    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @VodafoneUK Just taken Vodafone to arbitration with CISAS / OFCOM and while we’re in arbitration they’re threatening to damage my credit score to force me to pay the sum in dispute. That seems fair. Thanks Vodafone.

    Come on @VodafoneUK sort my broadband out please. 4 hours on the phone to someone and they cannot diagnose the problem. All neighbours effected, in Marple. Down 2 days now and no sign of working anytime soon
