    As great as @VodafoneUK are, their phone insurance absolutely stinks, would advise everybody to avoid it and even cancel it if they have it you are much better off saving the money and putting it in a separate account

I don't mind the CPI but an extra 4%pa is profiteering. It's another con.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK None of this surprises me - my first full time job was in one of their call centres, and it was horrific. We were forced to provide terrible customer service under threat of losing our jobs. They were absolutely heartless, and determined to extract every penny from customers.

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Disgusting behaviour @vodafone I left Vodafone yrs ago b/c of a c.£100 charge for a 20m call to my dying friend in Ireland Would have cost a fraction on pay as you go, but on contract, the charge was 10x the amount 😳 Treated terribly when I called to discuss - never again!

They really don't like anyone cancelling a contract. O2 claimed they wrote to me chasing payment b4 sending in the debt collectors. After spending 2 years
