  It's so weird (& troubling) how these mobile phones have taken such a hold on our lives. I was awake at the crack of dawn worrying if I'd ever be able to unlock the damn thing again but thanks to @VodafoneUK online customer support, they sorted it for me. Phew!

  @VodafoneUK Hey - our mobile signal services have been pretty poor recently, connecting to 5g with 1 bar, then having to go on airplane mode to disconnect, then connecting again on 4g, and that sometimes not working too - we're finding this consistently in maida vale area, london, but also on the move. anything going on?

  My father passes away on 7th Jan. We inform @VodafoneUK on 14th Jan. It’s now 2 months on. His number still hasn’t been transferred over to my mother. Stupidly we decided to take out broadband with Vodafone too. Installed on 6th March. Still not connected. Shocking service.

  @VodafoneUK Do you have a customer service complaint email address for any manager? Or are poor customers just left at the mercy of overseas call centres that are no help?   It’s been 6 years now since @VodafoneUK dumped us as store teams to a franchise model that didn’t work. No redundancy after 13 years service just forced to franchise or made unemployed. Staff want justice as well as @FairerFranchise owners. Gave my heart and soul to this company
