@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@VodafoneUK Message an adviser Mark Thomas 07976673060 - shocking service - advised of excellent service get one bar - request to increase data allowance results in 30 mins on store and over 90 plus minutes on phone with four staff - no chance to speak to a human so had to repeat endlessly

Hi @VodafoneUK ive had to cancel all my xmas plans because of covid and now my internet hasnt been working since the 21st and ive been advised i will be waiting until the 28th. This has really made a bad situation worse. I was told an engineer was fixing it it but that was a lie

@VodafoneUK are just the worst, install a new router today with the promise it will be running in 1/2 hours, then say wait till after midnight. Still no WiFi, what a joke, no doubt they will leave us without any access to the internet over the whole Christmas period.

@VodafoneUK I have to say your 4g network is absolutely crap, I've never known such a glitchy mobile provider, highly regret having to leave @O2 and before you say about 5g being better can't get it in my area and if you can't sort 4g, no hope 5g will be any better
