    @Joser_72 @VodafoneUK Their communications have been appalling, they know this is a major outage yet treat every complaint as an individual fault, "fill this out and we'll investigate'. They are just hiding what is a major failure. Any other company would be updating constantly.

    Been with @VodafoneUK many years but this last year or so they’ve let me down. Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Sophie. Tried that but there appears to be a problem. I get “The Phone didn’t pass our trade-in checks”. I have spoken three times to your advisors to get sorted but am no further forward. Don’t want to be charged for a new phone as I am desperate to send you my old phone.
