@VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

As great as @VodafoneUK are, their phone insurance absolutely stinks, would advise everybody to avoid it and even cancel it if they have it you are much better off saving the money and putting it in a separate account

@VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

@VodafoneUK I've been promised a call back twice on 2 separate occasions since Sunday. No phone call. Simple issue to resolve and you just can't get @VodafoneUK to respond. Well done for putting your customers first. Unacceptable.

@VodafoneUK Hi I’m having problems with my WiFi. My wired pc connects and can download, but all my WiFi devices - Phones, tablets, Tv and consoles all connect to net but can’t download. This suddenly happened today after months of being fine. The hub says all devices are okay.

Hey @VodafoneUK can someone help? Been with Vodafone 19 days and without functional broadband for 9 of those. 2nd router seems to be faulty (like the first one). Needs sorting urgently as I cannot work without internet. Getting no follow up from tech support.
