    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @VodafoneUK @SophieKhan96 Vodafone did this to me where they 'offered' to help. Within a week 4 different people had picked it up then ignored it and moved on to the next person. It was just like their Customer Service on the phone and the reason I avoid them like the plague. Easily the worst company ever

    @VodafoneUK Sort your homebroand out once and for all. My home broadband has just went down tonight again. Last time it was down for a whole day. Getting beyond a joke now. Its down more times than its working lately. Time to move ISP and I advise everyone else to move too.

    @VodafoneUK It would be nice if you introduced your L & R hands. As a Vodafone customer why send an email asking me to switch to Vodafone? I thought this was to switch to the newer faster broadband. Wrong! Having sorted it out I now get constant cancellation notifications!

    @VodafoneUK @fluxsource What if your wi-fi is also slow and unreliable? I live in a fairly large town, but my home is a dead spot for both Vodafone signal as well as slow internet speeds. Let alone those who live in rural villages like Adam. Surely you only remove a service when its not needed at all?

    @XiaomiUK @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK They were sold out before they went live. The blue one, special edition one, and any 256gb ones were never even released. I love Xiaomi, but your customer service is appalling.

    I have had the worst service from @VodafoneUK . They increased my bill without notification and now I have a whopping £100 invoice that’s come through when my usual, yet still extortionate, £25 for 1GB of data and barely any calls is what I normally get charged. Absolutely awful

    Simswap time because @VodafoneUK seems to be having issues ... quite why they couldn't of just reprovisioned services on existing sim .... 😕
