@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

@SnowWolfy7 @VodafoneUK Vodafone’s 4G network is cripplingly congested as they don’t invest in a lot of places. O2 own half of their network in the east of the country meaning Vodafone don’t have much control of their own network. You should switch to three/EE at the end of your contract
