@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK hi - I’m having issues with receiving texts on my phone from abroad and the UK. iMessage still works but whenever it’s a text from certain numbers that I’ve also saved on my phone, they’re not coming through. The issue has been there since 13 March. Can you help?

@VodafoneUK So my monthly charge increased from £16.62 in March 22 to £25.57 on my next bill with no improvement in service. No signal at home and couldn't download data in Godalming this morning. I've had enough.

Truste someone in the @VodafoneUK tech team to swap my sims back and I’m still without service 48 hours later. A complete pack of lies that I was given in live chat, after praising them on their survey! Literally fuming! All I want is to be able to use my phone, no more lies!

@VodafoneUK why am I getting the most unstable upload speed with my fibre connection. 600mbps down WiFi while only 1.9 Mbps upload. Was getting 100 when it was first installed.
