Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

There's no internet! It's down. I don't believe you'll be able to do anything different other than tell me the same thing again.

Today it stopped working n apparently it is down to too many numbers being assigned to it. Vodafone do that their end not me. another hour wasted on the phone and it still doesn’t work. want to send it back tbh
