@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@VodafoneUK Nope You cost me a lot of grief and stress. And the money to pull out of a crap contract. Little tip for those going to you. Turn Wi-Fi calling off so you realise from day one how crap your service is. Ignore network checker if switching. It’s totally inaccurate.

It also left us with no internet as they/@VodafoneUK didn’t cancel our cancellation with plusnet. I work from home & am self employed so this is pretty annoying. Vodafone kindly let us use a dongle for free for now but it’s not the best signal so I’m struggling. @CityFibre

What a joke of a network @VodafoneUK is. Requested a network unlock code over 2 weeks ago and I'm STILL waiting. Nobody at CS seemes to know what's going on and I have a phone that is unusable. This is getting beyond a joke now. So much for 10 days. #frustration

@lentejota6 @VodafoneUK I already have a good deal! 😭 It's just how bad they are at customer service that hurts their reputation with me. I would absolutely not recommend someone use them, even if they were the only network with a working signal where I live lol
