    **** broadband, **** 4G, **** customer service. Broadband already moved from @VodafoneUK, mobile contract will be next....

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

    Still no network coverage @VodafoneUK at IV4 !! Now onto 11th day. Be good to get a proper update and timeline rather than it’s just a network issue!!!!

    @VodafoneUK Sorry guys, I spent yesterday calling you all sorts of names & cursing your existence. It seems the fault was actually @VodafonePT who suffered a massive cyber attack. Ooops. My bad. Now I only hope they can get their act together and fix their network.

    @VodafoneUK Very disappointed with the level of customer service from Vodafone broadband. I switched from Virgin last Wed and still waiting for activation. Two hours of phone calls and told twice to wait for 48 hours. Still no broadband 🙁
