    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @VodafoneUK phone support and online service are shocking, they never manage to sort out problems. However, I have found the shop and going in in person very useful. This is an example of how automation has made our life worse - support actually staff use the stores.

    @VodafoneUK please respond asap to my ongoing twitter direct messages. After being promised no further issue there is still issue and I'm nearing my 14 day cooling off period ending. I also cannot call due to no mobile service due to the switchover issues. Please reply asap.

    @VodafoneUK you are a phone company. Why can I not contact your customer service by phone? I spent 2 hours on an online chat, waiting then explaining then suddenly got cut off, tried again, spent another 2 hours then got cut off again. Thanks for wasting my entire evening.
