    It's so weird (& troubling) how these mobile phones have taken such a hold on our lives. I was awake at the crack of dawn worrying if I'd ever be able to unlock the damn thing again but thanks to @VodafoneUK online customer support, they sorted it for me. Phew!

    @VodafoneUK Disconnected from the internet because of a failure on their part. Seem less transition from phone line to fibre. Disgusting especially considering we ordered the new service 3 months ago! #fail @Ofcom could be down a week! #disgusting

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom So today we were supposed to have this problem fixed! Our appointment was between 8am and 1pm! NO ONE ARRIVED AND NO ONE CONTACTED US! Still no broadband or a solution.

    @VodafoneUK - why is it that the very day after I gave notice that we are moving to an address next month which doesn’t offer Vodafone broadband so ending our contract, you’ve now slowed our broadband service so much that it only works half the time?

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Our old phone line internet was disconnected before confirmation of our fibre super fast broadband was working. There is a problem with our fibre and could take a week to fix! Very annoyed as my wife and I are working from home!

    @VodafoneUK Ive been without data except for WIFI for 7 days now because of a glitch in your network attributing data usage to my phone that was wrong. And I’ve yet to get any update or fix, the absolute worst!!

    So popped into the @VodafoneUK Didcot branch. Chatted with the "manager" Conner. He only switched the film he was watched on his phone off when I asked him to and to state he lacks Customer Service is a disservice. Horrendously rude! As an ex colleague I was disgusted!

    If the router that I've had delivered doesn't improve the service I will be leaving. Which is awful as I have the 2nd HBB @VodafoneUK sold! Sold in Abingdon! Cancelled potentially in Didcot because of service I'd improvement plan someone over!
