@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK today our internet has dropped out 3 times it’s being doing on & off for 2 weeks. Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

@vodafoneUk - exceptionally poor customer service. Cannot get through on the phone after waiting 25 mins. Had to wait 20 mins for webchat. Advisor dropped off after 2 messages and then I was put number 38 in the queue. Unbelievably bad!

@MartinSLewis advice please! Can I cancel my Vodafone contract if they can’t fix a problem on my line? In fact their attempts to fix things have made things worse and I no longer have 4g or 5g. They have tried everything and can’t fix it. @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK there is a certain irony in not being able to use your app because I don’t have ANY mobile signal where I live. At least make it possible to use WIFI, if you can’t increase coverage.

@VodafoneUK I’ve already spent 5+ hours in chat, not had 4g consistently for over two years and the best you could do is offer £5 compensation and a replacement sim that never showed up. I am not prepared to spend another 5+ hours on chat.
