@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK I’ve tried it all. Connects to the modem but has no internet. Run diagnostics, says no internet. Called Vodafone says it’s an outage. But all houses around have internet. We haven’t had wifi in weeks…

@VodafoneUK I've just come back to you, after a couple of years away and, googling this issue it turns out to be a common thing. People having trouble with their XBoxes connecting with the router, especially establishing teredo ip. Can you confirm this issue is known & being resolved?
