    I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer I’m losing money because I can’t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

    @VodafoneUK Customer with you since 2001. Took out Broadband last year and on June 9 this year arranged a Home Broadband Move with yourselves. Disconnected at my old address from June 10 - apparently you need a minimum 15 days to arrange connection at the new address.

    Disgusted by @VodafoneUK . Debt agency hassling my Nan for a £27 payment despite her having NO previous correspondence to her address. The debt being from a contract my Grandad took out before he passed away that my Nan called to cancel in March. Furious 😡
