    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @VodafoneUK Yeah I've cancelled it 4 times now and been met with 5 bills since. Bit of a joke tbh seeing as when I cancelled it again in November I was told it was done with. The fact I've gotten an email from a debt collector is really poor on your guys side.

    @VodafoneUK Having real problems trying to log onto my Vodafone account. I speak to the helpline, get cut off repeatedly & promised call backs & emails do not happen. About to cancel contract out of sheer frustration
