    Have had the most horrific customer experiences in my life with @vodafoneuk @vodafonegroup what should have been a simple task of cancelling an unused contract (5th attempt) - the chat operative took nearly two hours trying to sell other products & call operator just hung up! 😡

    @VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

    @jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

    @VodafoneUK Your customer service is appalling. My home broadband has been down all evening and the app was useless in providing any resolution. We had to attempt several phone calls due to continual errors with the voice recognition. 1/2

    @charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

    Here’s where the intelligence of technology falls down. I suspect the phone is in stock but not in the colour I arbitrarily ordered. They’ve not said ‘hey, if you ask for the space whatever, we can give you that!’ so I’m just left wondering...@VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK 2/2. Agreed to cancel new plan and be put through to upgrades who would give me the same deal as I found myself but apply it as an upgrade to my lapsed contract (12 months, unlimited texts, calls, 40 GB data with roaming. Cut off twice with no return call. Then cut off by Tobi.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks, I managed to get through and got it sorted. I think more self-service options in My Vodafone would prevent clogging up the customer service lines? Most queries must surely be simple?
