@VodafoneUK I have a serious issue with my account - your call centres have taken 4 weeks and still not fixed. After switching with PAC to you at beg of April I still cannot rcv incoming calls or send/rcv txts. This service is atrocious

@VodafoneUK my phone is restricted and told me to call customer service... I called, and it just repeats what it’s been saying when I try ring other numbers. It also didn’t send me my normal text to say my bill was due and tried to pay it on the day and said I have nothing to pay

@VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer I’m losing money because I can’t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

@vodafoneuk hove really is awful. Any chance of fixing. Listening to a call when walking. Dropouts. 4g drops. Near 0 throughout . So awful and disappointing for example Bn3 4gp . Is this a know issue? Since moving am struggling (iPhone XS max)

@sxa555 @VodafoneUK Only 1yr fortunately. I typically use so much data and Vodafone have been very good in most places. But awful in parts of hove to the extent where much walking causes issues. May have to get a secondary non Vodafone sim for local data
