    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @VodafoneUK Hi, there seems to be a problem whereby it says on phones that you’re connected to 3G but when you try to load a webpage it says you’re not connected. Loads of others have reported this but the status checker says everything’s fine.

    @BobbyRussell123 @VodafoneUK I was thinking the same. It’s nearly 8am now and they still won’t even let customers know what is going on and give us some sort of timeframe for normal service. We are currently paying for nothing!
