@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK disappointed in your service. My wife lost her phone last week. After ordering a new sim card you sent it to the old address. Yesterday she went a 100 mile round trip to the nearest shop to be given a sim card that needed to be activated before she could get a phone

@VodafoneUK so spend a hour and 20 mins a que cant use my phone at all no calls no data .. for then be told ring back tomoz .lets hope i dont need 999 in a emergency !!!

@VodafoneUK 1 of 2. We are now into week 6 of either no or slow broadband with no positive action being taken. All of our neighbours affected by the same outage were reconnected by their providers, at their previous speeds, two weeks ago. Please send an engineer.

@VodafoneUK why is it that if I’m late paying my bill, & you place a bar on it, it takes so long 4 my service to be reactivated? Within 24 hours is your standard line! This happened b4 and it was off 48 hours! Why? On EE, it’s pretty instant from the moment you pay. #badservice

@VodafoneUK 2 of 2. Furthermore, we have still not received the promised compensation from an outage in June. Neither of these issues are acceptable.
