@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

@VodafoneUK @O_OHannahF I was told it would be fixed by 18.25 then had to contact again at 21.45 and was told it was fixed but they were testing so it would be fine after midnight. It’s still not working and told again ‘there is an outage’ I work from home so will have lost at least 2 days work.
