    So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

    @VodafoneUK my phone is restricted and told me to call customer service... I called, and it just repeats what it’s been saying when I try ring other numbers. It also didn’t send me my normal text to say my bill was due and tried to pay it on the day and said I have nothing to pay

    I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer I’m losing money because I can’t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

    @VodafoneUK Just been on the phone to your useless customer services. They told me that because the LOS red light is on they need to send an engineer out within the next 48 working hours, so I’m not probably looking till Tuesday with no internet (1)

    @VodafoneUK Told me as soon as they know the LOS red light is on they send an engineer. Funny that as I told the live chat the red light was on, on Wednesday, and I told the customer service advisor yesterday that the red light was on and I specifically requested an engineer (2)

    @VodafoneUK are the most useless phone company in the country. Simply asking about data cost for using a pay as you go mobile phone and i cannot get a straight answer. The same company who took me on a contract... my credit IMPROVED and now they refuse to give me another. Crap.

    @VodafoneUK @marpster Seems like the outage is covering most cities . So how about an explanation instead of telling us to check your testing tool.
