    @VodafoneUK I would just like to thank (NOT) Vodafone for their appalling customer service. I have been waiting for a response to unlock a handset which is mine and has been for 4 years! They then send me an email saying they have unlocked my current phone! No wonder I’ve left!!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve never known such poor service, I’ve spent hours on the phone over a number of calls and just continually get put on hold,passed to someone else and then told that managers aren’t available to talk to due to your colleagues promising things they can’t deliver

    @VodafoneUK I would her to do this if my daughters phone worked. She is abroad as I said and no one can help her. The usual @VodafoneUK unhelpful customer service. It’s so ridiculous that we pay so much for a service and you have the worst can’t help attitude.

    @VodafoneUK I dont like the way voda supports sports and sportspeople that frankly dont need money. ie: F1 , jenson button, et al. We (yr customers) would like you to support things like grass roots sports, maybe even food banks? This is good things for the nation!

    DO NOT GO WITH @VodafoneUK BROADBAND!! After 12 months of dealing with complaint with poor service and awful connection. I get told #vodafone won’t do anything. Cause “they can’t see a problem” &. “ it’s my problem”.

    @O2 @iamnotanicola Always worth checking @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK and @EE, @CPWTweets too. @o2 are cheap because they skimp on customer service! Font be fooled with the sweet nothings from the social media team! Always collect from store too! @o2 couriers pinch deliveries

    I’ve made a call to @VodafoneUK Customer Service on the 10th of April. Been assured that they will respond to my query within 2 working days. I’ve emailed them now twice since then with no answer as of yet! Very poor and disappointing service!!!

    @VodafoneUK Yes she has but it should not take almost an hour to get it. It was totally unacceptable. I am considering moving to another provider because of the lack of customer care shown to her.
