Apparently, according to @VodafoneUK Social Media I “may” have been entitled to a discount on my purchase. As a loyal customer. Some back tracking ensued. Suggested I should’ve “used the app” rather than web chat. #poorservice

@VodafoneUK Hi. Understand things can go wrong, but who commissioned support chat function where I arbitrarily have to type every 3/4 minutes to stop it getting disconnected? Very frustrating when tech support can’t solve something

@VodafoneUK I made a complaint about the above issue and am waiting for a response. I've now had a text saying that you've restricted my account for not paying my bill which is absolutely absurd when the problem was that you took too much! I'm absolutely livid at this whole situation.

It feels like @VodafoneUK Social Media team are there to distract you from tweeting your unhappiness. It seems they have no influence to change your customer experience.

@Joser_72 @VodafoneUK Their communications have been appalling, they know this is a major outage yet treat every complaint as an individual fault, "fill this out and we'll investigate'. They are just hiding what is a major failure. Any other company would be updating constantly.

@VodafoneUK Well I didn't. You took a bill of £235 including an upgrade fee that you said you were going to split over 3 months. I've now spoken to 6 different people none of whom have been able to help me. I did not ask for my direct debit to be cancelled.

So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

Hey, @VodafoneUK .. I received what seemed to be erroneous reports via text of a network problem in the area I'm in (S2). No problems at the time. I then receive notification that the problem has been resolved... and since then the service has been garbage (to put it mildly)?!
