@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

@VodafoneUK I have been having issue with incoming calls for the last 4 days. Customer service could not resolve the problem. My calls directly go to voicemail without ringing. #vodofoneuk cannot fix it. #ahmedessam no help so far!
