As great as @VodafoneUK are, their phone insurance absolutely stinks, would advise everybody to avoid it and even cancel it if they have it you are much better off saving the money and putting it in a separate account

Hi @TalkTalk, I don't appreciate my mother receiving a letter threatening debt recovery for non payment of a bill when she already notified you, incl @VodafoneUK - her new internet supplier. She's recently become a widow & your customer service is much to be desired!

Cancelled broadband contract with @VodafoneUK last month but they didn’t cancel. Spent hours on chat and phone and eventually they cancelled. Checked tonight and they’ve restarted contract without me knowing. On chat hours and they’ve disconnected! AVOID Vodafone

@VodafoneUK Hey James, obviously you don't as the first time I called the operator identified the issue and instructed me to cancel the debit payment with my bank without saying I didn't have any security on the account.

@poojabangera @VodafoneUK For roaming sim replacement reasons you should manual force it to a roaming partner@in network search, it should work. Certainly I activated Voda AU payg sims online in other countries when roaming, it didn’t need to hit the Voda AU network first.

@VodafoneUK WORST SERVICE EVEROur biggest mistake was joining Vodafone. We have experienced terrible broadband service since we joined and they are now refusing to allow us to cancel due to their incompetence. This has been the worst experience, we are taking this up with @Ofcom
