@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK Really disappointing that you have messed up my order today... I’ve been loyal customer for a long time and after the issues with my last upgrade of my phone I thought this would happen again😔

@VodafoneUK Why are you offering a second rate service. How can it take 10 working days to change personal to business account when no credit check is needed? You need to raise your bar!

@VodafoneUK your customer services today have been atrocious. Ages on hold trying to get response to simple question… and summarily cut off… with no call back, despite agent having taken my number. This after month + wait for delivery. Really unsatisfactory

Another epic fail by @VodafoneUK - leaving my situation unresolved for 4 months - I am beyond shocked that nobody has bothered to contact me (apart from futile apologies followed by forms to fill in my DMs)…

@VodafoneUK The broadband backup dongle is plugged into the USB port on my hub. So as far as I was aware it should have started working when my broadband connection went down, like it did last night.
