@OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK @Ofcom I should have been connected 28/11/22 but no port was available then an engineer was sent to resolve the issue 1/12/22, they couldn’t. You assured Vodafone it would be resolved by 31/12/22 at the very latest. It hasn’t been. Failure after failure.

@abiprime @VodafoneUK This sounds a lot like my issue too ! Over six months , all they have done is tried to create a new DD , which you can see on the banking app is set up , but after discussions with the bank VF are attempting to take from old account . Will leave once contract is complete
