Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

@VodafoneUK ironically absolutely crap at communicating. Spent a whole morning trying to get a device removed from my plan only to be cut off yet again why cant this be done with a few clicks just the same as when adding a device or service?

@VodafoneUK decided to move my broadband to you from sky. Already having issues. What is the easiest option 1) get you to change direct debit date to a date of my choice, 2) cancel the move and go to another provider?
