@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK Thankfully now sorted. Today I spoke with someone who could help - very different story from yesterdays advisor. Poor experience all round - I would suggest you review the process for those with LPA in place. Stressful time made harder. 1/10 could do better

Congratulations @VodafoneUK you have the worst customer service. I have spent about 8-9 hours over the last week trying to get my house move sort only to be told today you cant supply me. You advisor claimed no one in Vodafone has access to send email and didnt know what gdpr is
