@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK I am very disappointed in the service we have received! Not only did you send our first order to the wrong address, our reorder was then cancelled and now we have had to reorder AGAIN! We have been waiting for over 3 weeks for WiFi in our new house, ridiculous!

@VodafoneUK absolutely shocking customer service. 1 hour 17 minutes on the phone today, and going through security questions with four separate people trying to sort out why you cannot carry out the simple task of changing a direct debit from one account to another

@Cex Hi, I purchased a phone from yourselves on Friday. Have been trying to get it network unlocked. @VodafoneUK are being about as awkward as is humanly possible. they have advised me to contact yourselves as the seller in order to get it unlocked, is this something you do?

Our designated @VodafoneUK tech expert managed to maintain internet connection until 9pm, when, presumably, he signed off for the night. Engineer #4 is en route. Will the fun never end? It will be interesting to see when @VodafoneUK finally admits defeat & ends this saga.
