    @VodafoneUK Well I didn't. You took a bill of £235 including an upgrade fee that you said you were going to split over 3 months. I've now spoken to 6 different people none of whom have been able to help me. I did not ask for my direct debit to be cancelled.

    2 hrs I’ve spent asking Vodaphone why I wasn’t informed I was about to run out of data before being charged an additional £117 and no one can help. And my data is still blocked on the other line. Calls backs promised and that never happen. It’s an appalling service! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I made a complaint about the above issue and am waiting for a response. I've now had a text saying that you've restricted my account for not paying my bill which is absolutely absurd when the problem was that you took too much! I'm absolutely livid at this whole situation.

    @VodafoneUK my poor hubby has had a terrible experience with Vodafone 2 years ago had a new phone, Vodafone offered a free tablet with it, unfortunately it too had a SIM card so instead of reducing his bill it doubled it and he was not told there was a SIM card in it

    Never had so many problems with @VodafoneUK than I have these past two months.2 phone calls, 3 live chats and still they managed to mess up and send products to the wrong address!! And now, I’ve been on hold forever to speak to some and their live chat isn’t working 🤬🤬

    @VodafoneUK @Ladlemeister Looks like I'm in the same boat. New phone and no signal at home. My old Samsung handled WiFi calling fine. Having to use a Three Sim in Sim2. That works fine. 🤦
