@VodafoneUK Really disappointing that you have messed up my order today... I’ve been loyal customer for a long time and after the issues with my last upgrade of my phone I thought this would happen again😔

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I am using the little internet I have gotten lately to tweet this: vodafone is a pile of dung! They keep texting me to say they are trying hard to fix the issue with my postcode. I am paying for a service I am not being allowed to use...

@VodafoneUK @EmmaRaducanu Stay away from Vodafone everyone. Took broadband contract with them, Internet cuts out 6 or 7 times a day. Numerous chats & promises of engineers fixing to no avail. Have charged me £103 to cancel the contract even though they are not providing the service we signed up for.

@VodafoneUK You could get the tech people to have a bit more common courtesy to start. And then get this "backend" team who are supposedly dealing with the problem to actually communicate with customers. Remember us? Customers....?

@VodafoneUK It’s ok I’ve opted to leave @VodafoneUK the customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered, was offered a deal to stay and when I called back to accept your advisors changed their mind

@VodafoneUK How is paying for a service that we’re not receiving, ‘not lose of service’. You’re denying a conversation that we’ve had previously which you will have cos it’s an online chat. You’re lying. You’re being unhelpful. Your customer service is disgusting.

@VodafoneUK Quality Vodafone service 'you are number 33 in the queue' seems you should invest in some more humans in your customer service dept. Your Tobi bot is virtually useless

@VodafoneUK They are connected via ethernet, the Mbps we are getting even with that are shocking. However doing this still hasn't helped with the issue
