@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK I know you won’t be able to do anything about it as regards signal strength. And I doubt I would get a reduced tariff for both numbers. So whilst I appreciate your help Mo I will not be giving personal information via DM.

@YourSSE @VodafoneUK problems with your internet again. Was on the phone for 50 minutes going through test after test as it keeps dropping out, every time it does my download speed gets worse @ 3.1mbps out of a possible 75. Another issue another day. Send help!

@VodafoneUK @StuMcInnes This has been going on for a while. Messaged advisor who said code should work (they don't) then he transferred me to sales advisor who (bluntly) said they don't deal with the Advantage programme. Ended up with another network.
