    @SurbitonMoan got an update from #EE re lack of signal: they can’t send engineers to fix it due to H&S. so this is first to fix. Next update 12 Nov. No hurry there!!! Glad have moved to @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK finally fixed. Fault began on Wednesday. All down to @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp buggering lines up but the customer service has been awful. Can’t believe I have to pay today

    @elhussieny_h @VodafoneUK Whatever you do, don’t sign a contract with Vodafone. You’ll get terrible customer service and be told you owe money that you don’t. Go to EE or Three instead. But not Vodafone.

Had the same when mum died and complained to BT about their insensitivity. Then they called *her* to see if she was happy the complaint had been dealt with.

    @VodafoneUK Problem after problem with your service supposed to pay monthly yet I get messages every week to say I owe X amount! Giving debt threats after I’d already paid saying your going to take my restrictions! When I call or get in touch I’m there for over an hour everytime
