@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

Our home internet with @VodafoneUK is so bad the kids are now asking Alexa “why is Vodafone internet so bad!”, her response... “I’m currently having trouble connecting to the internet” Classic! Sort it out Vodafone. We have struggled on and complained since March.

@VodafoneUK Your systems are absolutely awful, your main site kep logging me out of chat and sending me a 404 message. i got through to a bot on myvodafone, that transfered me to an advisor, who has now transfered me to another advisor, i am currently number 43 in the queue!

@VodafoneUK It’s about a problem with an upgrade, I need to speak to someone while my husband is here as he pays the account but the account is in my name however he does’t get home till 7:30pm. Phone is still asking me to hold and chatbot has me at no 23 but aware you close 8pm

@VodafoneUK Vodafone broadband down since 3PM. Took 32 minutes for someone to connect. I was told after call forwards that BT Openzone doing work and whole area is down. Wonder why my neighbours BT BB is working fine. Can you explain @bbcmtd @SkyNews

@VodafoneUK my internet is down, the usb dongle is not working. I called the help desk who told me they had to refer the issue to some other company called City Fibre who would take 72hrs to respond and that the dongle should work, it’s not. I wfh, I can’t wait 72 hours.
