@VodafoneUK I have been on the phone 📱 for 4 hours now - almost with 10 agents to cancel my contract. iPad was sent to repair, replacement was promised. It has been 3 months! You are still charging me! You are in clear breach of your contract- checked today!

@VodafoneUK 3 weeks with no router at all! Finally get an appt. for 12/10 and take a day off work but no one shows up. Had to call to chase and get told too busy to attend today! Now booked for 14/10 - another 2 days and another day off! Why am I paying for this(lack of) service?

@graceblakeley @VodafoneUK Same as any company with 10,000+ customers / a all centre - **** attitude / no service. Unfort I don’t accept the workers’ dilemma idea - most refuse to escalate a matter & park calls on hold at the first sign of a problem.

@graceblakeley @VodafoneUK Word to the wise. Literally just ended a 2 year phone contract with 3. They called me and basically gave me the data and minutes on a sim-only deal, removing the cost of the phone from the contract. Now paying £15pm less for the same stuff. Great customer service too.
