    Our home internet with @VodafoneUK is so bad the kids are now asking Alexa “why is Vodafone internet so bad!”, her response... “I’m currently having trouble connecting to the internet” Classic! Sort it out Vodafone. We have struggled on and complained since March.

    Been with @VodafoneUK many years but this last year or so they’ve let me down. Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.

    @mgrenrat @VodafoneUK IP8 no Vodafone broadband since yesterday, also virtually no mobile signal on any device. Was told after near 2 hrs on hold yesterday could take up to 3 days to fix! Its an internal Vodafone issue as neighbours BT broadband works.

    Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

    @VodafoneUK thank you for the upgraded iPhone which arrived today. The thing is, there wasn’t a plug inside. Normally it wouldn’t be an issue, but the connector has changed.

    @VodafoneUK the battery on my phone is going, my contract ended a few months ago, I think. Can I get an upgrade over the phone or would I need to go into the store when they’re reopen? I can hang on until then. I have an iPhone SE.

If I could leave now I can get good deals for £27-ish a month from O2 or EE. #Vodafone equivalent - £47!! And the lady I was chatting with won’t win any customer service awards either.     @VodafoneUK And so the wheel turns again. Ryan , Mukith and Kenny have all had a go at justifying this so by all means have a go. So far I have been fobbed off. I have been a Vodafone customer for years and years and have several connections. Never again !!!
