@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK hi team - I’ve tried to contact the 0808 number texted to me in relation to a broadband issue (dead router) - currently on the 6th attempt and when I finally get through I’m either hung up on or nobody is there - I REALLY need wifi to wfh - can anybody help?!?!

Disappointed with you @vodafoneuk. Let down following switching to you for broadband and landline. Was promised a call from your 'directors office' today to discuss resolution. No call received by the deadline you set. I estimate I've spent 20 hours on phone to you so far.
