@VodafoneUK #KeepConnecting this has to be my wife. I suffer from depression and it was my wife who gave me the support and strength to seek help when I felt I didn't have a voice myself. We are all human and at times become vulnerable, I realise this now xxx
-
Chris of Ballard (@ChrisBallard94) reported
@VodafoneUK Ok. Even though I've never deactivated it and got it directly through Vodafone?

@Loopielizzie @TomLittlehales @VodafoneUK Ansolute shambles. I don't understand why Vodafone insists the broadband service in Leighton Buzzard is running normally when it clearly isn't. I've only had their broadband since early February, but already feel like cancelling.
-
Neil Du Cros (@NeilDuCros) reported
@VodafoneUK Thanks. What Vodafone fail to do is allow for proactive fixes. This is clearly a break waiting to happen but even a paid call wasn’t an option. Had to book a “master socket move” to get it sorted. Not good customer focus.

Douglas Creighton (@DJCWrites) reported
Seriously, @VodafoneUK, what is your major malfunction??! Sent out an upgrade? Send an email titled 'HERE IS YOUR eSIM' with a QR code. Simple. Why create obstacles?? Your online customer service works about 60% of the time, at best, so why create a need to jump through hoops??!
