@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@VodafoneUK what a load of crap broadband... 6 days and still No internet, had to spend £50 on bolts on due to internet not working. Every phone call wants us to test the line for 24 hours... that’s 144 hours of testing . DONT NOT USE THOS COMPANY

@VodafoneUK So your live chat person offered me nothing to match sky. Your sales team offered me nothing. I then request my PAC code and what do you know i get offered a deal i was actually after. Wasted so much time on hold. That is a poor practice and very poor customer service!!
