    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    Stunningly poor @VodafoneUK service today. Due to pick up phone from store this morning but find it’s “closed until further notice” 3 hours of calls with 5 staff shows they don’t know if stores are open or stock levels. Manager admits “there’s nothing I can do” Is this 1970s?

    Delighted with my switch from Sky to @VodafoneUK broadband. Much faster, much cheaper, and the switchover went like clockwork. I really never thought I’d be saying this, but top marks!
