    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    Thanks to Hayley in the technical team for fixing my broadband this evening. But please explain @VodafoneUK why your automated phone system tells people with no broadband to go online to get help. And then cuts them off. This is beyond stupid.

    Just spent 3 hours to customer services @VodafoneUK-after 14 loyal years, I might have to rethink. It’s not the handlers in Egypt, they’re so friendly-it’s the miscommunication about ur talkmobile takeover after being convinced to signup for a new contract on my spare phone 😠

    @VodafoneUK you network checker says good network here but I only have 2 bars and my phone has been dropping calls all day. What’s going on? Is it because I just delete the survey you sent me?
