    2 hrs I’ve spent asking Vodaphone why I wasn’t informed I was about to run out of data before being charged an additional £117 and no one can help. And my data is still blocked on the other line. Calls backs promised and that never happen. It’s an appalling service! @VodafoneUK

    Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

    Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

It’s not necessarily the staff, it’s the IT systems that fail to deliver. Unfortunately, Vodafone is the only mobile signal available where I live. 😡

    Appalling service @VodafoneUK. Regret switching. Internet has been down 4 days now in first month of service! Engineer did not turn up as booked & we were not informed. 2 hours on the phone, no solution & you expect me to foot the bill for data and chase you for comp. Unreal
