    So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

    2 hrs I’ve spent asking Vodaphone why I wasn’t informed I was about to run out of data before being charged an additional £117 and no one can help. And my data is still blocked on the other line. Calls backs promised and that never happen. It’s an appalling service! @VodafoneUK

    @chelsapril @VodafoneUK I've noticed mine hasn't been great while I'm inside. Same with signal. Literally sat next to my window and still only have 1 to 2 bars at most. Started last week, before that was absolutely spot on. Checked the Network Checker and its saying my area is good for 4G.

    @VodafoneUK I ordered broadband on 1st august and still don’t have it. I have had terrible communication from Vodafone. Anytime I’m talking with support (only seem to be able to go on live chat) I get asked for an account number which I haven’t been given. #badservice #vodafone

    @Ofcom hi I have two existing complaint against @VodafoneUK one of them relating to a query i made about why they gave my details to a third party company that was trying to sell products and services. This is a violation of the #dataprotection act and is a criminal offence

    @VodafoneUK Why do we have to DM? This is a serious matter, bank card details leaking from your app, or internal network and being used for fraudulent activities. That's bad enough, but is suspect it's the second time as the previous card was changed by my other bank for suspicious activity

    LOL!! How typical. Ive had a phone on @asda_mobile for a couple of years, no problem on the @EE network and all very good signals etc. Now they are moving to @VodafoneUK and just checked coverage.. apparently very limited coverage unless outdoors.. maybe..nice one.. #1stworldprob
