Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK Leeds White Rose store refused to sell me the Google Pixel 6 outright today, despite the website, online chat and call centre saying the offer is valid. Apparently the t&c's say I "must be a pay monthly customer".... That doesn't even make any sense..

Hey @VodafoneUK, friends on your network in Comrie and Crieff, Perth and Kinross, have no phone and no G4, so no means of communication - no electricity either! Can you give a time when they might have networks reconnected?
