    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @VodafoneUK having major issues cancelling my contract WITHIN my 14 day “cooling off” period. Customer service telling me incorrect information and refusing to send me written proof of what they tell me over the phone. Is there an email address I can go through instead?

    I’ve been with @VodafoneUK and their 5G ‘replacement to home broadband’ gigacube for 6 months now and I can honestly say it’s the worst decision I’ve made. Nowhere did it say online video gaming would be an issue. It’s not a replacement to home broadband and falsely advertised.

    @VodafoneUK NUC still. Not. Received 🤬 We have moved abroad, we need those phones unlocked and instead of getting the code in 2 days, we are told to wait 10 (!) working days. That deadline was 2 days ago. Obv no way to get ahold of anyone in customer service.

    @VodafoneUK Also, according to your website my app main page should have ‘Info and Support’ - it doesn’t. Clearly if all this is too difficult for Vodafone to provide then no wonder your service is so poor.
