@VodafoneUK honestly ur network is so ****. I'm considering switching over to some one who has better 5g coverage and one that doesn't switch off data out of the blue. Coz of you guys dead net, I couldn't end my @limebike at the location I was at. Had to ride it further to end it

I raised a ticket 2 weeks ago for the wifi not working, the engineer came to fix the issue on Wednesday. On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍

Day 3 of no broadband & phone I rang @vodafoneuk 4th agent put me on hold for almost 20 minutes & then told me I needed buy a new service?! I’ve been with #vodafone for 5 years, renewed 1 month ago and have a legally binding 2 yr contract with them! Avoid them at all costs!

After telling me she’d set up a new fibre service contract in order to reconnect a service they disconnected, the 6th @vodafoneuk agent told me I would have to pay fees for terminating my current 2 year contract!! Are you joking! I haven’t terminated anything! #vodafoneavoidthem
