  • dazzpauls
Darren Pauls (@dazzpauls) reported from Darlington, England

@VodafoneUK Not sure why this is specific to my account. It’s important to stay connected because I’m paying a premium to stay connected. Can you tell me if there’s a plan in place to fix this and a timeframe.

  • UKLightCreation
Bryan Light (@UKLightCreation) reported from Redcar, England

Rich Caddy (@Cadzo10) reported from Redcar, England

@VodafoneUK Hey James, obviously you don't as the first time I called the operator identified the issue and instructed me to cancel the debit payment with my bank without saying I didn't have any security on the account.

Such a bad service from @VodafoneUK ! will never use them again.

  • dwall85
    Daniel Wall (@dwall85) reported

@ZiaYusufUK @VodafoneUK would be better placed to actually provide decent signal coverage to their legal UK paying customers which in my part of the world is shocking rather than indulge in this nonsense.

  • Tenth_Crusader
    Dafydd Gam 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🇬🇧 (@Tenth_Crusader) reported

    Cancel @VodafoneUK now!!!

  • RogueOne18
    Rogue One (@RogueOne18) reported

Now for the ACTUAL truth… Vodafone doesn’t give “illegal migrants” free SIMs, it donates SIMs to UK charities who support asylum seekers ALREADY IN THE system. Claims it hands them out to people crossing the Channel are false. @VodafoneUK your legal team may be interested

  • DannyBee595
    Danny B (@DannyBee595) reported

I've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.

  • ReformYorkshire
    ReformYorkshire (@ReformYorkshire) reported

@MinistryofWit @VodafoneUK Yes, **** vodaphone, will not be renewing my contract.

  • Lee72337556
    bob the buildier (@Lee72337556) reported

@VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer for over 15 years paid my bill got a Farley good signal now I learned you give economic migrants coming over on the boats free sim cards with six months worth of data. I’m cancelling my contract today.

  • edfen19
    Edfen19 (@edfen19) reported

Why are the simplest things ALWAYS the most difficult to sort out. Been trying to sort my Internet out for days now either a new contract or just a simple renew with my current provider @ee. It's true no loyalty in absolutely anything these days so **** @ee and hello @VodafoneUK

  • Lebowski_84
    Lebowski (@Lebowski_84) reported

@djp4cm4n @VodafoneUK Binned them. No more vodaphone.. tbh the migrants will bin them when they realise they can’t get a signal anywhere in the uk.

  • thebadgerf1
    joe bloggs (@thebadgerf1) reported

@VodafoneUK Would never use Vodafone again after I found out they give free sims to all the illegal immigrants coming over here
