    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    I cannot believe the appalling level of customer services I am getting from Vodafone. I am also being told the do not have a Customer Service email address! @VodafoneUK

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @VodafoneUK i have a dongle for work as thought Vodafone most reliable. What a joke. Coverage terrible, now travelling for work and my username is not recognised. What a joke. As for the “help” bot, I’d program something better myself.

    @VodafoneUK The internet light is a solid orange after power cycling multiple times. Assuming there’s an outage because I’ve seen a lot of people complaining about this today.

    @VodafoneUK has to be the worst wifi I've ever had, can't even stream a TV show in the room directly above my router and your customer services are useless. Oh well only 22 months to suffer til I can change!!!

    @VodafoneUK Still having problems and still received no phone call from you as promised by the agent who tried to blame my children for turning off my router when they were not even in the house and know better anyway. They also told me you don't guarantee WiFi!!!!
