Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

Also when trying to resolve asked me for so much ID I was worried about identity theft, even after Ombudsman ruled in our favour. Nightmare co

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK You could make a full time career of corporate PR advocacy. Tbh the internet has exacerbated the decline of customer service with automated nonsense and complicated hidden t&c’s. Older people are particularly disadvantaged. Let’s hope for a positive outcome.
