@VodafoneUK 3 weeks with no router at all! Finally get an appt. for 12/10 and take a day off work but no one shows up. Had to call to chase and get told too busy to attend today! Now booked for 14/10 - another 2 days and another day off! Why am I paying for this(lack of) service?

@VodafoneUK As I said before, I’ve never been able to catch 5G signal anywhere. I took the overground from Stratford to Camden Road yesterday and didn’t get 5G anywhere.

@mcginn12 @VodafoneUK Are you on iPhone? I believe there's a browser issue if not set as safari default. Fix is being worked on but that's a temp work around (set default browser as Safari)

@VodafoneUK I am waiting for a reasonable amount of compensation to be offered before I cancel my account. I have been met with accusations that I wasn’t in my property on the 31/10/2022 when in fact, the city fibre engineer went to the wrong address as has been explained numerous times.
