    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    I cannot believe the appalling level of customer services I am getting from Vodafone. I am also being told the do not have a Customer Service email address! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @VodafoneUK Ok. I’ll ask the nurses to read the code. Due to Covid we can’t visit the bedside anymore we see patients through a screen so accessing old people’s tech to fix stuff/install apps/top ups is a nightmare. Should be easier. I’m paying and happy to pay & code should come to me.

    Hey @VodafoneUK one of your reps discussed an upgrade with us told it was unlimited data, calls or text, emailed terms to confirmed but we are now on an unlimited light contract? No mention of this dial up service or 2MEG! And he isn’t calling us back

    @VodafoneUK Oh, very sorry, this thing has been wiped then left in a drawer as a backup phone. Two new phones later I found it and just want the battery to be safely disposed of, can my local store still help me?

    @VodafoneUK And weeks on, the saga continues. After a further visit from Openreach engineer, spent most of last Thursday on the phone or Twitter Messenger trying to get some semblance of service from you. Finally, told Tech would check the Router and replace if necessary. 1/n
