Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

Vodafone Broadband has been really bad for over 4 months and ysday been worse, sky Q keeps disconnecting, could not even access work computer from home yesterday or Hive, as everything keeps dropping and disconnecting, very dissapointed @VodafoneUK #vodafonebroadband

As a result, @VodafoneUK probably now hire far few humans to be able to understand requests properly. For instance my request to cancel my broadband connection home move was noted but was never communicated to @WeAreOpenreach. Is there any thing you can do @OpenreachHelp?

@VodafoneUK What's the deal I had FTTP broadband installed on Wednesday 9th, only receive a fraction of the promised speed, spoke to tech support numerous times until someone agreed there was an issue on Friday. Later Friday service was gone and has not been online since.😠

@VodafoneUK There is nothing further to discuss about my experience - it is quite clear, unsatisfactory, unhelpful and really poor customer service. I must have spent at least 4-5 working days on issues with Vodafone - what can you do about that?

@VodafoneUK You forced me to pay a bill that you were aware was being disputed because there were process failures between yourselves and BT but luckily for you, leave it onto the customer - just like how DPD could not deliver your broadband box and I had to drive a 50 mile round journey

@VodafoneUK Sorry Danny, DM'ing doesn't help because one team will say something and another team will say something else. The team I DM'd earlier were aware of the dispute however the collections team are not and hence they locked my account. I suggest @VodafoneUK get their act together
