off Twitter/Facebook.

    @VodafoneUK hi, you have a problem with the alarm on your High Holborn, London store and have done for a week now (constantly going off). As a resident of the area, it is really f**king annoying, so if you could sort it out that would be so great.

    I am so fricking done with @VodafoneUK I have 3 contracts with. I have recommended them to people and on one contract I have had issue after issue. This customer service person is the rudest of the lot!

    @charlottgracer @VodafoneUK Word of advice, leave @VodafoneUK as quickly as possible. I get barely any service or internet on my train to London, and struggle to take a phone call around CENTRAL London. Switch, switch now!

    @VodafoneUK A shame that as a Vodafone uk customer, it is unlikely that you'll be able to use its 5G capabilities. Your 5G coverage in England is pathetic

    @the_real_player @deekbee @VodafoneUK where abouts are you living? I have family in the feltham area and the vodafone mast has been recked since November, calls cut out, 5g is non existant, it's rubbish!

    @premnsikka All very well companies OFFERING Essential/Economy/Social tariffs BUT new customers NOT being connected to networks - At least that's my experience with @VodafoneUK partners with @CityFibre subcontracting to Kelly Communications - Applied 24.10.22 STILL no network connection

    @ecorme7 @VodafoneUK They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “syncunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    Hi @VodafoneUK my partner has had a terrible 3hours on the phone to 191 today. She did a order on your website but it didn't work so called and still not right. Any chance someone can ring her to sort it out? No one could today 😪 She is so upset. Thanks.
