    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @VodafoneUK accidentally disconnected my phone number 2 days ago. After many long conversations and promises, the order to reconnect still hasn't been processed. Awful customer service, now looking at alternative providers if anyone can recommend?

    @VodafoneUK Can't make, receive calls and texts it keeps saying not registered on network, Also no Internet network, using WiFi to send this. It's not just my phone my wife and daughters phone is doing the same, we live in the CH62 4SA and CH62 7AD areas, is there an issue?

    @VodafoneUK Over and over again I said I was already on the Vodafone network. I have had no working number for over 24 hours and no sign of getting one for maybe days. How is this acceptable?
