Emma S 🩵☁️ (@TheWildLemons) reported@SomersetBobby @VodafoneUK I have problems right now. I used my 5G to check the network connectivity site. Says there's no reported issues. Funny considering there's not a single light on the fibre box in the wall & not a single light on the router lmao.

Hasan Ozgan (@HasanOzgan) reported@VodafoneUK My phone number was lost during a PAYG to Monthly Plan migration, a mistake entirely on your end. I've had an open complaint for a week with no resolution. If this isn't fixed urgently, I'll be escalating to CISAS. This is unacceptable. #Vodafone
-
Marko492 (@Marko_492) reported@VodafoneUK why is your wifi absolutely shocking, want to watch a video too bad your only option is 240p with stuttering. Why the hell am I paying for fibre 900, such a scam
-
Ed Sabella (@Ed_Sabella) reported@DanielPriestley I don’t think this is really about protecting kids, it’s more about collecting information on everyone. I have two young kids and use @VodafoneUK . I used to block specific websites easily through the router, but Vodafone removed that option and replaced it with their so-called “Secure Net” app. Now you can only block by category, not by individual websites. It turns out this is perfectly legal. The UK government doesn’t require providers to offer specific site blocking. They only want category blocking, which gives parents far less real control. It’s the same problem as YouTube: no matter how many categories you block, creators always find ways around it. I highly recommend moving to @Starlink like I did
-
Helen Woolf (@helenwoolf2) reported@VodafoneUK please contact me asap. I’m tired of your terrible customer service
