Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK I re-joined VF BB last week and after one day my router stopped broadcasting 2.4ghz. I spent an hour and half on chat to be told “it can’t possibly be the router” and all my devices are faulty. I can’t connect my laptop, printer or smart devices now. Can you help?

@VodafoneUK My Dad is 78, you were supposed to send an engineer yesterday to install his broadband, they didn't show up. I have set up his router for him but 24 hours later it is still flashing red despite an hour with your online support. Not impressed so far!

@VodafoneUK I've spent approximately 3 hours on the phone (agent had no service and could barely hear them, in the end they did the wrong thing) so on to live chat (keep just ending the chat not answering question) about moving my disconnection date by 3 days. This is absurd.

What scam is this @vodafonein1 ? Good netwrk high internet speed 4 1st 15 days & then pathetic! Not even plays videos or stream audio. No solutions after complaints but assuring to fix everytime, over a month now! Starting to regrt porting my number to ur connection! @VodafoneUK
