    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @ben_applebaum @VodafoneUK If you ordered it since Friday afternoon there's a problem with the website and orders. I found this out after 90 minutes on online chat today, trying to track down an order that turned out not to have been ordered at all.

    @sc101_101 @ToninhoPapoose @VodafoneUK How can I run the tool? Or even download it? It won’t work on a phone (which is on 4G anyway). I should point out after this message, it goes no further. Run that and that’s it. Beach to beginning of the ‘help’.

    @VodafoneUK Worst internet on mobile even call cant get through to me, your rep suggested me to buy a broadband connection instead of providing any solution. i am paying for a service do i need to pay for another service to use my original services properly ?? Is that the way??

    @VodafoneUK @vodafoneservice For about a week now I rarely if ever get anything better than 3G. This is really terrible. Is this a known issue in TW11 postcode? Is this a problem for anyone else in #Teddington?

    @VodafoneUK what joy it has been to switch from @SkyUK to you guys. First patchy connectivity and now no internet at all and a worse than useless customer svc team. Less than 5 days in to the contract. I am going to cancel if this is not resolved by this evening

    @RichardAM60 @VodafoneUK Obviously they have some unresolved issues with their roaming partners in the US blocking their customers. Have they been paying their bills?
