    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    @VodafoneUK ok, so yesterday my broadband was down all morning and then suddenly started working. Today it’s been down all day, except for 30 minutes an hour or so ago. Is there any known problems or a website I can check?

    @VodafoneUK Soooo... Apparently this isn’t sorted! A refund has not appeared in my account. Why is it seemingly impossible to speak to a human being!!! The online chat team are of no help. Please sort this out! I’ve been with Vodafone for 30 years!!!

    @VodafoneUK, we've had to use data hotspot over the festive period because Vodafone cant fix our router. After phoning them every day for at least 1 hour a pop, they continue to promise itll be fixed, I have no faith

    Since this photo was taken the headphones I'm wearing a free aka points from PAYG rewards on @VodafoneUK FAILED invisibly near the phone connection end (internal broken cable to the right ear). This set was sent for recycling. I've sourced a better more robust set by JVC.
