    @VodafoneUK I get constant dropped calls from Comoros and Botswana. I report these by text but still the same numbers keep calling. I’ve tried to phone but your IVR system won’t let me speak to a person. Very unhappy about the fact I can’t talk to someone about this. Please help.

    @VodafoneUK my phone is restricted and told me to call customer service... I called, and it just repeats what it’s been saying when I try ring other numbers. It also didn’t send me my normal text to say my bill was due and tried to pay it on the day and said I have nothing to pay

    @VodafoneUK I got a new contract and phone with you the other day, my numbers have switched over but my data is not working. I just tired to call your team for help but only got through to a robot who wouldn’t even put me in a queue to speak to anyone!

    I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer I’m losing money because I can’t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

    @VodafoneUK please can you remove the “Secure Net” service from my account it’s very disappointing that I requested not to have this feature or service added yet it’s added. And I have to now contact you again 🤨👎🏼

    @VodafoneUK utterly is shock that my friend I recommend to leave o2 to you. Has endured the worst customer service and your app is also technical faults and now she’s disconnected! Please kindly explain

    So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

    @SelhurstJon @VodafoneUK As installed by Vodafone - it’s just the signal isn’t strong enough and they don’t or won’t guarantee the signal like BT. And their support team was rubbish - dropped me 3 times, didn’t ring me back - and why did it drop? Because the signal is so shite!

    @VodafoneUK 'Reliable'. Shame your customer teams service aren't as active as your social media team. 18 months of poor Internet only to be told there was nothing that could be done. Fobbed me off and disappeared on me so quickly I almost started calling you dad.

    Absolutely appalling service from @VodafoneUK between you and @TalkTalk you have made renewal process painful and made a complete mess of it inconveniencing us in the process. Best of luck to your engineer (if they turn up this time)

    @VodafoneUK Great your doing this for people. But what about fixing your UK service? It’s now 48 hrs I’ve been without service. Tried moving to ESIM. Nobody seems to have a clue what they are doing. You killed my SIM now can’t activate ESIM using QR code. Maybe it’s time to go elsewhere…
