    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @VodafoneUK I cannot seem to get data/4G to work on my phone at all, it’s showing 4G, normally with 0 or 1 Bar, but nothing loads, can’t do speed test, nothing, no reported issues either, so I don’t know what’s wrong

    Terrible customer service from @VodafoneUK- asked for the same information multiple times, told to do the same “fixes” multiple times, told it will be resolved when I return to the uk, then a week later I’m told I can’t be helped as I’m a corporate customer. Total incompetence 👎🏼

    @VodafoneUK tried to take up your offer of 6 months free Discovery+ wouldn’t let me complete the process sent me to a black screen each time. Contacted your customer services who have informed me the offer doesn’t exist it’s obviously a con I will be contacting Trading standards

    @VodafoneUK Hi, it was an upgrade from home broadband to super fast 100 full fibre. After being on the online chat on and off for about 5 hours yesterday I eventually had to place a new order and will receive a dongle for internet use until my new service is up and running. Not amused!

    @VodafoneUK are the only company I have ever felt such stress working with. Sometimes its asking me for my number just to cancel a new phone order. (ummm how do I give you my number if I don't have one?) or it's tricking you into telling them if you have a PAYG so u r poor.
