    Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time๐Ÿ™„)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd ๐ŸฅตAlso sent 4 DMโ€™s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service ๐Ÿ‘Ž

    @VodafoneUK Ive been without data except for WIFI for 7 days now because of a glitch in your network attributing data usage to my phone that was wrong. And Iโ€™ve yet to get any update or fix, the absolute worst!!

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom is this something I should be complaining to you about. @VodafoneUK solution is to repeat the same process for a third time knowing and expecting a different result. Not sure how to take this further but I believe it needs addressing.

    @VodafoneUK so these are the stats on rail connectivity , no surprise EE was the only network that met Ofcomโ€™s benchmark of 42 per cent of measured rail segments. Three recorded 21 per cent, O2 reached 20 per cent, while Vodafone achieved 17 per cent.

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely disheartened by my experience today - canโ€™t get to speak to someone who can do something - everything has to be logged onto the system in the hope they will pick it up. 30+ years as a Vodafone customer is likely to be coming to an end.
