    @VodafoneUK I've been promised a call back twice on 2 separate occasions since Sunday. No phone call. Simple issue to resolve and you just can't get @VodafoneUK to respond. Well done for putting your customers first. Unacceptable.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro and I have no signal what so ever... texts aren’t delivering or sending. Phone calls aren’t working... currently sat in my house in an outstanding area with no bars... @VodafoneUK I’m sorry can I come back 😫😫😫

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded to fibre 2-the supposed fastest last night being assured I would be up and running within 2 hours but this morning still no BB and another 3 fruitless promises expired during the day I Need access to my online college work NOW-HELP

    @VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

    @VodafoneUK Over 3 days now. Do you think its acceptable considering I amongst other people are in lockdown and relying heavily on a stable Internet connection? No one from EE, plusnet, BT are experiencing issues like this that I'm aware of. Such poor service from yourselves

    @hr_gardiner @VodafoneUK My Friday is terrible because Vodafone is the worst broadband provider I’ve ever used and has caused me a ridiculous amount of stress. This is the second time in the past month they’ve caused me this amount of stress. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Harriet and thanks for the reply. The number checks out! The guy on the phone was obnoxious and pushy, when I was able to speak and explain I was fine with how things are, he just carried on. I hung up and he tried to call again, number blocked now...Very Rude!
