    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Understand things can go wrong, but who commissioned support chat function where I arbitrarily have to type every 3/4 minutes to stop it getting disconnected? Very frustrating when tech support can’t solve something

    @Joser_72 @VodafoneUK Their communications have been appalling, they know this is a major outage yet treat every complaint as an individual fault, "fill this out and we'll investigate'. They are just hiding what is a major failure. Any other company would be updating constantly.

    What is going on with @O2 in and around Havant area? I moved from @VodafoneUK 3 weeks ago and it’s literally the worst coverage for data I have ever seen! Full 4G but takes 10 minutes to load anything. Shocking.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. Really jumping with joy. Cpuld not activate Entertainment, so you decide to remove and reinstate to try an resolve it. But now refusing to reinstate it, claiming I am not entitled to it. Now to get it reinstated asking me to Contact Customer Relations.

    @VodafoneUK I need help. My contract was turned off earlier cus I cancelled an additional plan and I contacted Vodafone who said they'll turn it back on and it'll take 2 hours it's been longer and it's still not back on? I can't call anyone/use data.
