@aboston11 @VodafoneUK Happened to me today - been on the phone for almost 4 hours. How does a telecom company have the worst communication technology!?

  • mediamacaque robert cole (@mediamacaque) reported from Barnet, England

Anyone else have trouble with @ring service? 3 have so far failed through crap batteries. Rip-off @VodafoneUK charged me £45 to talk to a #Ring operator as they don't take complaints by email or chat, just telephone. The latest replacement has not arrived but how to complain?

  • craigr98_2016 Craig R 🇹🇩🌹 (@craigr98_2016) reported from Poplar, England

@VodafoneUK your iOS app no longer tells me how many days left until my new cycle of data? I’ve checked and I am running the latest version of the app. Any known issues with it guys?

  • nickwaplington nick waplington (@nickwaplington) reported from Poplar, England

@OpenreachHelp After talking to @VodafoneUK it seems my broadband has been turn off by the rude aggressive Openreach engineer who was working on the box on my house for another customer. Is this really how Openreach engineers operate ?

  • olliemafc Ollie (@olliemafc) reported from Wandsworth, England

Is anyone else having problems with @VodafoneUK ? I can’t make calls on my phone as network keeps dropping out

  • FarhoudSMohajer Farhoud Mohajer (فرهود) (@FarhoudSMohajer) reported from Kensington, England

@VodafoneUK I have been on the phone 📱 for 4 hours now - almost with 10 agents to cancel my contract. iPad was sent to repair, replacement was promised. It has been 3 months! You are still charging me! You are in clear breach of your contract- checked today!

  • IpekOzerim Ipek Ozerim (@IpekOzerim) reported from Walthamstow, England

@VodafoneUK Thank you for reaching out. Ideally, I’d like to see Turkey and North Cyprus back on Vodafone UK’s roam-free list. But if that is not possible, you should announce this change of service and offer a 30-day option for customers to quit their contract. I’ll DM you now

  • dazzpauls Darren Pauls (@dazzpauls) reported from Stratford, England

Hi @VodafoneUK do you not support merging calls on iPhone?

  • nickwaplington nick waplington (@nickwaplington) reported from Hackney, England

@OpenreachHelp You’re rude and aggressive engineer turned off my WiFi while fixing a neighbours yesterday. @VodafoneUK have confirmed this. I do not see why I have to wait 3 days to have you send someone out to turn it back on. Please DO NOT send the person who came yesterday

  • _davidrfoster David Foster (@_davidrfoster) reported from Camden Town, England

@VodafoneUK Is there issues in the NW6 area? Both my mate and I have no working data.

  • J0nnyDickinson Johnathan Dickinson (@J0nnyDickinson) reported from Barnet, England

@VodafoneUK Tobi is in no way helpful, and does not handle calls only text chat. It's ridiculous most call options refer to Tobi and hang up. I had to choose the option to cancel my contract just to speak to a real person about a screw up on Vodafone's end.

  • katvantassel Kat Saha-Sen (@katvantassel) reported from Kensington, England

@VodafoneUK Don’t you think you should push a notification, email or text to your network to let them know they may not be able to make or receive calls?! You know... basic customer communication/care? I wouldn’t have known if my husband hadn’t facebooked me that he can’t get hold of me

  • foodncraft seth bradley (@foodncraft) reported from Hackney, England

We've just recently switched to your broadband service @VodafoneUK and it's been awful, signal dropping out, slow download speeds. Terrible service

  • nickwaplington nick waplington (@nickwaplington) reported from Poplar, England

@VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp An engineer came to install a line for a neighbour from box on my house. He was super rude and aggressive and when he left out internet no longer worked please help

  • J0nnyDickinson Johnathan Dickinson (@J0nnyDickinson) reported from Barnet, England

@VodafoneUK the Mobi chat service is terrible. Why does almost every option on your phone line end in suggesting Mobi and then hanging up?! The only way to speak to someone is to say I'm cancelling my contact!

  • katvantassel Kat Saha-Sen (@katvantassel) reported from Kensington, England

@VodafoneUK Thank you for your excuse. You’ve known for at least 20minutes. It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”

  • WanderingLeo_ Mitchell (@WanderingLeo_) reported from Stratford, England

@VodafoneUK A lady just called back and apologised/resolved the issues. Thanks.

  • elfakiuk Ahmed Elfaki (@elfakiuk) reported from Ilford, England

@virginmedia Not sure if it is one issue that can’t fix fir four or five weeks or every week a new one. The issue is we relying on @VodafoneUK to work from home

  • karenevans2017 karen evans (@karenevans2017) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 I am a Vodaphone customer. Why do you deem this channel inappropriate? What’s wrong with diversity, and non group think? You’ve got this wrong.

  • warriorbyname Woman. Badass. 🇺🇸🇬🇧🇮🇱 (@warriorbyname) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 I called to ask for me PAC code to change my contract. Your staff asked why, after years, I would want to leave. I said "you don't want my business. I watch GB News." She said it was just a temporary thing to let the fuss die down. I said "I don't do business with cowards".

  • chriseden68 Chris Eden (@chriseden68) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 I am a Vodafone customer of over 20 years, currently with two lines. If you cancel your advertising due to a few complaints from Twitter, I will change providers when my next renewal comes due.

  • BullshireSB BullshireStrikesBack (@BullshireSB) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 I wonder if Vodafone think that allowing people to air different viewpoints is "divisive"? If so, they're clearly too stupid to run a communications business. I'll be renewing elsewhere.
