@charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

@VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

Building work at 128 Kings Road removed the mobile phone mast about 18 months ago. It has never been replaced, so the whole of the Warley side of Brentwood has had effectively zero 4G for all that time and @VodafoneUK apparently doesn’t care.
