@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

I say constantly that for a phone company @VodafoneUK go out of their way to make it impossible for you to speak to a human being. So, 6 days without a 5G signal on my Huawei Box. That I'm paying for btw. Plus today I had another bill related issue. But can't speak to a human.

@VodafoneUK My phone won't default to WiFi calling (despite it being switched on) when the signal is weak in my home, it just drops the call. Any way I can turn off the mobile signal so it automatically uses WiFi calling?

@VodafoneUK Yes the engineer came out, ran some tests & replaced the phone port. This is what changed the speeds from from 4-6 download to 16~. However as you can see, my upload went down even further after he came out (and my DL is still lower than before.

Avoid @VodafoneUK at all costs. They tell you they've cancelled your account but really they haven't, then they charge you and tell you they'll refund you TWICE and then don't. The customer service is vile, and I WILL be making a complaint about this.

And evil @VodafoneUK sneakily added "Secure Net" rubbish to two accounts this week, at £1 a time. Never asked, never wanted. Evil way to sneakily increase your customers bills. Removed.

@VodafoneUK I port my number from VI store and at that time they promise me to give 2 months free recharge and now after completing my process store refused to give me what they had promise to give. Pathetic service i came back to Vodafone after almost 4 years and i think i made a mistake.
