@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@VodafoneUK tried to set up my new phone which involved a swap to an esim, I now have two phones that have no service. It's been over 12 hours for a task the email claimed took an hour. How is this in anyway acceptable, how do I get my phone working.

@VodafoneUK i entered card details. Pressed review order. It took payment WITHOUT me accepting terms & conditions or choosin pay..... I was goin to cancel as i wanted a bundle not a cash top up and this appeared to be a cash one. It also says NO bundle digital services down

@VodafoneUK has the worst customer service. I’ve been on the phone with them everyday since last week, waiting to speak to someone for over an hour. I have a disabled child who requires a lot of attention and these phone calls are distracting me from him.

@VodafoneUK Tried your dedicated upgrade teams yesterday kept getting passed from one team to another and after 1hr 40mins gave up. I have been with vodaphone since mobile phones started, not good customer service.
