@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK Tried this, and I'm not sharing my information with an automated system who can't understand anything. Just another service that you provide that doesn't work. You've made it clear over the last few weeks that there is no effective support, just PR script read over the phone.

@VodafoneUK Still no help from @VodafoneUK on my speeds (or the promised discount, So Don't believe them as their app doesn't work) Speeds still low, they don't care, just get the run around over and over. I guess I'll just leave them and forget the stress. Maybe that's what they want?

@PJohnsonBet @VodafoneUK Yup. Had similar issue but bl**dy funny how they are so keen to KEEP calling me to try and sell me a new phone. Problem is that mobile phone companies identified years ago that there are always new customers to be had, hence they don't give a sh*t about their existing ones.

Shocking service from Vodafone My sure shot signal box was turned off about six weeks ago . So had no signal in my office etc house Have had around 4 hours on the phone with nothing resolved to my problem @VodafoneUK @VodafoneIT @VodafoneGroup

@VodafoneUK Hi, why is it so difficult to cancel a mobile broadband contract with Vodafone? Im left with no alternative but to just cancel my DD. I have just spent a couple of hours being passed from one Dept to another with no joy.
