@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

I cannot believe the appalling level of customer services I am getting from Vodafone. I am also being told the do not have a Customer Service email address! @VodafoneUK

@MarkSim19571223 @VodafoneUK I’m still having problems with my HomeKit and iCloud etc HomePods are say no response, I even factory reset one homepod and now I can’t even set it up it’s asked me to sign in my Apple ID password, I do that and says there’s a error it seems like a lot of apple users are same

@VodafoneUK we’re still experiencing broadband problems, can’t access Apple mail and iMessage servers, and some sites very slow to load - do you have an ongoing nameserver problem? This needs to get fixed!
