Forgot to pay @VodafoneUK by 5 days. Vodafone’s answer? Not to remind me, but to get @TheZincGroup to send a letter saying they’re going to cut me off, possibly add £638 or send to debt collector making it £841. *clears throat* go **** yourselves!

@VodafoneUK Hi, it was just a few minutes ago, I went to check and it just sits there like it is going to dial, but never does. I tried to call someone after and that rang fine

It's so weird (& troubling) how these mobile phones have taken such a hold on our lives. I was awake at the crack of dawn worrying if I'd ever be able to unlock the damn thing again but thanks to @VodafoneUK online customer support, they sorted it for me. Phew!

@VodafoneUK OMG Everytime I call its like I’m a hoax caller or time waster!I have 3 lines,been a customer for over 20 yrs & am treated with sheer&utter contempt,I don’t call with an attitude or rudeness & all regarding paying my bill 2wks late as I have been past yr since Covid😤

@VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

@markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

@elgobsucram @VodafoneUK I had that happen to me on @EE a few weeks ago, eventually it petered out, and clearly my number was also used for other people cause some of them called me back even though I never called them. Think it’s spammers using spoofed numbers to try and find real in use numbers?
