    @VodafoneUK has upgraded my Contract to MORE expensive billing from Nov 20 when I first contacted them over 1 Month ago that I wish to cancel contract expiring on 5 Dec 20. Been contacting them for ca 2 Weeks to confirm Cancellation. Anyone with similar FRAUDULENT Experience?©

    @VodafoneUK been waiting two days to activate an esim on the phone no not abs also meant to get a call back tonight . Paying £100 a month . Not a good service really

    @VodafoneUK Charlotte, I spent four hours on Saturday trying to upgrade 2 company handsets, the wrong phone was confirmed and today I have been on for another hour arranging to send it back. Further away than ever from actually getting our new phones. Service systems designed to fail

    @VodafoneUK my experience with you since December has been very poor. Hopeless you put wrong no. on pay as you go and then charged me for the outstanding contract period of the number you cut of in error. Numerous calls and now you have cut my three lines off.

    @VodafoneUK most shocking service provider not helpful in any way! Called them every month for the last 4 months for one of there incompetent staff to set up a direct debit they haven’t!! Iv been with them for over 8 years and this year you have been awful!! Don’t ever use them!

    So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

    @VodafoneUK trying to contact Vodafone for the whole week got put on hold for hours issue still not resolve! Unhelpful online live chat very disappointed being customer with Vodafone for over 12 years!

    @VodafoneUK OMG Everytime I call its like I’m a hoax caller or time waster!I have 3 lines,been a customer for over 20 yrs & am treated with sheer&utter contempt,I don’t call with an attitude or rudeness & all regarding paying my bill 2wks late as I have been past yr since Covid😤

    @VodafoneUK Can’t select “asked to DM” as the options don’t scroll up. I’m on my iPhone and there’s no option to view the topics or scroll through them. You have to manually type it in. Which is fine. But it’s not working as it should.

    Contacting @VodafoneUK is always such a painful experience. Seems like no one communicates with each other over there. On hold for 15 mins listening to the same **** Coldplay song and no doubt I’ll end the call having got nowhere.

    @VodafoneUK I’ll message, but I don’t want fobbing off again that this is an anomaly and can’t be looked into because “it’s working now so there’s nothing I can do”. Especially with so many people reporting the same issue.

    @PatriciaMattins I got an upgrade from a 6 classic to an iPhone 13... bit of a leap for me but I'm never one to do things in a rush! @VodafoneUK If I can actually set it up and bluetooth one to the other, than basically a child of 3 can! The hardest thing was getting the tape off the box!
