Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

Vodafone Broadband has been really bad from yesterday, sky Q keeps disconnecting since 4 months agi and I could not even access work computer from home yesterday or Hive, as everything keeps dropping and disconnecting, very dissapointed @VodafoneUK #vodafonebroadband

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK Sorry I should clarify - this was all using the Vodafone Broadband app - I didn't try on desktop last night (because it was so slow!) but it appears to be working via chrome at the moment.

@VodafoneUK @MsLesleySmith Interesting that Vodafone have immediately replied to Lesley, while @EE haven’t bothered at all after quite some time. I guess paying Kevin Bacon to boast about the UK’s largest network doesn’t leave any time to talk to customers

@VodafoneUK My elderly husband’s calls and texts from abroad are blocked. He wants to change this but as he’s in Spain he can’t get the code he needs to access his account as texts are blocked.. He can’t call you as calls are blocked. Urgent help needed please.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup your BSE store (IP331AA) have the worst customer service. Happy to sell my elderly dad a SIM card but not help him acquire an SP code. Telling him he must ring CS. Who are not happy with the sales assistants behaviour. Happy to take his money
