Vodafone Issues Reports Near Grays, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Grays and nearby locations:

  • _EmsMarie 🦄 (@_EmsMarie) reported from London, England

@VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

  • ninac_x N I N A (@ninac_x) reported from Crayford, England

@crofty52 @VodafoneUK @O2 O2 are just as shit! EE is where it’s at

  • adamkeeler adz (@adamkeeler) reported from London, England

4 calls over the last 2 days from @VodafoneUK offering me broadband or iPads for more ££ getting annoying now as a Vodafone customer for 14yrs

  • ElliottCurran Elliott Curran (@ElliottCurran) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@MrShelby00 @VodafoneUK @SkyUK No mate it's still there. Both Vodafone and sky customer services are blaming each other for the logo. Neither seems to know anything about it. Absolutely useless.

  • Sonic_Screwup Sophie Petzal (@Sonic_Screwup) reported from London, England

@jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

  • SH20CPFC Sean CPFC (@SH20CPFC) reported from Ilford, England

@VodafoneUK Yes. He can message me. He said he will call on the number given tomorrow. Anymore issues I'll be tweeting you again. Thanks Adam.

  • ElliottCurran Elliott Curran (@ElliottCurran) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@JainulJH @VodafoneUK @SkyUK Nope not sorted. Sky and vodafone reluctant to help. Blaming each other for the logo

  • Sonic_Screwup Sophie Petzal (@Sonic_Screwup) reported from London, England

Here’s where the intelligence of technology falls down. I suspect the phone is in stock but not in the colour I arbitrarily ordered. They’ve not said ‘hey, if you ask for the space whatever, we can give you that!’ so I’m just left wondering...@VodafoneUK

  • chubbyjoeforza Joe (@chubbyjoeforza) reported from Gravesend, England

Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

  • ziegfieldstar Joy Debenham Burton (@ziegfieldstar) reported from Ilford, England

@VodafoneUK As I have spent the day unsuccessfully trying to access my account & the technical department has 3 times failed to solve it & is now telling me they will try again tomorrow... awful

  • SheilaMaryBaile Sheila Bailey (@SheilaMaryBaile) reported from Ilford, England

@rebeccaejulian 14 working days. So nearly 3 weeks. @VodafoneUK has zero customer service.

  • _h_wisher Hannah (@_h_wisher) reported from London, England

Yo @VodafoneUK your customer services are appalling and you have charged my poor family extortionate amounts of money for services we weren’t informed we were using! #CustomerCare #WhatCustomerCare

  • C4U_Claire Claire Johnson (@C4U_Claire) reported from London, England

Not in the best mood right now. Problem with my broadband connection and been holding on the phone for @VodafoneUK for 2 hours now! Not good enough. 😡

  • DWJStevens1991 Dean Stevens (@DWJStevens1991) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

  • Iccle_Princess Vger Ann Goldby (@Iccle_Princess) reported from London, England

Its amazing @O2 can sort out fraud against my 13 year old daughter but @VodafoneUK cant & tell me to go to my local shop with my daughter to prove she didnt take out a contract like wtf!

  • C4U_Claire Claire Johnson (@C4U_Claire) reported from London, England

Not in the best mood right now. Problem with my broadband connection and been holding on for @VodafoneUK for 2 hours now! Not good enough. 😡

  • towler05 Lorraine Towler (@towler05) reported from Romford, England

@VodafoneUK #badcustomerservice started with 3 contracts down to 2 - losing the will to live - your contact us methods don’t work! Why wait until we have left before loyalty kicks in #TooLate

  • ElliottCurran Elliott Curran (@ElliottCurran) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

    @Les5175 @VodafoneUK @SkyUK Having the exact problem.

  • ziegfieldstar Joy Debenham Burton (@ziegfieldstar) reported from Ilford, England

  • WhatAmyDoes Amy M (@WhatAmyDoes) reported from Gravesend, England

@VodafoneUK disgusted with service. Switched to Vodafone broadband, two weeks with account and STILL no router. Have spoken to numerous people, have had to top up with over £30 data and Vodafone have cheek to send a bill for a service we can’t actually use. #avoid @BBCWatchdog

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • GiggleLyndsey Lyndsey (@GiggleLyndsey) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So sorry to hear of the loss of your mum and that this has happened George, what a terrible thing to experience whilst grieving.

  • JonesTheSteam JonesTheSteam (@JonesTheSteam) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Not surprised at all that you have been banging your head against a brick wall 😔 They could very easily base the next Indiana Jones movie on the intrepid archeologist trying to navigate his way through the labyrinth that is the Vodafone switchboard as it's frigging awful.

  • GiggleLyndsey Lyndsey (@GiggleLyndsey) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I work in customer services, when a customer contacts via live chat you are first met with a bot who directs you to the correct department. If you ‘click speak with advisor’ you are passed across to speak/chat with a live agent.

  • butwhatifitsall David Merritt #WokeAF (@butwhatifitsall) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @NickCohen4 @VodafoneUK Awful. You have my sympathy. I was lucky enough not to encounter anything like this when my mum died last year.

  • natalie25704589 natalie (@natalie25704589) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had the same issue when my dad passed away, even asked to put him in the phone to give authority for me to speak on his behalf! Finally got it sorted after 13 months and a very helpful staff member in our local Vodafone shop

  • RecursiveRick Rich 🌻 (@RecursiveRick) reported

@VodafoneUK What an utter fail is all I have to say to this. Deepest condolences heres a bot to speak to. The state of this, never been a Vodafone customer and will never be one after seeing this.

  • bevpatcat bev cattermole (@bevpatcat) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had similar issues with my Dad's estate. It's hard to get through online or phone as you need to be the person. Sometimes organisations have 'bereavement departments' which helps. Took 5 days phoning/emailing. Today a letter re council tax, but his house is sold!

  • calvin81009362 Major Lee Pistenko #WelshUkrainianDivision (@calvin81009362) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot We don't believe this opportunity to assist you qualifies for the real human interaction via a customer service assistant. Please contact BotSarah. You can find out how to do this by using Google. Have a great day and sorry your relative has died. Click. Brrrrrr.....

  • BobHoltzman Bob Holtzman (@BobHoltzman) reported

@VodafoneUK @speckyninja Maybe customers should have a simple and direct way to contact an advisor -- like a direct email, trouble form, or even (I don't know if this makes sense for a phone company), a phone number?

  • Vdweller Vivienne 💙🧡🌻 (@Vdweller) reported from Southampton, England

@GeorgeMonbiot @timolarch @VodafoneUK My husband had the same problem with Virgin Media after the death of his father. He was given the number of the ‘bereavement department’ and he phoned, assuming they would help. Instead the woman demanded his father’s PIN and said only he could cancel!
