Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK What’s happened to Vodafone?? Impossible to speak to a knowledgeable person and you may have to wait 30 minutes to speak to a person or a meaningless conversation with a bot ! Ridiculous customer services.Contract due for a renewal.

@VodafoneUK Not sending my phone I ordered 2 weeks ago and no update! Customer service is a shambles and I switched from 02. More fool me. How can I cancel my order @VodafoneUK ? Don't direct me to your useless bot either please. No help. Saw many others in your eforums with the same issues!

@Fionak33700582 @VodafoneUK Had the same in Guildford for 9 months. They completely deny there's an issue even though online repirting sites show a very different story. Shame as it used to be good, now I'm just glad I'm leaving.

@VodafoneUK All fixed thanks to the wonderful Nada in customer services who followed up and got it all fixed.. Someone at Vodafone had forgotten to set me up on Vodafone Pro hence the app and the extender not recognising each other. 33 mins on the photo with Harry on the Pro team to fix it.

@VodafoneUK why are you so hard to get hold of? You owe me compensation for outage of broadband which is meant to be automatically given yet nothing. Can't get hold of you on the phone, online chat or via filled in complaints form. So having to resort to Twitter! Please help!!
