Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

Twitter….I’m seeking your advice. After 20 years of being a @VodafoneUK customer, I don’t recall ever having such poor service/signal as I have the last 18 months & so the time has come to switch. I’m thinking @EE but I’d welcome any feedback/alternative recommendations? Thanks

@VodafoneUK something has changed here in central Sheffield (for my 4G connection, at least..) following a recent issue and subsequent "fix". VERY poor service... am I alone? Pathetic signal at present this week.
