Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

Am I a genius or is the obvious solution for them to fix the fault? Maybe even place a new line of necessary?
