Here's a good example of "surprise & delight": you're an ISP and a client moves home & wants to keep you as their provider. You tell them the service will be up in the new house on x date and u make it available at 6 am, NOT at 11pm on that day. Hint hint @VodafoneUK

Arghhhhh @VodafoneUK you are so frustrating!! 😤 Was offered extra 100GB data last week, texted as requested to take up offer but it wasn't applied & now I've run out as I assumed it was there!! Your call handler said there were issues with this offer & there had been many calls!

@VodafoneUK I’ve tried all day to get through to your call centre and am continually cut off. I want cancel my extra data. FCA’s Treating Customers Fairly outcome number 6 says firms cannot put unreasonable barriers in post-sale. Not answering the phone is unreasonable.
