@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK Wow, so so bad. Went to start work this morning - no Internet, seems someone has cancelled my BB - not me - but no info of who or how - regardless of me still being in contract and having paid for it. Been told it's 2 weeks to re-provision. Awful service, awful.

@VodafoneUK any chance of some network coverage in my new house. In this day and age I should be able to at least make and receive calls and texts, plus thought is was back in the late 90's when the only data connection I can get is GPRS

@VodafoneUK please please please stop using DPD as a courier service! It makes a mockery of ‘next day delivery’! Almost impossible each time not to have to wait for a second day delivery and makes your service look bad as a result.

@VodafoneUK why is your coverage so poor in the New Forest area? My daily commute means that I have no network coverage for around an hour, from Ashurst to Bournemouth.

@VodafoneUK It is when most of my smart home devices require 2.4gh , I paid £30 for a WiFi booster so that my new WiFi works with my smart home, this plan was already more expensive than my previous provider. you should make new customer aware this might not work will all smart home devices
