    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @VodafoneUK Thank you it’s my daughters phone and she lives in Norfolk the area I said she cannot get even 4g service. Her sky broadband is down but she thought she should at least get 4G?

    @VodafoneUK you are an absolute joke! 48 hours you said it will take to fix my sim and 3 days later still disconnected! I'm awaiting an urgent medical phone call and thanks to you I cant receive calls and putting my child life at risk! Sort out the problem!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been paying for a contract with 5G for the last 18 months and not once have I had 5G despite it being “very good signal” in my area. Care to explain why? I was told on my plan you’d “never slow me down”. I’d hate it to be any slower!

    @VodafoneUK broadband has gone down twice this evening. It has been **** all week. I phoned up on Monday and was meant to get a phone call back in 72 hours. It's been more than that now. My dm from earlier tonight has been ignored too. Looks like i need to look at changing
