Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@identitypaul @VodafoneUK I had this problem for over a year. Vodafone tech support if such a thing exists need to deactivate and reactivate your sim - all the work is done at their end. Don't let them fob you off by telling you to replace/swap your sim.

@VodafoneUK I’m guessing its not just me thats down? Says I’m on 3G but sod all happens? Of course it wont effect my bill and you will still expect me to pay my full monthly payment for this premium service 👍 #Vodafonedown

@Bettttyjo @VodafoneUK You can switch to 3G in your phone settings, under ‘Mobile Data Options’ on iPhone. I’ve got this same issue. It’s the 4G that won’t load and for some reason displays as 3G but is still broken.

Hello @VodafoneUK I think there's an issue with your network. I've been transported back in time, only getting a 3G signal in W1F 9JT. No internet connection either.
