@charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

Have had the most horrific customer experiences in my life with @vodafoneuk @vodafonegroup what should have been a simple task of cancelling an unused contract (5th attempt) - the chat operative took nearly two hours trying to sell other products & call operator just hung up! 😡

@VodafoneUK I’m a Business Premier customer with damage insurance. My phone has a fault (really quiet on a call). Was told to go into a store. Was told phone isn’t damaged so can be done under warranty. “We’ll send it away and you’ll get it back in 5 days” That is absurd!

@jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

@scottmottram @VodafoneUK I have spent at least 9 hrs on the phone to the technical team. Initial I was told in need to wait 5 days to get it fixed. 5 days time issue yet to be resolved. I was then told wait until today. The problem is yet to be fixed. Please waiting until Friday? Let’s see what happens

@VodafoneUK I would take that phone and out another companies sim in ut as Vodafone when it goes wrong is terrible! No mobile broadband since 28th Feb and tech support have been unable to resolve the issue, trying to get a letter of deadlock so can report Vodafone to ombudsman
