@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

Since @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK merged my phone signal has been worse than ever. I regularly lose signal completely and have to restart my phone. Thought it would improve coverage! Anyone else have issues? #VodafoneThree

@ThreeUK the network in Cambridgeshire is so much worse since your merger @VodafoneUK when will this be fixed. Black spots covering entire communities which wasn’t there before. Please fix.

Please please please @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK give free Vodafone/Three eSIMS to each Vodafone/Three customers so they can toggle between both networks! You are one company now but your customer base does NOT get equal network coverage Three coverage is woeful in places! @Ofcom

@VodafoneUK absolutely terrible service from Vodafone. Upgraded my router it didn’t work, went to Sky but since 23rd September Vodafone have been unable to disconnect my service and keep taking the money. All I keep getting told is they need 2 more day
