@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK Hi, could you please allow My Vodafone UK app to be available to download in other countries like Poland? There’s a problem cause my phone is set to Polish region in the App Store (EE’s app works there, O2’s, Giffgaff’s too) and I can’t download your app.

@VodafoneUK So I tried using the online chat to see if I can either change network or get a better monthly deal. The automated response was that the team that deal with that are closed but open Mon Fri 8am-7pm... I'm pretty sure today is Friday

@VodafoneUK Keep your rewards. How about sorting out people's problems instead? Preferably without having to talk to yet another random, clueless character with a baby crying in the background. 2 months and counting to exchange a faulty tracker. Avoid Vodafone if you value your sanity.

@VodafoneUK Could I please get some help? I haven’t used my codes yet it’s saying that they are expired. I opened them to have a look so I could use it on my laptop and it closed and won’t let me access the codes
