    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I'm not letting this rest fyi. Your treatment to your customer is deplorable. Your 'resolution manager' didn't resolve anything and I am not paying you a dime. No service equates to #nocharge. I'd rather see you in court you thieving bums :))

    @VodafoneUK You are clearly having problems with fulfilling orders. Can you give more insight into why orders are delayed, when it will be resolved and when will orders be dispatched. Current responses really aren’t good enough. Saying asap means nothing.

    @VodafoneUK clearly you have a problem with delivering orders at the moment. Only response I get is to check something that has said it's not dispatched for the last week. Am I better cancelling and going elsewhere? I've got my pac code.

    @VodafoneUK Hello, my wife has contacted you about her contract and upgrading. The phone call took 2 1/2 hours to connect before being told that they couldn't do anything and to seek advice online. It is subpar customer service and I want to know how it'll be remedied

    @VodafoneUK I've had weekly talks with Vodafone, many many different agents. It never made a difference, in fact it's just getting worse. At this point I'm just gathering proof that you don't provide the service you are suppose to so I can get out of this contract asap.

    Dear @VodafoneUK I'm very unhappy. My broadband is not working and the chat bot is not working. I tried calling but your automated phone service did not give me the option of speaking to a human and hung up on me. Unless you contact me I will contact the ombudsman.

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded to pro broadband following a recent outage. Outage tonight and the 4G dongle kicks in (result). But it’s SO slow - like dial up. This can’t be right, surely? Barely enough bandwidth to even switch off my Hue lights. Tweeted using 4G on my EE mobile 🙄

    @VodafoneUK Hmm, so Vodafone don't work with Safari, and seem not to know how to program - there's little excuse to get in a mess with cookies, and they are easy to program around to delete or fix in other ways. If I must use another browser, then I need another ISP than Vodafone...

    @VodafoneUK I've been through all of that nonsense and wasted hours of my life. The chat mysteriously drops out if they can't resolve the query easily and back to square one you go. Honestly I'm regretting my upgrade and would never recommend Vodafone based on this experience.

    @VodafoneUK I do that and the only thing I get is the same bot that I get on the app asking me what do want to talk about. Super poor customer service tbh. I was supposed to receive a call yesterday about this but nothing. I am fed up of waiting hours when I call
