    2 hrs I’ve spent asking Vodaphone why I wasn’t informed I was about to run out of data before being charged an additional £117 and no one can help. And my data is still blocked on the other line. Calls backs promised and that never happen. It’s an appalling service! @VodafoneUK

    @charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

    @VodafoneUK disgusted with service. Switched to Vodafone broadband, two weeks with account and STILL no router. Have spoken to numerous people, have had to top up with over £30 data and Vodafone have cheek to send a bill for a service we can’t actually use. #avoid @BBCWatchdog

    @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Second booked appointment for an Openreach engineer to fit a line at my house unsuccessful, first time the engineer couldn't fit it, this time the engineer didn't turn up during the 13-18.00 slot 🙄 pretty poor!

    So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

    @VodafoneUK is the worst provider ever! Customer service is also shocking. 4 times my internet has gone off in a month. Working from home & trying to remote in to my partners grandads funeral and zero broadband. I work in payroll and it is month end/year end and no internet 😡😭

    Just discovered @VodafoneUK kept on charging me for an Apple Watch number that was unusable after I cancelled my phone. Meanwhile @O2 keeps chasing my wife for payments on a contract they confirmed on 3 separate occasions she'd cancelled because the SIM never came. Grrr. @WhichUK

    @VodafoneUK I need to cancel my contract as I’m not receiving any signal since moving home 8 days ago. Your reps have been poor and just making up dates when this will be fixed and yet your tech team have advised there’s not timeline for a fix on whatever is causing an issue.

    Never use @VodafoneUK for business broadband, their entire service is a disgrace. We have never received the promised speeds, we had to fight for the promo promised on signup, their live chat is agonising and the “we tried calling” texts are a complete lie. @VodafoneBiz
