  @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

  Yep because @VodafoneUK are useless! Need help with billing so I use the chat bot…. Chat not says phone them up, phoned them up….. phone call says use online chat to get the help you need. Well what do you want me to do Vodafone???? 😡😡😡😡

  @VodafoneUK horrendous service. Internet drops every evening now. App keeps crashing. Gone via website to ‘contact us’ keeps sending back to bot which is then inactive. Can a person please be in touch? Paying more 4 a worse provider!

  @VodafoneUK Can you tell me how I can speak to an actual person, please? The Help System is garbage. I have gone in loops for the last hour. TOBi is less than useless. The automated phone service is a joke. Kicked me off a live chat queue. Longtime loyal customer about to walk.
