@VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

@VodafoneUK my poor hubby has had a terrible experience with Vodafone 2 years ago had a new phone, Vodafone offered a free tablet with it, unfortunately it too had a SIM card so instead of reducing his bill it doubled it and he was not told there was a SIM card in it

@VodafoneUK Well I didn't. You took a bill of £235 including an upgrade fee that you said you were going to split over 3 months. I've now spoken to 6 different people none of whom have been able to help me. I did not ask for my direct debit to be cancelled.

@VodafoneUK why am I told today that my no network and only emergency calls is down to maintenance in my area until Aug!! I cant go with out my phone that long... no warning no solution, affected the only two phones in the household
