    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

    @VodafoneUK Hi - just spent almost 90 mins on your chat with us option which tried to reset my handset that’s not working on mobile data. Only WI-FI. Terrible waste of time. Why aren’t agents available to talk? That’s 3 days & counting without a usable mobile. Really poor.
