@VodafoneUK Hey James, obviously you don't as the first time I called the operator identified the issue and instructed me to cancel the debit payment with my bank without saying I didn't have any security on the account.

@VodafoneUK thanks for the 9.3% increase on both my mobile and broadband, could have chose either one or the other and not both Not happy at all, will be cancelling both as soon as my contract on both ends, customer loyalty means sweet fa these days

As great as @VodafoneUK are, their phone insurance absolutely stinks, would advise everybody to avoid it and even cancel it if they have it you are much better off saving the money and putting it in a separate account

Hi @TalkTalk, I don't appreciate my mother receiving a letter threatening debt recovery for non payment of a bill when she already notified you, incl @VodafoneUK - her new internet supplier. She's recently become a widow & your customer service is much to be desired!

Cancelled broadband contract with @VodafoneUK last month but they didn’t cancel. Spent hours on chat and phone and eventually they cancelled. Checked tonight and they’ve restarted contract without me knowing. On chat hours and they’ve disconnected! AVOID Vodafone
