@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@rokymillion @VodafoneUK @EE Oh look no Wi-Fi again at home what a surprise Vodafone got to be voted the worst operator in the United Kingdom I've only been phoning for the last month every time you call you go through the same spiel go through the same tests it's over priced and under delivered useless too

@VodafoneUK reached out to me to help 'solve' my broadband problem yesterday after I posted online. Their idea of help was, as usual, to make me the customer feel that I should be able and feel responsible for rectifying the problem! Awful customer service @VodafoneUK
