Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

If they do finally offer to do anything they then don’t do it! The amount of issues I’ve had is ridiculous and their support to rectify the issues is even worse!

@GeorgeMonbiot If in doubt try Ofcom. Argued for 18 months with @VodafoneUK about lack of service, always an excuse. Finally asked for deadlock letter (needed to escalate) problem resolved in a week and a goodwill gesture of £100.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Hideous situation, I had to deal with BT on an issue that they eventually came good on, but it took over 7 hours on the phone the majority of which was being forced to listen to banal music. Companies all need to sharpen up their acts and put more resource into customer care

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I would never use @VodafoneUK . I used them for a business which was a FTSE100 company. Always passing the buck and blaming everyone else. Never prepared to take any responsibility or help. They were also appalling with my elderly mother and I did try to warn her.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Few years back they tricked my mother who had dementia to buy the latest most expensive phone and the highest tariff. When I found out I tried to get them to cancel it as was within 14 days but they wouldn't.
