@VodafoneUK this 2nd router in 2 months and we have yet to see 1 complete program on tv. I'm not going to shut up and go away. Especially as you conviently delete my authorisation everytime I hang up. How are you still in business. You don't answer tweets or phones

@VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

@jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

@VodafoneUK if you can't provide a broadband service it's BREECH OF TRADING STANDARDS. I spent an hour on the phone this eve no one answers. It's taken 100 mins to watch 40 mins of a film coz of all the buffering. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

@charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

@VodafoneUK 4 days in a row now I’ve had broadband connection problems. Up from 3 days last week. Last week you told me to get a screw driver and take my box apart. When i was ready to put it back together the call centre had cut me off as they had gone home for the day!

@VodafoneUK I did that and it’s showing full red bars. It was working fine UNTIL I changed my data plan last night and it’s been slow with pages taking 1 minute to load
