@VodafoneUK As I said before, I’ve never been able to catch 5G signal anywhere. I took the overground from Stratford to Camden Road yesterday and didn’t get 5G anywhere.

@VodafoneUK 3 weeks with no router at all! Finally get an appt. for 12/10 and take a day off work but no one shows up. Had to call to chase and get told too busy to attend today! Now booked for 14/10 - another 2 days and another day off! Why am I paying for this(lack of) service?

@VodafoneUK Thank you for reaching out. Ideally, I’d like to see Turkey and North Cyprus back on Vodafone UK’s roam-free list. But if that is not possible, you should announce this change of service and offer a 30-day option for customers to quit their contract. I’ll DM you now

@gazevsswans @VodafoneUK No mine are Alexa devices, and I have worked around the Vodafone issue by creating a hotspot on my phone with the same SSID+pwd as the original SSID on the VF router, until the VF issue is resolved. Hope this helps you

I do not receive any notifications connected via Wi-Fi I.e Apple phones, Ring Doorbell notifications on my phon etc…however if I disconnect Wi-Fi and connect my devices to mobile data I get all the notifications. Same problem with everyone in my household
