@Joser_72 @VodafoneUK Their communications have been appalling, they know this is a major outage yet treat every complaint as an individual fault, "fill this out and we'll investigate'. They are just hiding what is a major failure. Any other company would be updating constantly.

Been with @VodafoneUK many years but this last year or so they’ve let me down. Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.

@VodafoneUK your online chat option is utter garbage. Wasted two hours this morning trying to upgrade. Cut off/stopped working for a second time after another 45 mins. 2 hours wasted. 12+ years with your network and customer service has always been amazing. I’m so disappointed.

Imagine taking a pac code from @VodafoneUK to @Plusnet (EE) and Plusnet transfer your number before you’ve even received your SIM card so they leave you with your line cut off… Not happy at all - shocking service😡👎🏻👎🏻
