    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    I cannot believe the appalling level of customer services I am getting from Vodafone. I am also being told the do not have a Customer Service email address! @VodafoneUK

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @VodafoneUK Well, Craig, why didn’t you send that response five days ago? Well, my SIM activation took you almost three weeks and I had to waste several exhausting hours with your customer “service” team... and yet you charged me for for those three weeks...

    @VodafoneUK I want to talk to someone about an upgrade. Its IMPOSSIBLE to get through to someone on your customer service phone number. What's the point of having a phone number if you can't talk to someone?! Can I have a number where I can talk to someone please.

    Not gonna lie @VodafoneUK customer (and mobile!) service has been brilliant so far. I won't be switching mobile network for a long time.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried chat twice this morning, both unhelpful and rude, basically my home broadband has been off since the early hours of this morning, router serial number CP1934SACCG Michael Williams, I’m currently on a filter minus the faceplate and nothing. 01341422025

    @VodafoneUK @PhilTelesAmaro Phil did you get your issue resolved? We’ve had constant issues with our gigacube from Vodafone. They promise phone calls from their tech team, which never happen. Turn it on and off helps for about 5 mins then back to below 1GB here! Of course during the trial 14 days it was ok
