@VodafoneUK my new iphone 12 max pro was snatched in street in Vauxhall. Unfortunately not insured. Been a customer for over a decade, now have no phone, just a contract to pay for another 23 months. Already have an additional data line. Seems very unfair. @metpoliceuk @Ofcom

Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service for my parents since June 2020. They received a bill and letter from debt collector for phones my brother had purchased for his daughters. My parents cancelled the contract - my brother passed away from MND. Still not resolved.

@VodafoneUK sat at home once again with no broadband service but my router saying everything is ok. Numerous calls and chats to tech support and 2 Openreach visits and still not reliable service (Superfast 2)! Making working from home and home schooling a nightmare!
