So I'm now reaching the end of day 3 with no phone service cos @VodafoneUK can't seem to fix whatever they've done to switch off my service. Had to navigate London with a paper map, no one has been able to get hold of me off Twitter/Facebook.

@VodafoneUK Are you taking the pish? Customer for over 20yrs and just looked at my upgrade offers on-line. Yesterday a friend got in store 40Gb date unlim call/text for £10 mth18mth contract. My customer upgrade offers are nowhere near as good. Valued Customer? I think not

@VodafoneUK Do not use vodaphone. Their customer services is so bad, I requested that they cancel my services and send me a final bill, did they do it? No. Cue months of unpaid bill marks on my credit file..I am still arguing with them YEARS later to get the marks removed. They don’t care
