    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Update: thanks to the digital @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Customer Service team who monitor Twitter for finally assisting me with my query. A shame the representative on the telephone team wasn't as helpful but pleased we reached a resolution.

    @VodafoneUK Your customer service team are an embarrassment. Just signed up to Virgin broadband in two minutes after days of trying to sign up on your toss website and call centre. Can't imagine how **** you treat existing customers considering how you treat ones that are trying to sign up

    Hey @VodafoneUK fyi, just had a call from 02034174338 claiming to be from Vodafone, who started asking me questions about my contract then hung up when I said I wasn't interested - either a scammer or poor customer service (you decide)

    @VodafoneUK worst network I’ve ever had!! 6 times I’ve spoken to a employee who have promised me they will remove the £1729.10 charges on my bill!!! Which I was told by a manager that was a mistake as I never asked for an early termination fee !!!do not recommend!

    @VodafoneUK any issues withe network in HA0 area today?? I have 3 vodafone connections in the house and none of it is able to make/receive any calls. It showing 0 network bar. This issue is happening for last 2-3 months no one has fix this issue yet.."
