    As great as @VodafoneUK are, their phone insurance absolutely stinks, would advise everybody to avoid it and even cancel it if they have it you are much better off saving the money and putting it in a separate account

    @p1anetmatt @VodafoneUK they told me initially it was due to the distance from the fibre box to my house, i walked outside and put my hand on the box and said nope its only 15 feet, then it was due to distance from the exchange, which i turned 90deg and said its down the road, 1/5 a mile, i can see it..

There's a break in one of the major line, which the signal splits off to reach multiple homes. As mentioned, the engineers are already on site to rectify this."

    @pedrocsoma @VodafoneUK @Wimbledon They do the same to me too. Really bad service and way overpriced. They send robotic messages to customers that lead to dead end robot trouble shooters. It’s garbage. It’s a German company so what can you expect ROBOTIC

    @VodafoneUK why is it so difficult to arrange a replacement router to be sent to me..I have been trying to sort this since the 18th..I was sent a broken router and just need it replaced..but I have been on chat, in-store and on the phone everyday since and it's still not sorted
