    Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

    @Angus_Duncan @tartanterrior I did think 5G was pretty rubbish in town - but I put that down to my notwork provider, who saw fit to charge me £51 for 15 minutes to a toll free number in 🇨🇦 and then stop my account without telling me as I was over a credit limit I didn’t know about! I’m leaving @VodafoneUK ..

    Absoloute shamboliccustomer service from @VodafoneUK! Waited 5 weeks to change a number over whilst paying for both contracts. To be told halfway through the phone call that there now closed and can’t do it!! Taken £1000’s off me over the years then treat you like a piece of ****

    @VodafoneUK when will this no service end this is second day now with no service I'm pregnant with 6 weeks left if any thing happened I wouldn't be able to get hold of me family or my partner who is in work if needed when will this no service be sorted out

    @VodafoneUK Monday I re-order, I treble checked with salesthat the order had gone through and I wouldnt have to be at home or sign for it. This morning I get DPD email they wont deliver without photo id and signature. Vodafone help say I'll have to cancel and re-order again

    @VodafoneUK I double checked. And I don’t see any mail in spam folder nor is any email id blocked. I notified the support on chat too, but they weren’t able to help. Makes a lot of sense to move away from Vodafone
