    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    I cannot believe the appalling level of customer services I am getting from Vodafone. I am also being told the do not have a Customer Service email address! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the offer but it’s my other half who’s spent nearly three hours on the phone trying to upgrade. No doubt I’ll have the same issues when it’s my turn but I’ll deal with that when I get there

    @VodafoneUK what a bad service I received. You have direct debit with me and you mark my payment as missed so you damaged my credit report!!! Complaining and filing an official investigation into this
