Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@VodafoneUK today our internet has dropped out 3 times it’s being doing on & off for 2 weeks. Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@VodafoneUK fraud department is woeful. Spend time on hold and the. Get cut off. Fill in an online form and receive a letter from their appointed debt collector. Never used @VodafoneUK and never will. Shocking!

@AppleSupport can you stop holding back iPhone 14 Pro Max units. UK network providers like @EE and @VodafoneUK are quoting 3-4 weeks before customers can get hold of one. It’s ridiculous and poor!

Hi @VodafoneUK I have a Vodafone mobile contract and a mobile broadband SIM as well. Both of these lose ALL data signal whenever it rains. This is infuriating. How can this be resolved please, given it rains quite a lot in the UK?

2. I started questioning what the future of mobile is in remote areas because a) it’s always been bad & it doesn’t seem to be much better b) we weren’t anywhere that remote (Outskirts of Inverness or villages in Torridon rather than on hills for once!) Will @VodafoneUK improve?
