@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

i've literally never had such a bad experience just trying to get my hands on a new phone. i ordered the galaxy a03s days ago from @vodafoneuk only to discover it's on backorder with no notice of when it'll be dispatched. i can't live several weeks without a phone in any case.

@VodafoneUK I have never been so disappointed in your service at your Luton branch. She used the wrong address despite having the driving licence and refused to cancel the contract. Called telephone and web chat but everyone is passing the buck! #help

Extremely poor experience and customer service from @VodafoneUK . Now over ten days past expected delivery date of handset with no explanation or interest in helping things along. Very quick and interested in taking the money however.

So apparently there was no ‘incident’ we were told by your advisors. You oversubscribed on the Black Friday deal and now can’t deliver. So you’re lying to new customers as well as taking their money for no service @VodafoneUK @Ofcom
