Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK are you able to help with an old account closed 2 years ago, and a default that was then applied to my credit file. After a mix up, even though the account was settled in full. The default is making getting a mortgage very difficult.

@VodafoneUK officially has the worst customer service team in the world! Took 4 months to cancel my contract, kept charging me - so settled my account twice and then charged me again w/o my knowledge… as it wasn’t paid stuck a bad debt note on my credit history! FUMING 😡 @Ofcom

@VodafoneUK Ah. So there we have it. I now discover I have a promotional discount of £5 hidden away in the small print - so my bill will go up £5, & if I shop around for a better deal, I loose my free roaming. This sucks Vodafone.

Hi @VodafoneUK , I finally decided to move to @EE . I hope after finishing the early termination fee, I will not be charged like I was charged, post termination, for broadband service before.
